price/ location are good but it takes abt 2hours between Sheremetyevo air port and hotel. sanitary condition is not good. I saw cockroachs moving in the bath for consecutive two days. In case of calling for a taxi through the front desk, Azerbaizan driver always appeared with very old junk car and they used to cheat the fare. Min. fare started fm RUB1500 in 10min away fm distance. Strongly recommend using UBER app or YAN.Taxi. Honest price & good conditioned car.

The lobby is grand but the room is lack of facilities”
There were no tea or coffee provide in the room even water. need to fill the water in the lounge, it is really not convenient for a single traveller as he or she need to lock the door to fill the water and come back the room. Also even some of the room is big with small single bed but the TV is set too far from the bed and travellers cant enjoy TV shows on the bed comfortably after a tiring day travelling. hope the hotel management can be improved and think more from the needs of travellers.

Disappoinnted”
Hotel staff were not cooperative. Service was too bad. We asked to champage cups, they told all the staffs are busy, its possible only after 1 hour, and asked us to come to 1st floor to get it yourself. When we reached to the lobby we saw 2 waiters are just chilling there without any work. Room was VERY NOISY, we were able to hear what someone is talking on the next room. Kinda disappointed with the hotel

Room with a view of the kitchen ventilation and the smell of. Could not open the windows because of it and the AC didnt manage to get the room below 23 degrees celsius when 2 person in the room.

Good hotel. Great spacious rooms, easy check in and helpful staff. The breakfast was very avg and they should offer something new every other day at least. Even though it is far from downtown moscow, the metro station is a 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was absolutely surprised, when I checked in, the room was very nice, with all needed facilities. For that price I was expecting something lower quality but you showed outstanding service! I've requested wardrobes, so they were immediately delivered to the room, thanks!) The one thing you should pay attention to is cleaning, it could be better!
