Very Good!! I was amazed of how 3 stars hotel can be so fantastic. The place was nice and clean. Surrounded with cafes and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and relax. Maintain the good work. I definitely come back.

The serviced apartment is really new. The room is with balcony, big, clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. The parking is available for motorcycles and cars. Although hotel location is not in the middle of city but it is very closed to the university and there are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Travel and stay there at early December 2016. the building is under renovation, the room given is with new facilities with new air con, new tv, new refrigerator. Nearby have 1 food court and 2 7-eleven. cheap food around 30 bath. A problem here is the hotel location shown in agoda is wrong. it is way further down the road.

My stay in NECA was good. Good security and easy check in with no deposit of cash or card. I was checked into a room on level 3. for a simple hotel, i suggest this hotel to stay for a sort of time. there are only two beds and small bathroom with quite good hot water. small tv, big cupboard, and good ac are enough to stay with around the hotel is easy to find local food. it needs local transportation to get center of hatyai by tuk tuk or motorcycle taxi coz hotel location is so far from main city...

We were able to make the most of the transportation and go see everything we wanted easily, quickly and reasonable. We only needed 3 days to do all the thing we wanted. I would recommend the 3D museum with Magic show worth the cost. Then we went to the Hat Yai Park turned out to be a good couple hours.

The owner is nice and friendly. The room on the 1st floor has a musky smell, mosquitoes and cockroaches. Room on 2nd floor is much better. Good deal for long term stay.

Suitable for those travel with own car, spacious room with plenty of car park slots, a few km from town, less congested with tourists, great option if you prefer somewhere less tourists. The building located at the roadside, try to pick higher floor if possible to avoid noise distraction from the moving vehicle. Overall the rating is above average.

The hotel was every bit up to expectations, the place is clean and tidy, and services were fuss-free as well, took just a couple of minutes to check-in. The rooms were spacious, but the room furniture could do with a bit of refurbishment.

in my overnight transit in hatyai after the aftermath of the recent bombing, i chose something outside the city centre and, to my surprised found this small hotel. it is quiet and comfortable and although the receptionist speaks no english, she will quickly enlist someone who does. the 'mansion' also houses other long term residents and is about 100 m off the main road...

this hotel is consider ok for us. the price is quite reasonable.the hotel is quite new. the room is quite large and clean. it is a bit far from the town area. it is no problem if you are having a car there. it is quite easy to find the hotel, it is near to the prince of songkhla university.

Very nice and peace place to stay and very clean will go again with family maybe next year for vacation and very near to the town just abaut 15 minute drive from the hotel to the city.good food and the prices are cheep olso.

it was good only problem was when I check in, there was no my booking. so they arranged me standard room for first night , then move to suite which I booked 2nd night. also pay me back some cash.
