Awesome place to stay for family trips. Very much near from the Baga beach. Ambience, hospitality, cleanliness at par. Everyday I woke upto a beautiful sunrise, right from my room. Amazing !!!!!! Definitely recommended for families who plan to stay for 3-4 days.

The resort is located at the centre of major points whether it food or club.The hospitality from the watchmen to staff and managers were excellent.The Rooms are well maintained and cleaned and sanitized every day.The buffet breakfast was also good.Pool was not working because of covid restriction but no worries.Will visit this resort again in future and keep the good work.

rooms were nice and big, they had a huge pool, and another small pool too. Breakfast served was good and staffs were also courteous. finding a peaceful place like this near baga is difficult

I booked a superior room. When I checked in, they offered an upgrade to Premium but it was only a superior room. They assumed that I wouldn't know and that I would fall for their trick. I pointed out how a premium room looks compared to superior room and they reluctantly gave me a Premium room (after 2 tries to trick me). The resort has a Spa in its name but the spa was closed. No mention was made that it was closed when booking. The breakfast buffet was totally mediocre. They don't even know how to make coffee or tea. Nothing tasted good. I didn't expect to be so underwhelmed after having paid so much.

Stayed twice! Not so good this time”
Stayed here in 2019 with biker group of 60, had amazing experience so decided to book it for family trip in 2022. Staff was unresponsive, food was pathetic and always cold and rooms had smell. For solo travellers it’s good due to location to bagha. It’s an old Portuguese style building so has good vibes but about if going with kids and family. Hope they improve with time as property is really good.

Few points for travellers to know. 1. Check the AC before you check in to the rooms, as my room was shifted three times. 2. The reception doesn't have any clue what requests you have done as there isnt a number to call and speak to. 3. The travel agent which is Agoda didn't honor my booking, they had offered a room with bath tub, but the hotel declined the request saying we need to pay extra 1500rs per room to get the room as per the booking we made. 4. Agoda doesn't reply to your email, nor the hotel doesnt respond to your calls. 5. If you are a person ti compromise with your stay please book this hotel. 6. After checking out and paying all our dues you get a call from reception saying the keys are not given backto them and dues are not cleared. Hotel people don't coordinate with each other seriously uselessness. Waste management, except the people who serve food everyone else are useless in the hotel.

The property is good however the management is terrible. They have no rules to follow, they don't follow the check-in time. On an average, 9 out of 100 got their rooms 1 to 2 hours later than the checkin. I was given the room late, on checking with him what is the point of booking in advance they asked me take up a twin room instead... I had to wait for an additional 1 hour and post that again I was given a room where AC was not working.... And i had to stay whole day there and got a room exchanged at 2am in the night.. They where trying to gamble rooms
