If you are travelling with car, it's a little hassle for parking, if commute most likely you can ride a taxi for convenience, Riding in a taxi is a little expensive but for easier travel we prefer riding a taxi than a jeepney.. Quiet and clean place, recommended for any other travellers, more power and god bless..

Too much traffic to get around from the hotel . Good only on off peak season when there are not too many tourists. Ended up checking in at a hotel close to everything. Not even sure if this will be posted; nevertheless I want agoda to know. Just put excellent on all others even if I have not seen it just so I will be able to submit this.

The room itself is good. Facilities are okay: cable tv, shower with heater, electronic kettle, towels and blankets. Has a common veranda with a good view. My only issue is when someone smokes outside, cigarette smell gets into the room, because the exhaust fan gets the cold air from the open hallways through the veranda (which happens to be their smoking area as well). I hope the owners would do something about it. The area is private, and you can sleep well at night, its homey and cozy. Location wise, this property is not recommended for commuters like us who are travelling on a budget. Although there are jeepneys, we still had a hard time getting a ride as the jeeps are always full, thus we are compelled to hire a taxi instead (around 80-90 to city proper). Getting there from the city proper especially at night, you have to take a taxi because jeepneys are operational only until 9PM. If you don't want to travel going to the city center, this one's not for you. But if you're looking for a private and cozy place to stay, you may consider this property. :) PS: Frontdesk is very helpful.
