They messed up our reservation and had to update us to a better room. Very apologetic and no hesitation to give us a better room. Only issue if it is one was bfast buffet was to go till 10 am but nothing left at 930 and no refills

Nice place but not the best”
It's a nice place, beautiful bay, friendly staff. We have been there three times. But we will not come again as long as they rent out sunbeds before the sun rises to outsiders from other hotels, we pay 3000 to stay in the hotel, those who come from outside pay only 100 bath and then they take the best sunbeds, talked to others there were dissatisfied people who suggested we get up at 3am. to get a sunbed. Very nice staff”
My wife and I stayed at PS Thana Resort in march 2016, and we would very much like to stay there again in the future - We really loved it. The resort is like a lush garden and is perfect for couples, families and elderly who prefers calm and serene surroundings. The living room and bathroom was large and very nice and clean - housekeeping every day. The wifi worked very well. The swimming pool is new and very nice. The resort is located directly on the beach. It is placed on the best part of the beach in my mind - the sand and water is very clean, and there were absolutely no rocks or seaweed. But the best part of the resort is the staff. They were so nice and always helpful. Always smiling and very polite. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Nice affordable accommodation surrounded by high end hotels”
We were part of a wedding group who were staying (literally) next door in Sala which was far higher then our budget. PS Thana came to the rescue with very reasonable rooms that are very comfortable and spacious. Located on a great part of the beach just a short walk from some lovely beach side restaurants and bars with extremely helpful and friendly staff and great breakfast options, I consider myself lucky to have found PS Thana and we had 3 great nights in the area.

Bang for your bucks”
Great location in Choeng Mon. 10 minutes by car to Chaweng. I have stayed at the PS Thana 3 times now and I highly reccomend it. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is right on the beach. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are very spacious. Great place if you want to be somewhere a little quieter and relax.

Do Not Eat at the restaurant ”
We stayed for one week, on arrival we were treated as we should have but unfortunately that changed when we complained of the air conditioning we ad been in Thailand 6 weeks prior to arriving at PS Thana Resort and had nothing but wonderful people. The owners and staff need to change jobs as it's a great resort other than them and the food. Our complaint of the air conditioning was that it wasnt cooling corectly The second day we went for lunch and ordered the ribs in pepper sauce but when it arrive it was boiled like dogs meat discusting, My Mai Tai cocktail was like pure raspberry cordial, I refused to accept it we paid for the food and they changed 7% tax on top.We never week back to the restaurant. The beach is 10 out of 10 The pool is 10 out of 10 The location is 10 out of 10 A great place to stay but please do not compain as they will not even look at you, it was quite sad really. We loved our stay at the resort, we could walk from our room to the beach and with two small boys this is just what we needed. The staff is very nice and the Choengmon beach is ideal for families, we felt very safe and cared for.

Extended family holiday”
Stayed here when attending a wedding a nearby resort. It was a cheaper option but to our pleasant surprise it certainly was a good option. Rooms were big, we were on the first floor and did have a problem with water pressure at first but when we advised staff it was fixed immediately. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but had options and staff could cater for dietary issues. It appeared that on the day we left that breakfast was moving to the buffet style but there were many new guests arriving that day, I think a full house. Resort right on the beach and we had good swimming when the rain/seas allowed. Unfortunately a storm was in the area but it didn't affect us too much, we stayed 8 days. Not too far for Chaweng, 50 THB each in the tuktuk and just abit more to the Fisherman's Market in Bophut

Great value on peaceful beach”
One of Samui's best beaches - safe calm water, very clean, not crowded. Resort has good size rooms, clean and nice gardens and pool. Cheung Mon village on doorstep has plenty of restaurants - needed because PS only failing is poor food. Overall worth it. Have visited 3 times now.

Nice resort on a nice beach ”
Nice resort in a quiet location right on the beach, although the beachfront is not the best part of Choeng Mon beach, 100 meters or more to the right the beach is cleaner and sea a bit more shallow when it's more windy. But still ok. Resort is nice with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large, good bed, big bathroom with bad and separate shower. A bit more attention for details would be nice but it's value for money. Choeng Mon Beach is relatively quiet and good for families, with some good restaurants and massage parlors while for 100 baht pp you can catch a taxi to chaweng or fisherman's village.

Relaxing time”
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with activities outside of resort. Rooms were large and clean. Beach was nice and Sandy. Was great for kids. Only thing was the beach was in a cove and if you like to run on the beach, you didn't have much area to run before you had to turn around and head back. Restaurant food was good and had a lot to choose from.

I booked this hotel by accident in the Agoda app but that turned out pretty good. The hotel is new and very clean. Nice swimming pool and big rooms. Staff is very friendly and the beach is quiet and has some nice restaurants. Poor breakfast in the hotel. Lot of elderly people, don't expect a vibrant nightlife.

What a nice little gem on the beach. The staff were so kind and always there to serve with a smile. The rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The property is on a nice swimming beach cove and the pool sits back in a nice garden. Breakfast is simple and well presented. Wifi is spotty. Five stars for exceptional staff!!
