disappointing, tiny room, brick wall view”
the location is great, right at the boulevard, very close to the sea. i come here almost every year. this year, bad luck, i got the smallest room with a brick wall view, terrible! when complaining about it , the staff could not adequately address the issue also hotel reception service bit strange; they opened mail that was personally addressed to me..... again, when asking they didn't handle it professionally

Very friendly and helpfull staff, shame the rooms were very basic. Food was excellent (except breakfast which was poor). Clean and friendly and on a budget price I couldn't really complain (although budget in the Netherlands is still quite pricey) And what's with the tourist tax?????

Einfach aber Okay”
kleines Zimmer, aber momentan etwas zu finden ist schwierig, da ist 100,- Euro direkt am Strand absolut Okay! Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und Tipp: Auch mittags oder abdns da essen - gibt als gast 10% Rabatt und ist für Noordwijk nicht teuer! Das Essen war sehr lecker!

In corona tijd geweest dus anders Hadden kamer 101 Ivm corona ontbijt op de kamer Niet al te grote kamer maar voor een kort verblijf prima. Kamer kwam ietwat gedateerd over (douche gordijn, degelijke plafonieres) Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam Ondanks dat we de niet storen label hadden gehangen kregen we nieuwe handboeken zeep koffie enz in een zakje aan de deur gehangen. Wel redelijk gehorig Ligging is direckt aan de boulevard waar achter direckt het strand begint . Parkeren bij de vomar (300meter) met aanzienlijke reductie Betaalde nu 12.5 euro per dag onbeperkt in en uitrijden keuze uit parkeerplaats of afgesloten parkeerkelder Klein koelkastje op de kamer en volgens mij ook een saftybox Geen super de luxe maar een gewoon degelijk hotel wat het de gasten naar hun zin probeert te maken
