Amazing resort and wonderful stay ”
The place is absolutely amazing! I was a huge fan of the pool area and the rooms were fantastic and cozy. I would love to stay there again. The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful even to the point where they helped us catch a cab with reduced price and hold our luggage after check out. 100% recommend.

Excellent Service”
The staff at Prince Waikiki were nothing short of amazing. The food was great and the amenities were excellent. We stayed in the Ocean Front View and it was magical during the sunset. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an intimate stay.

Prince Waikiki”
Had an amazing stay here beautiful hotel. There is some minor construction going on in front and back but no big deal. Room was totally worth the price; would definitely stay again. They need another hot tub that can get busy but I just waited in the other pools finally got it so relaxing!! Very short walk to Ala Moana beach; and shopping center. See you there soon Aloha 🌺

Perfect Way To End Our Hawaii Holiday”
We chose to end our Hawaii holiday at the Prince Waikiki and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We thought the location was great, close to the Ala Moana Center as well as being close to Waikiki as well. The facilities were great as well. We really loved the pool as well as the sun lounges on the pool deck. Was very relaxing to spend time there. The view from our room was amazing and the staff were perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for other couples.

Great hotel”
If you are looking for a hotel that is out of the hustle and bustle, but yet still accessible to the beach and shopping and restaurants this would be it. It takes 15-20mins walk to get to the main Waikiki beach but it's a great way to get some steps in each morning. The hotel is clean and has just enough modern vibe. It's not run-down like some other hotels. My fave is definitely view of the ocean. Even though there is the pier before the ocean its still probably the best to get a full view and wake up to the sun rising with no building obstructions without having to pay a high premium. The other great thing is individual toiley stall within the bathroom. Gives it privacy and while the other can get ready. Not many hotels at this value offers this. Definitely would come back to this hotel.

Elegant classy high-rise with superb ocean view ”
Overall a great stay. For the price, the value lies in the hotel itself designed as an ocean front property - all rooms are ocean-facing, the only differentiating factor is whether you’d like the ocean of the Waikiki beach, the view of the state beach park; and whether you prefer high or low floors. Not particularly young children friendly but great for professional to work remotely. Location: It’s about a 6 mins walk to the Ala Moana Mall and the state beach park, and a 15 mins walk the other direction to the Waikiki shopping area. We did not like the tourist crowd by the shopping area and feel that the Prince Waikiki is perfectly located with easy access to everything. Property + Pool: The property has elegant interior design, the room is adequately spaced. I would have like more dresser space and storage space and hanging nob in the bathroom. But that’s not a big deal. The loo has a bidets. There is an infinity pool and a separate stage for live entertainment next to the pool bar. Infinity pool does not allow children, the main pool is small and only 3.7 feet deep. There is a small hot tub by the mail pool. The overall pool area has a nice relax vibe that I love to hangout at with a drink. Special mention to the wait staff by the pool. Bring super attentive and friendly. There is an open area on the mezzanine level that serves as a business center with a meeting room table to plug in and work. There are a few tables and couches that one can hangout for business meetings. I worked for a bit and the business table often has someone already working when I arrive between 6a Hawaiian time. The lobby coffee shop often has a line starting at 6:00a. I enjoy getting some work done here. Staff + Service: Service is a hit or miss. Our room did not get serviced a couple days out of a 7-day stay, not always have towels or tea/coffee/water replenished. Staff are overall very cordial, not over the top friendly though. Exceptional”
Japanese hotels always got better service. They offered free teeth brush, travel set, bottle water. Great location. Walking distance to Ala Moana Center, but a little far away from Waikiki area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cozy bed.

Not really oceanfront”
Beware of the room category - you would end up having the majority of your window view to be harbor. The property is next to a yacht that fills up most of your window view, and you could hardly see the ocean/beaches till you go beyond 25+ floors (which is the ocean front premiere tier)

Above average”
Hotel was great, but the rooms were a little misleading. I booked an Ocean view room thinking that there would be an ocean view (and i filtered using Agoda so that there would be), but there really wasn't. I had to call the staff to get an upgrade to the Ocean Front room for this for an extra charge. The staff were all pretty nice about it, but i feel that there could have been more clarity on what i was getting when i booked the hotel.

Thank you for terrible honeymoon because of you guys. after we checked in and go to our room. we just saw so horrible scene. There was a woman who was really drunken and didn't wear any mask. She sparawled out in front of our room and touched room key bed with her saliva. So we urgently called hotel lobby but manager came after about 30 minitues. we tried call 3rd times. we just stand on the floor with panic. Also after manager took that woman back, housekeeper came and she just looked in front of our room and said"not anymore". She didn't believe our story. Of course saliva cannot be seen with our eyes! but we heard that terrible sound! And then we had to go lobby again to change our room. Because they said that they will be change our room but they give us just waiting music on the call. So we needed to explain that full story again on the lobby. We got a new room but it was twin bed room. Our reservation was king bed room. They said that it doesn't have any king bed but i cannot also believe them. We wanna claim but we just really tired even that story. This amazing story is a real. More suprised thing is prince staff know that this is honeymoon. Because, I reserved that we will visit for honeymoon:) (21:30) We catched there's no shampoo at first(we didn't use it!) So I ordered a shampoo at front and they said that they will give us soon. But they didn't answer for 30 min (22:00) so i called order again and also they said thay they will give us asap. and they didn't answer for 10 min (22:10) I was so angry and call again. Do you know what thet said?! They said 'homekeeping service is over~'. Then what was it i heard before? Therfore i was really mad and call more louder then, they gave me a shampoo. I paid resort fee a lot. But they didn't give me amenities before i shout them. (22:30) Oh i found that there is no toothpastes and toothbrush. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for the annual Honolulu Marathon event in early December because it’s closer to the start point. Highly recommend the Japanese sushi restaurant in the first floor of Prince Waikiki Hotel. We have dined there twice during our 4 nights stay. The overall service provided by the hotel was superb! Very close to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The hotel was recently renovated so it felt very new and pleasant to have such a large space of room in Waikiki Area! Good value!
