Wonderful Hotel staff!!”
Hotel staffs are so polite and sweet!! When we left, they even accompanied us to the escalator, bowed and said goodbye to us! No mention the room clean and service. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Solo travel, stayed for a night.”
It was my first time to stay around Sakae area. And Princess Garden Hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district. So many cafes and shops just a stone’s throw away. The staff was very helpful too. Well-maintained and clean hotel. Would love to stay again.

Very loud hotel”
Take ear plugs. Hotel has a TV board on the fasade and it screams in the best Japanese tradition all day, at night screams the party croud and you can hear it even on the 10th floor. Very luxurious lobby, but the room does not hold the same standard. Bath tub needs a really good scrub. No foam soap for hands and face, but as a woman you get a set with face products. Nice black slippers.

Nothing special, the bathroom was dirty and when I had trouble with my reservation, only one of the staffs helped me (maybe the lady who speak chinese).

Disappointment on Car Park Arrangement”
The reason why I choose this hotel is its location and car park facility. Despite I have clearly mentioned in my hotel booking for a car park reservation, no car park was offered to me as a hotel guest and I had to park in the nearby shopping mall car park. It is very inconvenient that I have to carry all luggage and walk to/from the hotel. Besides, the English language capability is also disappointing. Even simple communication is failed....can't imagine a hotel in a big city!!!

Really nice hotel at a good price”
I stayed here for three nights to explore Nagoya and especially liked the location in the heart of the city. Everyone of the staff was very kind and helpful.

Good location. The room and the bathroom were clean. Friendly front desk although not all staff was fluent in English. We were able to have our luggage stored after checkout (nimotsu azukari).

Strange parking system”
Rooms were quite cramped, showers were short. If you are over 180cm you might not be able to stand straight in the shower. Most strange was parking, you get a ticket for each day but once you leave for the day you can't get back into the parking lot (or pay for another full day again).

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan”
The room was really spacious! I was surprised because it's rare in Japan to really have big rooms. It's clean and amenities are complete. Staff are really nice too. It's close to train station, convenience stores, malls and other tourist spots are walking distance too. Price was really affordable for the room and service we got. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I hope I can stay in this hotel. Thank you again!

Good”
Hotel was renovated and rooms were bigger than most Japanese hotel. The location was rather convenient and near to Sakae station which was about 10 mins walk. Downside is that they charges for early check-in at the rate of 1000yen /hr and the house keeping does a bad job of cleaning the rooms. The hotel only has an escalator serving the reception level so be prepared to lug your luggage up the stairs before 12pm.

Thank you for taking an extra mile to resolve my issue.”
I had a problem with the booking where I had to cancel one night due to my flight changes. I initially wasn't able to get help from both the booking engine and from the reception, I prepared for the worst having to pay for that extra night I didn't need. However their staff surprised me next day by leaving a note saying they have resolved the issue and lets me cancel the extra night with a refund. I was so grateful they have gone an extra mile for us. Everything else is great too, the hotel is central in town, room is large enough to accommodate 3 of us nicely. I would recommend my friends to come here if they stay in Nagoya.
