El apartamento es muy comodo, equipado con lo necesario para una estadia tranquila de playa y un jardin con piscina hermoso. Super tranquila la zona y a unas 3 cuadras de la playa de ferradura.
Esta un poco lejos del centro si vas caminando, mas que nada porque buzios es una zona con mucho morro. En auto son solo unos 5 minutos.

Localização boa, calmaria do bairro e da propriedade, perto de uma das melhores e mais bonitas praias de búzios (ferradurinha), cozinha básica mas muito útil, enfim, estadia muito boa.
A piscina estava meio suja quando ficamos lá. A justificativa era de que dias antes os antigos hóspedes usaram a piscina e sujaram. Não curtimos a piscina suja e não entramos nenhuma dos 5 dias que ficamos, inclusive não houve limpeza nesses dias.
