The best hotel I’ve ever booked”
The staffs from receptionists to the General Manager are super nice. It’s over my expectations. Even though we just stayed for 1 day, they still being nice to us. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my grandma when they found out it was her birthday on January 18th. The General Manger himself came to my grandma the next day and said “Happy Birthday” to her. One more thing I really like this hotel is the breakfast food are really delicious. They have plenty of different food and desserts. Highly highly recommend this hotel. I definitely will book here again for my family next vacation.

The hotel was fairly small and basic, but the room was nice and the services worked without problems and the location was good with close proximity to parks, the independende palace and various stores/services. Overall good value for the money, I would say. If I were to nitpick, though, I would mention the shower handle that could not be placed to rain water down into the bath tub (you have to hold it in your hand), as well as a missing shower gel bottle that was missing at first but was stocked after the first room cleaning visit. The mini-bar was quite expensive compared to regular stores, but that is not too unexpected. It would have been nice if it included chopsticks to go with the instant noodles available, however.

Great location budget hotel ”
Nesta is a value for money hotel in a great location. The breakfast is surprisingly good (for the price of course) and the service of the hotel staff was above my expectations. The hotel room is nice and clean and the hotel has a comfortable lobby too. Will recommend if you are on a budget as it offers great value!

This hotel is located very close to ben tanh market~ and it is surrounded with almost everything such as barber and manicure etc. Only issue was booking taxi to the hotel location. The name was not as stated.. but still possible.

I booked in the afternoon and check in in the evening. I got upgraded for free to the room with balcony. Perhaps for being back after 1 month. This room got bathtube, I had relaxing day after busy days. The shampoo good quality as created lot of foam in bath.

Amazing hotel in Hanoi”
If you will travel around Hanoi, this place will be the best hotel to you. Absolutely fantastic, clean and beautiful hotel and professional and friendly staff let you relaxed and feel safe though outside is, to be honest, uncomfortable to a solo traveller while people cheat your change, talk to you persistently and call you derogate name. I had a lot of sad memories during my trip to Vietnam, but the people at this hotel gave me emotional support. I really appreciate it.

So close to everything. room a bit small but has balcony.. The best bed I have EVER slept in. True luxury. Staff friendly & helpful, Miss Phuong especially. Pool small but has waterfall & Jet massaging. pool water is a mineral salt, great for skin.

Value for money in a good location”
The breakfast is simple and meet my needs. Location is great and room is clean. The shower is a little difficult to adjust for temperature, and you get to hear street noise at night but I'm fine with that. Will contemplate to re use the hotel in future.

Nice little hotel situated not far from the Ban Thanh Markets and within walking distance of the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral and the Post Office Comfortable bed but had trouble with the shower.
