Our first trip to Okinawa and we decided to stay here for 2 nights. I.e., when 1st day touch down and day before returning The hotel is clean and within walking proximity to train station and down there is FamilyMart as well as opposite is 7 eleven. Check-in and out are to use the machine and not experiencing any issues. Locker provided for foc if you arrived earlier or need to store your luggage here after check out for a short period of time. Parking here will charge for 1000 yen per day and to pay by credit card. Overall, my rating is 9/10 or 10/10.

The hotel is perfect for Naha visit as it is located 5 min walk from 美榮橋站 and 10 min walk fr 國際通. Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel offers simple but free breakfast. I consider this hotel is value for money

The room is a bit small but it’s clean. Location is a bit far from the train station so the return to airport was a bit a hassle. The last day there was a fire drill or something. I was out of my room and heading down stairs. The elevator wasn’t working. I heard announcement from different floor that there was a fire alarm triggered. I’ve tried to gone to two stairs exit since elevator was locked shut! But both stairs exits were also locked. Not till I ran back and forth several times till I heard the announcement from the floor below that it was a false alarm then elevator began working again. The staff should be more alert about the situation. But I’ll give staff members an applause as well. Even without understand much English. They managed to contact local bus company helped me to track down a lost bag.

The hotel is located at the heart of Naha city - 5mins to the Monorail Station, surrounded by supermarkets/convenience stores, life would be easier if you're carrying big luggages/you shop a lot. Room is not too spacious (as expected) but it's clean, hotel offers almost everything you need in the room. Each guest is offered 3 bread and drinks for free every morning, staff are easily communicated in English.

Arriving after 3pm made utilizing the kiosk machine for check-in a breeze, while early arrivals are accommodated with luggage lockers conveniently located in the lobby. Despite my initial expectations, the room was impeccably cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided regularly—a pleasant surprise given the affordable pricing. The hotel's prime location adds to its appeal, with two convenience stores and a supermarket mere minutes away on foot. Additionally, Tomari Port for island hopping, Miebashi Monorail Station, and Naha Kokusai-dori Shopping Street are all within easy reach, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, Prince Smart Inn exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would eagerly return for another stay.
