nice place for a family with adult children”
Prince Plaza is very accessible to central Baguio, we even walked to Burnham Park, many restaurants nearby too. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The appartelle unit is clean, got two separate rooms which provided us privacy, a small kitchen with basic cooking amenities and a small sala that is really good for family bonding time. The only hassle was a leaking ceiling but we were moved to another room right away when we reported it.

Great and Accesible Hotel”
i had a great time staying at prince plaza hotel. actually we wish to stay again on the said hotel on our future baguio trip. the hotel crew were great. they were friendly, they respond to our hotel room service request fast and they were really hospitable. it feels like home staying in an apartelle unit. we were provided with plates, glass, spoon, fork and kitchen utensils were in we can cook fresh and cheap vegetables from the market

nice, clean hotel with safe, good location”
we arrived at baguio earlier than expected and tried to call the hotel to ask if it was possible to check-in early. we made several attempts to call the number reflected on the hotel voucher, to no avail. we checked online the hotel's website and it also reflected the same number. so, we took a chance and took a cab to the hotel. fortunately for us, we were able to check-in at once as there was a room available. it was then that we found out that the hotel already had a new phone number! they should have updated their phone number in the hotel voucher, as well as their website! the staff were very kind and accommodating. although it wasn't a new hotel with a few amenities looking a bit run-down, it was, at least clean. for its affordability, i'm not complaining.

Very supportive polite staff. Clean rooms. We were able to cook our own meal. That's a plus to save money. We have 5 people in our group. Will recommend Prince Plaza to our relatives and friends. We will even plan to stay here again next time if the price is right. Thanks for the.wonderful memories. Will stay here again:-).

Nice, but needs improvement”
My sister and I wasn't able to spend too much time in the hotel since we went around the town but to give a feedback, the staff is very accommodating and easy to talk with. In my perspective, the room is spacious; somewhat clean (because we found 3 small cockroaches crawling around the wall). The location for me is perfect because it's very near to my most favorite restaurant in Baguio, Good Taste. It's like a 3-5 minute walk.

Staff are accommodating and friendly. The Apartelle unit we stayed overnight is fully furnished although the beds and the sala set are old and needs to be replaced. The TV set is antiquated and have to be replaced with new digital TV set. Only one room (masters bedroom) is air conditioned. The kitchen has complete utensils and the refrigerator is functioning perfectly. We wish the management to improve its facilities so that a lot more people will consider booking at this hotel.The location is walking distance from Burnham Park, Session Road, Baguio Cathedral and the Abanao Public Market.There are also jeepneys and taxicabs that pasty the hotel.

We had a good overall stay in this Baguio hotel. Price was good and the room was clean. Good value for money and a very good chinese style eaterie downstairs. Room service also available at 10% charge. Only downfall - Room was a little musty so we opened the window for an hour and all was good. An overall good stay.

Cozy hotel with a nice location”
I was enamored by the Prince Plaza Hotel after my experience. There had been some nasty comments before and so I went there with a low expectation of the place. But I had a great time, probably because it was not so crowded and I got the room I preferred, not facing the road so as to do away with vehicle noise. Their brewed coffee is worth trying...

Hospitable and helpful staff. There were always hotel staff ready to accommodate us - we had to check-in very early in the morning (5:30 am) - Although we tried calling to be sure if we could check-in that early, the phone number printed on the hotel voucher was an old one (they had a new phone number, which we only knew after we got there), so we just took our chances and we were accommodated well. Although the street right in front of the hotel was a bit busy (there was a music lounge across the hotel and a couple of eateries), it was not noisy in the hotel room. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. Only thing is, they only had one spare electrical outlet in the room - we both brought our laptops and cameras with us, so we needed more spare outlets.

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel in Baguio city. The city is great, despite the awful trafic. As for the hotel, in-room facilities are just average. Hotel employees are well-trained, and service was good. The guards were always ready to help me park my car. There are not enough parking slots that belong to the hotel. No in-room wifi available, but we can use it at the lobby. There is a Mongolian style shabu-shabu buffet by the lobby, we enjoyed it.

Great Location and very comfortable bed ”
we stayed at prince plaza last december 11, 2012, we arrived at the hotel at 4pm,it's walking distance to burnham park, near jollibee and mcdo.eventhough it doesn't have aircon it's very cold, my only problem at prince plaza hotel is there free wifi, you can only access in public areas, like lobby and their dining area, with their room price , they should put wifi in their rooms.

The 2 bedroom apratment with kitchen and living room that we stayed in was very good, no complaints, it was very big space.. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with hot showers and so it was a bless being there with all the comfort, just one thing, though, they should put a shelving at the shower part so that guests can use it to hold thier bath soaps, shampoos, etc. The staffs were kind, respectful and attentive.. we stayed at the apartelle part of the hotel.. The staffs keep the our apartment very clean and they were veyr eager to clean the apartment.. all of the staffs we encountered in this hotel were all respectful even the security guards... and so we are very happy with our stay here.. very comfortable.. there's some problem with the drainage but they did their best to fix it right away... if we could we'll stay at this apartelle again.. veyr good job.. thanks...

Family Friendly hotel”
Surely book there again when i go back in Baguio. My 4 month old baby slept soundly. My 5 year old kid enjoyed the bathtub (the CR was tidy) I enjoyed the food. The quiet surroundings was all i actually wanted and so i had the most relaxing day i wished for.

It was pleasant....we arrived around 9 am in Baguio and was allowed to check in... It was a great relief as I was dead tired from driving 5 hrs from Manila....I thought they will make us wait till 2pm.. Great relief.

Though the space and beds are comfortable, the place is old and needs to be refreshed: stains on the carpet, holes in the door, CRT TV and difficult wifi access... The price (which excludes breakfast) for one night was too expensive for the room and services provided (over 50€/night). Staff is easy-going and welcoming. Prince Plaza Hotel seems made mostly for its regular customers.
