The place is a bit old and basic, especially the hallways and lift area, but it was clean and safe. There’s also parking if you bring a car. Overall, it’s affordable, clean, and super convenient. Not fancy, but a good place to stay if you're on a budget and want to be near everything.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is located right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, making it incredibly convenient with so many shops within walking distance. The reception staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. They did an excellent job explaining the building’s layout and access points. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and efficient. I noticed a few posts mentioning there was no lift, but I can confirm there is one. It can access the basement, though guests cannot enter the lift lobby from the basement due to a locked door. To get to the lobby, you’ll need to use the stairs, but the door inside the lobby opens to exit the basement. The parking staff were also very kind and offered great assistance. The parking is located in the basement, and while there is a charge, we received a parking discount as guests, which made it quite reasonable. The parking area is secure, so I felt comfortable leaving my car there. As for the room: We stayed in the Family Room, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Only one small suggestion: It would be great if the toilet flush and shower water pressure could be upgraded for an even better experience. But aside from that, everything was perfect! A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be back again!

I recommend this room as it is very spacious and comes with two double beds, making it comfortable for families or small groups. However, it was quite noisy on the third floor due to children running around. The sound of footsteps, likely caused by wooden flooring, could be clearly heard from 8 PM to 11 PM every night. During my 3-night stay, the running and banging sounds were consistent each night and even in the mornings. Despite the noise, I would still choose to stay here again because the location is very convenient — it’s close to shops and other amenities. I recommend choosing Block 1 for your stay. thank you

the hotel staff is super friendly, patience and kind hehe the price is quite good although the amenities is abit lacking and unclean for example the water kettle when i fill it with water the plastic from the inner side kind of erodes terhakis causing it to turn into smaller sandy ish texture of plastic which made it impossible for me to make tea with hot water.. i tried cleaning it but its still the same, while the sheet have weird stain spots albeit small and not alot hehe anyway that's it basically its a good place to stay if youre on a budget or alone or just dont really care as long as you guys can sleep just tht i find the amenities abit lacking and just abit unclean gitu hehe
