Very well maintained”

The owner was very organized and explained thoroughly in the mails how to access the room which was very easy. It had everything my family needed would definitely recommend this place to others. My wife loved how the washing machine can wash your clothes within 10 minutes then hang the clothes in the bathroom in the dry room. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks.

Great location and clean, comfortable room. However, the door lock was a bit confusing to figure out. Also, since we stayed on the first floor, we could hear a lot of noise from the footsteps of guests staying on the second floor.

It was Ok till we needed assistance”

We was a group of 16 persons excited about our trip in beppu, sadly this accommodation management ruined our trip. When I booked I clearly specified we needed 2 apartments 8+8 in the same house. It was confirmed by Okubo san. When we arrived we figured out that we was offered 2 appartements in 2 differents place! And in both places there was 2 empty apartments, we could use one of these!! The worst part is the assistance phone number they provided us! We called using different language, we was ignored, by some call center where they speak very limited English and Japanese...we lost all our time moving from here to there and trying to contact them! Definitely not recommended...
