helpful staff and good location”
This hotel is centrally located if one is into shopping in Phuket town as it's only 3 minutes walk from Central Festivals and Central Malls. Even though the restaurant is currently not operating, the staff kindly recommended using Grab Food which enabled me to have access to loads of good local Thai food, as well as Western food or fastfood. Most of all the staff had been very helpful including the cleaning staff. On the day when I checked out, the taxi I booked was late (Luckily I had factored in the traffic situation and extra time) and the staff were genuinely concern for me (even though I was not panicking). When I arrived at the airport, to my surprise, the taxi driver (taxi company A.K.E. Star Tour) apologised and offered money compensation for being late! Of course I kindly rejected the offer. However because I was in a rush I only managed to thank the driver without getting his name! I have never been offered monetary compensation for a service being late (this is Western standard customer services), so the taxi driver is very dedicated to his work and very professional. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and particularly the taxi services by Star Tour, and not forgetting the particular taxi driver!

Excellent staff and Great central location”
Great customer service from the whole staff. The staff went above and beyond especially Beeya who made sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. Gave me many suggestions where to eat, the mall etx and answered any questions I had. She was also helpful and able to book an island tour same day for me. Rooms are clean and spacious. Contemporary hotel. Will stay again. A big THANKS to the whole staff.

It was super close to most conveniences e.g. motorbike rentals, shopping mall, 7-11, etc. I liked that there's a gym, pool, and sauna. The price was more than worth it.

We were so happy with our stay here! The only slight issue was with the entrance on the main highway, requiring a complicated U-turn. Otherwise, what a great place, walking distance to Central Festival!

New modern hotel with pool in central Phuket ”
New hotel bear Festival Central mall in centre of Phuket. I got price under $20 as soft opening deal. Only Opened late January 2020. Set back from main road so quiet. Spacious room nice design with tiny balcony overlooking pool or surroundings. There was problems with my air con but staff quickly sorted. Good soundproofing but can hear noisy guests arriving at night. Awoken by banging from construction work on above floors. I asked if I could get later check out but wasn’t granted. Design is good apart from some weird stuff from lobby to lifts down steps. And floor in rooms already looks marked. There is a 7-eleven across the main road. Some places nearby and about 5 mins to vast mall.

Good hotel, but still have issues to fix”
+ Good facilities + Close to Central Festival + Modern hotel and rooms === - Very slow check in process - Test fire alarm system should be NOT earlier than 10am at least. People come to rest, dont need to wake up at 8.30am - Big problem with temperature and shower. 1cm left or right it will be very hot or very cold. I cant find the warm water (2 rooms i stayed, both same problem)

This is a nice newer facility. As I visited during COVID there was no restaurant or bar . Very responsive and helpful staff, great pool and nice small gym. Location is close enough to Naka Market to walk, for old town you really need a scooter. Best to rent a scooter, go where and when you want to go....

This place is suitable for family and group, as well as couple who plan to travel in the city where is close to the shopping mall. But the hotel should consider to the air-condition system that were get a full score from me :)
