Very nice stay, the centre is a few steps away with cute restaurants and bars and it’s worth a night walk !”

Beautiful clean room with an impressive shower. The spa is really nice and we were able to use it privately.
When you book you should call immediately to make a reservation for the spa otherwise you might not find space…it’s not written anywhere. Before leaving the room for the spa remember to turn the heater on (it’s not automatic). Due to covid you get a standard breakfast in the room but we asked for coffees and something fresh to eat and they were very kind to provide that! Remember to always shut well the outside door cause after 8 there’s no reception so anyone could get in.

Fun hot tub &amp; good bathroom.
Parking - had a parking ticket in the morning. Air conditioning didn’t work - really hot at night. Hot tub room roof didn’t open. Huge day- bed taking up so much room.

The room was very nice and spacious and the location great. The massages were really great!
We had different expectations in terms of parking - booking.com and a comment (which referred to a private garage) let us assume that the hotel would have a parking space. This is not the case - parking is in the street, so you may or may not find a slot. Note that the spa comes at an extra price and the time you are allowed to be in the different zones (sauna, whirlpool, relaxing area, grotta de sale) is according to a timeplan and you cannot move around freely. Overall, we found the staff a bit less friendly and responsive than expected from a 4* hotel.

Perfect location for a long weekend break in Puglia”

Extremely nice and helpful staff, spacious and modern room (we booked a deluxe category and enjoyed our own steam room and the evenings with a bottle of wine on our private balcony), very central location (5 min walk to reach the old town centre) - will certainly come back here!

Good place if you are in the area”

The suites are large and clean and the breakfast is nice with coffee and juice. There is a good restaurant right across the street, but probably need to reserve place since it is crowded sometimes.
Parking on the street in some hours might be challenging. In the breakfast the cheesecake wasn&#39;t properly stored since me and my kid suffered from stomach ache after eating it (it happen only once). The location is in a nice area but a little far from main south attractions (1 hour minimum for each direction)

Beautifully designed and very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast selection was perfect to get us started for the day. The location was convenient for walking to the major sites. There&#39;s an excellent restaurant a block away called Osteria Sant&#39;Agostino.

CLEAN, MODERN ROOM. NICE QUEEN BED.
A week before we arrived at the place, I CALLED AND WROTE SEVERAL MESSAGES TO THE STAFF to book massages, BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER. THAT IS WHY WE WENT THERE-for the Spa. THEY WOULD NOT ACCOMMODATE US for massages when we got there since they only had one massage therapist. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE. ALSO, FRUIT WAS AT BREAKFAST. THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS TOUCHING HER HAIR AND THE FOOD. VERY UNHEALTHFUL. DISGUSTING. We didn&#39;t see her wash her hands once. Some of the fruits were rotten.
