Location. Hard to find unless you've ever stay or locals. Also hard to find shops and restaurants near the hotel

It's not good location to find the place for shopping and meals. However I recommend this hotel to stay if you are already familiar with Bangkok city. Hospitality of this hotel statt is excellent as they are always very helpful for travellers. I wanna stay again this hotel if I have opportunity to go to Bangkok!

    Smiling, gorgeous female receptionist.
Location not convenient (even taxi drivers get lost). Unfriendly reception, incompetent customer service staff, poor breakfast menu. Not recommended!

It was awful experience with this hotel. Inconvenient location (far from central Bangkok). When I booked on line I couldn't see "2 adult" option, then I called Agoda CS and was told to pay $20 extra. I arrived at the hotel, explained to the hotel receptionist. He couldn't help but charge me for extra door key which I have never had to pay at any other hotels.

Princeton Bangkok is not a four star hotel.”

The staff were very friendly, always able to get a taxi and had reasonable priced evening meals if required.

Most staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel swimming pool had tiles missing and the pool looked unkempt the water in the pool was a funny looking colour so we decided not to try the pool. The room was a suite it looked tired and could do with a coat of paint. Also the furniture was tatty not what you would expect with a four star rating. Coffee/tea and shower gel were not replenished each day as you would expect. We also had a problem with the internet we paid 350B for the use of but was unable to gain access the staff refused to refund our money.

This is my third stay in the hotel and was always my first choice. It is not anymore. Had booked a 2 bedroom suite and the service has become pathetic. They will show you all new policies now to extort money from you. Find another hotel to stay. Bangkok has millions of options!

    Disappointed”

    personnel is friendly and helpful
unedible food; dirty couch and carpets; walls need painting

The experience at that hotel was a sad one. It began by the staff insisting that I give a deposit instead of a credit card imprint as a guarantee for hotel-related expenses. Then, the room (Premiere suite) was dingy, poorly lit, couches were dirty, the paint on the wall was old and had been patched up. The atmosphere was stuffy. The environment around the hotel is equally depressing (the Din Daeng area, bastion of the Red Shirts). The hotel was built on what used to be a garbage dump. It felt like that.
