Please note that check-in is done at the property office in Amsterdam. Check-in cannot take place at the apartment. Guests will be contacted directly by the property after booking.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
This property accepts cash and credit card payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance.
A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. This is where you will only be charged if something is broken or missing in the apartment.
Before your arrival, you will receive important documents that you must take with you to the check in desk.
A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that checking in after 18:00 is possible for a fee of 30 Euros. After 22:00 it is 50 Euros.
Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from the neighbors. Please inform Prinsengracht Residence in advance of your expected arrival time.
