Good, Decent Hotel
I keep coming back here as I like the staff and location of the hotel. Only thing they can improve on is better towels and bath mats. They are warn out and no longer white anymore.

Not a child friendly hotel, window open widely and no security lock need to ask for maintence. Aircon is defective, need to endure the whole stay with sweats. Very poor manpower. We expected to have a sumptous buffet bfast but the refill took almost half an hour.

rooms are small but has everything you need. location is on the middle of a busy street so walking is not an option ecept if you enjoy walking in heavy traffic . staff was pleasant and friendly and hotel is nice and clean

disappointing for a modern hotel
this hotel was supposed to be new and modern. however, service from front desk is disappointing. toilet is very smelly. it even took me more that 15 mins. to check out due room check. improve your service and housekeeping please.

Simple getaway
I loved the room I got and they've placed me at a high floor. I loved the interior and the bed is big enough. Wifi connection was good. The only downside was it took them awhile to fix the door lock (battery needed to be replaced). And when I got in, aircon filter needed to be cleaned. Other than that, I am satisfied with my stay and will definitely book again with them.

Awful bath towels provided and needs replacement badly
Upon checking out, we were told that we need to pay 250 for the stained towel. I was so disappointed and furious with this kind of policy of this hotel. First, there wasn't any reminder nor information that if in case the guests will get the linens or towels stained or dirty, you will be charged accordingly. Second, the bath towels look really awful. They don't even look white enough for a hotel standard. I think, the management should consider replacing them immediately. It'sjust 250, my goodness. But what's irritating me is that, they're not informing the guests of this policy and that the towels look really bad for you to pay 250 for staining/getting them dirty. If it was really white and looks like the towels of other hotels, i wouldn't bother paying for it. But in this case, their towels deserved to be trashed out instead.
