very nice hotel”

This is a very, very nice resort and we loved to stay at this hotel. The hotel is placed on the hillside with fantastic views of Patong.Not so near by the beach and shopping.Nice quiet place But if you want to go to the beach, shoppingcenter or to a restaurant you only go the reception and they fix a car for you..... for free. The staff is very kind and service was wonderful We will definitely stay there next time we are in Patong. I didn´t want to leave. Very nice apartments. We hade a two bedrooms apartment with kitchen. Internet access and bottles of water are also free av charge

Beautiful and elegant hotel overlooking the city”

I will strongly recommend this hotel to those who seek a quiet and nice hotel to relax a few days. As a small hotel owned by a Belgian (as we were told by the staff), it combines the Thai atmosphere with western flavor: beautiful ocean view, spacious apartments, nice pool, Chinese-style furniture (imported from Burma as we were told). Shuttle bus will take you to the busy Patong town at your request. Most of the time we were the only ones swimming in the pool which is open 24 hours a day. Howerver the breakfast is a little out of order and often does not have a lot of choice.

Top of the Hill”

The Resort is well run and is in a great location over looking Patong. We when on several tours, but you could laze your time away at the hotel and never leave the hill location because there is a great Restaurant call No 6 150 metres away for lunches and dinner.

Fantastic place with friendly staff”

we stayed 10 days at the hotel, and enjoyed the peaceful location outside of center. quiet, no stress, friendly helpful staff with any request we had. nice rooms, clean, and as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. perfect for family, but also for any couple or person want relaxing vacation, at the same time being close to the happenings. plus for free transport to patong center when requested.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are AMAZING! So kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was huge and so beautiful. The balcony overlooked Patong. The breakfast is unbelievable. So much food and the food is all great! Good pool. The location is a bit out of the way and costs a bit more for taxis because of the hill but it has free shuttle to town also.

spacious, not well maintained, smelly”

we were at patong for 5 days. trying out different hotels everyday. prince edouard was our 3rd hotels for this trip. located on top of the hill. small road going up but not so difficult to find. our first impression was 'are we in the right place?'...everything was not well maintained. kitchenette was not so clean and neat. sofa was dirty. water pressure is low with creepy sounds everytime u on the water. has this weird smell that we cant tolerate. cant keep ourselves stay at that place longer....spent our time at the Patonh city center till we get really tired and get back to the hotel only for sleep.Not worth the money. too quite too antique for me. wont come again.

Amazing hotel”

This hotel is very easy to find as you can see the sign from halfway across the town due to its elevation. The room was amazing and with a built in jacuzzi ..heaven. The road to the hotel is very steep so dont bother hiring a scooter you may not make it!! Staff had a very family feel about them and were always helpful and they even provided a taxi service. The view from the swimming pool is simply amazing...you can see right across the bay and look down on the town.

Recommend for family”

We stayed by late Jan with two young kids, very friendly staff, clean, daily service with all things you need in the room, shampoo, soap, paper toilet, ... fridge, TV and other kitchenware. With a nice pool and a kids pool. Very nice breakfast from 8 - 11 am. Only problem was 10 min to town center that we had free ride from hotel to town by hotel staff and need to pay just one way.

Silence and near City ”

It is a nice Hotel. A Little upon the City top of a Hill. If you Rent a scooter, you will be in the middle of Town within 5 min. It is a nice Place to be, After the loudness of City and Beach. The staff was always friendly and nice. Nothing fails. If you Hand a wish, the straff realized it. the Pool and Rooms are clean. We will Book this nice Place Agsin. Thanks a lot for all

very clean hotel with excellent services”

this hotel is very comfortable and clean. the 2 bedrooms family suit we were given had an excellent view of the city and the sea. since our stay was during the new year period, we could see the firework from our room in comfort on new year eve. the only downside of the hotel is that it is on a hill so you would need a lot of energy to walk up to your hotel or pay a bit extra to the tuk tuk or taxi to drive you up. also the breakfast was served from 8am so you would miss breakfast if you have an early tour.

Quiet hotel with an overview”

I enjoy my stay in this hotel located on the hill with a very nice view on Patong beach. This is a very quiet place. The size rooms is very generous.

Quiet location”

This hotel is a bit out of the way but the staff were always willing to take me into town. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was fine for me. The only restaurant option was a few minutes walk up the hill but it was a branch of the popular Number 6 restaurant and the one in town has queues outside in the evening. I was there low season and had the pool to myself. I would be happy to stay there again

Excellant Staff but no lunch or dinner menu”

It would have been a lot better if food was available at the hotel to avoid the trek into town! Getting a taxi back from town was problematic since it doesn't seem to be a well known hotel. All in all a lovely place though with good views and great staff.

Very dissapointing”

Apart from a decent pool, nice view and good transfers to bangla road there's honestly not much good to talk about this hotel. I only booked because of the massive discount offered by Agoda, after checking in I realized why the discount exists. Firstly its a good 7 mins drive from center Patong (tut tuts will cost you 300 baht) so if you go to the beach its a pain to go back to the hotel then out again then back again. Secondly its a really aging hotel, you'll find water damaged ceilings, fridge turns off when you remove your hotel key from the room (yes we wasted lots of food and did inform front office twice) and several lights didn't work. Finally the worse part is the cleanliness, ants were a problem (found in our bed and kitchen), towels had stains and the jacuzzi was still very wet when we entered the room. The breakfast staff were friendly enough as was their cooking skills, we also appreciated the 'no check out time' and the free one-way transfer to the central Phuket was appreciated. However there are too many negatives for me plus the staff's English is too poor to help with any issues that occurred.

overall a pleasant stay”

Staff very polite and took good care.. Aung was very very helpful and Reception Manager Ramita was great too. TIK - The lady who visited for massage was excellent and overall we had a great time. Only disadvantage was the location was very up the hill so was not possible to walk down the hill and had to rely on the transportation which was not the cheapest..

Slightly Disappointing”

Well, the title says it much and the rating. It was a lot farther than I thought. If you are up for a hike from the main road then its for you..if not stay away from it. The staff was ok because they did try to help me with their very limited english. However the amenities were seriously lacking compared to other resorts at the same price range or slightly lower. I will mostly likely not comeback here.
