Please note check in after 19:00 has to be confirmed by the property otherwise your booking cannot be guaranteed. The property applies additional fees for late check-in: - EUR 30 from 19:00 to 20:59 - EUR 50 from 21:00 to 22:59 - EUR 80 from 23:00 to 00:59 - EUR 100 after 01:00 The exact address of the apartment will be communicated by email after the booking. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and a photo identification will be requested on arrival. The name on the credit card and photo identification must match the guest's name. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is refunded upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note the property has a strict non-party policy and should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. Parties, loud music, noise, pets and smoking are strictly forbidden. Children can be accommodated but the maximum number of guests allowed should not be exceeded. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
