This is a nice hotel to stay. Get a room with balcony, it worths to relax on the balcony later in the day or first thing in the morning to look over the mountains.

Nice location if you’re driving but strict check in time”
Great location for drivers, pretty near to all the attractions and a 7/11 3 mins drive away. However the staff was very strict with the check in time. We were waiting at the lobby since 2.30pm when the keys were already ready and they gave us the keys at 3pm sharp. Food was ok and staff in the cafe were really nice and helpful. Do note that they only accept cash

Europian style hotel ”
My kid really love this hotel as the common room is big ( with dining room and sitting room) that shared by a few rooms but no one using it actually. I don’t like the washroom design as the shower and toilet has no curtain in between and its too dark in my opinion.

Beautiful B&B with awesome location”
We booked one of the room in the villa. The bathrooms were not very clean. You can smell and see the mold. Downstair bathroom has a large bathtub that can fit in 6 people. However, it looks so dirty that noone wants to take a dip. Shower was sufficient for us. We had one hiccup with the dinner. We saw on their website that we have to book the dinner by 4:30pm the day of. So we called in the morning to inform the staff we want to dine at their restaurant and also add a bed to the bedroom. The staff acknowledge that we want to dine there and confirmed addition of our bed. However, when we arrived at the front desk, they informed us that we needed to order the food before 4:30pm, which noone told us that. They wouldn't take the ownership of miscommunication, and turned us away. So we had to find food in the middle of the night, in the mountain. It was not easy and very unpleasant.

the facility doesn't provide any dinner and breakfast. It has to be pre-booked with limited choice. The staff is attentive. I request for baby coat but they never reverted on my request whether the coat will be provided or not.

Spacious room, convenient location with a bus stop right in front of the lodge, friendly staff ”
The staffs are very kind to offer us a ride up to Qing jing farm when we checked in. The view from lodge was awesome and the surrounding was very nicely designed/decorated. Spacious room for a comfort stay, and the best part is there is bus stop right in front of the lodge, easy for us who do not drive to find our way up to Qing jing farm and we can go back to the city by bus. Will definitely choose this place when we visit Qing jing farm again.

Nice place to visit at Cingjing Farm”
I was glad to stay here one night near Cingjing Farm. The room was comfortable. I was there in March (7-12 °C), the blanket made my body warm and sleep tight all night. The room was lovely and clean. The guys at the front were nice. English can be used to communicate during the stay. The man drove as to Cingjing farm since that day was so cloudy and showering. Only concern was we had to carry the baggage by ourselves on the check-out date. (The man helped us to carry baggage to the room on the check-in date. By the way, he loves Thailand)

Very comfy stay with nice classic European decorations. Staffs are friendly. There is a bus stop just infront of the minsu for those who taking buses to Qing Jing

Love the cottage feel room!! And the pool too!! ”
The room is designed in old cottage feel right from the door step. It is a mansion building with 3 rooms in it. Each room can sleep 4 pax, 2 on the lower floor 2 on the upper floor (yes! each room has 2 levels) There is only 1 bathtub (made of stone) at the lower level, it looks like those hot spring tub. You can bring along bubble bath or and bath salt for a spa session. There is a pool at the back of the room, 1 pool is share by 2 rooms. Luckily for us that during our stay there is no one staying besides us so the whole pool is for us. They mentioned during winter time, the pool will be filled with hot water. For breakfast, you need to proceed too their main lobby. It is buffet style and i can consider it simple breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and the facilities of the hotel is very good. Have drinking water machine and even can borrow dvd for free to watch in the room. The location is around 10 minutes to the garden but quite far to Qin Jing farm can request transport from the staff.

We were so lucky”
We were planning to go Chingjing for a longwhile, there were a lot of hotels and BnBs around the farm, very difficult to make a choice. I was studying French when I was a student, so I chose here as our location. We were so lucky that this was the last room (maybe?) and we booked it, with a beautiful view day and night, which was located at the middle position at the top floor and I am not gonna tell you the room number LOL. We enjoyed a lot with the bath, the view, and the food, which brought us a very happy and silent Christmas when staying here. That was the happiest moment, he said.

Nice chalet design. impressive lounge to share good time with others Very impressive swimming pool for the luxury bedrooms, probably one of the highlight of this hotel. The extremely large bath tube is also a must. Overall a very nice and entertaining place to stay while passing by this very beautiful region of taiwan

This hostel is in French vintage style with relaxing atmosphere. The food here is tasty though the choices is a bit less. Convenient location to the attraction sightseeing. The lady staff is friendly and nice as well. Will stay here again if come to QingJing again.

Went in May'18 when sadly the sheeps are out for an inspection. Bus stop outside the lodge to take up to the attractive spots, otherwise can walk.. for 50mins. Lodge offers a ride up to the attractions, but not too sure if it costs money. Also, lodge can assist to help book for sunrise/morning tour visits to hehuanshan.

Customer Service Need Improvement”
It seems like the hotel use a few young staff which lack of customer service experience. It's not like the staff were not good but definitely, the helpfulness, initiative and attentive could be improved. Facilities wise, it's very good. It was enjoyable and a cozy stay.

The hotel has very authentic europe design. The French restaurant of the hotel was great! We enjoy the food there. Will be great if the outdoor pool is heated (heating service only available when you book the whole villa)
