Very nice place in beautiful suroundings. Rooms are in very good shape and very well looked after. In terms of amenities there is room for improvement, however in terms of value for money I can fully recommend Primm Valley Resort

There're 4 black swans at the lake. they're very friendly. TOO CUTE! I named them... Violent-Nub, who has a callus on his heel, he bitten me. His lover is Orange. And Ribbon and Tie were like twins. They have unique markings of the red bills. Breakfast was toast, ข้าวต้ม and 3in1 coffee. Receptionist Jack is a dog, he works as good as professional. Owner and cleaner also very nice. They have not smoking area, but a staff provided me a ashtray for outside. The cleaned room was lovely. Good at a large mirror in bathroom and a dressing table. Shower was a bit cold in December. I like hot water over 40 °C. Room WIFI also working great.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel before. It was my first time in the hotel but third time in the region. It was definitely the best stay I had. Great staff, great place, great breakfast! Will definitely come again!

We checked in late (about 9 p.m.) and the kitchen was closed but the owner kindly made dinner for us.

i think we were the only guests. the solitary staff member had way too much to say for herself, bordering on rudeness. at dinner, i asked..can i have a glass of red wine?--no have--ok, a glass of white?--no have--ok,a whiskey, can i have a diet coke with it?--no have--coke zero?--no have--pepsi max?--no have. how about a bottle of soda?--have. a small cheer went up from our table which was met with anger by this lady. in the room, there are two a/c's. one wasn't working. i called "0", no reply, but 10 minutes later another lady turned up. she played for 15 minutes without success. it would start, but then cut out. the rude lady from reception turned up. she pressed the start button, the a/c started as before, so she looked at us smugly and tried to hand the remote control to my wife, looking at us all as thought we were imbeciles. as she was about to leave, the air conditioner cut out again. i asked her three times why she looked at us as though we were stupid? she ignored me and kept jabbing buttons on the remote. after more phone calls, she finally agreed to move us. although we were the only guests, there wasn't a similar room available so we had to settle for two single beds. the rooms - it looks like they ran out of money before finishing them. the walls are bare cement and the ceilings look like they are about to collapse. there was a smell of electrical burning in the room, but not wanting another run in with this person, i simply turned everything off before going to bed. breakfast, i was served with a cup of coffee with at least 500 ants floating in it. eventually they replaced the water boiler thing with a kettle and i made my own coffee. having seen this, i cancelled the abf which i had to order the previous evening, having just toast instead. there was a man sitting behind a computer, watching how many pieces of toast i had. it took 15 minutes for them to find a small pat of butter, which looked very old. visit this place at your peril.
