"Great location and breakfast."

Between both the Wailing Wall and the vibrant Ben Yehuda St., this hotel offers fine rates, immaculate environs, and helpful reception. Get around the area on foot and save the taxi fare on bookable excursions at the front desk or some of the fine restaurants in the area. But before you head out, be sure and take in the big breakfast the hotel has to offer. If you're orthodox, this is the place for you - specially prepared food and a clean environment suitable for the most orthodox of guests. Enjoy the hotel with the whole family. Make your way down to the old city, Ben Yehuda St., the Wailing Wall, or Meah Shearim - there's plenty to do in and around Prima Palace Hotel.
"Nice entranceway and lobby."

Came back to hotel at 12:15am, no response to open gate. Sfter 10 min wait, called security. Water (for showers) ere never hot, just warm. Breakfast..large selection. Scrambled eggs was much to oily, the brewed coffee was awful.

Truth in Advertising”
While the website claims that there is free parking available, the staff later claimed this only "if it's available." Unfortunately for most of our stay it was not. Even when there were clearly spaces in the very small lot that they have, they refused to allow us to use them. Unfortunately this, together with the fact that the apps for paying for parking in Jerusalem do not allow you to register with an overseas number, meant we received 3 parking tickets for 100 NIS each. If you need parking while you are in Jerusalem, this is not the place to book. It's brilliantly located, reasonably clean (though the staff can do with being quieter at 7am) and reasonable priced for someone who wants the frum atmosphere and setting.
Dear Zvi, Thank you kindly for your detailed and valuable feedback. We apologize for the misunderstanding, as yes there is parking but it is upon availability as it says on the website "Parking is free for Hotel guests, upon availability." I am not fully sure how to make this more clear for guests to prevent any inconveniences upon arrival. We are glad though that you found the location to be great and the hotel clean and reasonably priced. Thank you again for your review, Deena Moskowitz Guest Relations Manager

stay was ok - customer service was good especially nael.
lovely just it took to long for the personel to open to parking lot
Rooms are very small, meal are not worth the $$$”
Very good except for meat meals very not tasty and not worth the $65.00 that the Shabbat meals cost per per person
Location staff comfort”
very nice except, the bread for breakfast was stale, hardly any white bread, which was stale, except for some tiny unappetizing brown rolls & funny looking uncut bread. In the afternoon the air conditioners & water was turned off forcing me to go elswhere to the bathroom.
Small rooms poor breakfast ”
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good atmosphere”
We had a very comfortable night and the breakfast was also very nice! There aren't any facilities there bur the staff are very friendly and it's clean and tidy all round
