Good hotel but bad image”
Actually the Princess Hotel Palembang is quite good; however, there are so many KTV and massage buildings surrounding it that make the bad image of it. The people in Palembang have an image that this hotel is not good for the family; they call it the nightlife hotel. The hotel room is quit clean but you can't see outside from the room because it is blocked by the other building.

Great location, rooms could be better”
The stay we had was a good one, except for the sleepless nights. This was due to our room being a wall apart from the karaoke bistro in the next lot. Much of the hotel is still old, which means has not been completely renovated. The reception is very nicely done up. This is also the same for the cafe. Very nice ambience. As one moves up, to the rooms, one can then see how the hotel still has some areas where it can improve on. The location of the hotel is quite central. Within a 500m walking distance, one can reach a few mosques, good food outlets, either those by the road or proper restaurants, the Palembang Indah mall that has good restaurants within, a supermarket, and also some other attractions. The price of the room is very good and well worth every penny.

The hotel staff are all young,handsome and pretty all.Their restaurant open 24 hrs and the food are reasonably nice.The room that we stayed is clean and the fascilities are all well mantained.I would recommend to travellers,no doubt about it.

great location, near to shopping mall”
the hotel is very well worth for the amount i paid. the breakfast was ok but with limited menu list. the bathtub should be replaced. the only thing that annoyed me with this hotel was the infestation of periplanata. should call the exterminator regularly.

Great Location”
The best point about the hotel, is the location which is near the shopping mall. The rooms were okay, for the price you pay. Services is good. I especially like to mention that, during the check in with my friends there was a mix up as one of my friend did not turn up on time and I really like the way AGODA representative and the hotel staff handled and managed the issue.

Small but pleasant”
The best point about the hotel, is the location which is near the shopping mall. The rooms were small, but for the price you pay, it's not too bad. Services is good. Appreciate the fact that they provide WIFI.

Old hotel, good location”
Hotel is very old but room rate reasonable. However the pillow and bed seem as old as the hotel of 24 years old. The staff were helpful and facilities very basic. Shopping malls nearby and there's a nice roadside seafood stall nearby.

it's average quality, but i get good price from agoda. the location is in the center of the city, easy to go anywhere in the city. but it get noisy when the night, there's club in the hotel.

Good value for the money ”
Looks to be recently freshened up. Still sparkly decorated but looking better then worse. Very friendly staff and within 15-20 walking distance of the river and interesting historical sites and monuments. I had no expectations as I was more interested in just absorbing the culture and the area as it is. All in all, a good experience.

Nice but dirty room”
room was nice, service is good also. And this hotel have all standart facility. but so many small cockroach or insect comes around the bathroom. i almost cant sleep remember that there is cockroach around me. and this hotel have a discotique on the top of floor. so quite annoying for me.
