The room was small and not clean when I checked in. The staff was very friendly. The signature rooms even need upgrading but like I said the staff was nice.

Our stay”
Very nice hotel but slot machines are very tight. Four of us finally decided we couldn’t play slots there because never hit. Had to go to other facilities. Hard to get around Away from main strip action Also no coffee in room no water other $4bottles.

Not Bad, Avoid sales people”
The value is great in Vegas, location is just outside of the strip but very close, the grounds are nice parking easy, but do not walk north of the hotel at night pretty sketchy area ok to walk west to the strip. Room looks like they updated but still signs of its a face lift not a remodel. They have gambling, pool, spa, and all amenities. . The 2 star on staff is check in was a boar, they will not let you check in till 3PM so half + of your first day is gone, and they have several people trying to sell you a timeshare of some kind, i think this hotel is part of timeshare properties. They do not clean rooms until late as well about 2-4PM. Staff at restaurants are great.

Avoid, very dated and bad service”
When we booked there was no mention of needing to pay resort fees, which were about $38 per day. We were also given a living room, with a fold down bed, which would normally be an attached room for someone staying in a suite. We called the front desk and were told that every room was just like that. There is a lack of photos on Agoda, but the ones shown all are for normal rooms with real beds.

Deception-Do NOT believe the price!!”
I was quoted one price with NO mention of resort fees that all the other hotels don’t feel compelled to hide like the Westgate does. ALL those fees should be revealed up front to give the true price. Be honest!!!

Weasel tactics to sell timeshare”
Thought they were genuinely sweet to offer welcome gift. Turned out to be a three hour long time share presentation despite being told it is 90 minutes. Worse of all, gave tickets to watch a show, but was told the show had sold out for the night we were promised. Ended up watching substitute show. All in all, weaselgate.

Told me to CALL AGODA long distance reservation not found”
Despite knowing guest is from Malaysia, asked guest to call long distance. Reservation was allegedly cancelled despite being fully paid to AGODA. Turns out Front Desk don't know how to read Chinese names (first name last name). This caused hundreds Ringgit in long distance IDD calls borne by customer.

Worst housekeeping despite the resort fee”
Clogged bathtub drain never solved despite staying three days consecutively. Premium room condition looked like last refurbished 1999. Weasel gate a more apt name than Westgate.

Weaselgate not Westgate”
Booking said breakfast. Instead given USD 40 credit. When used at restaurant, bill totalled USD 56.24 Was asked by waiter to pay balance in cash. But when check credit card statement, USD 16.24 still charged, hence double payment of cash and my credit card. Informed during checkout. They will reverse. Then quietly re-charge a new entry a few days later. One word. Weasel.

Having lived in Vegas...”
First some good things about the place: •Room was clean and the bed / linen was comfortable. •The internet was fast •The water pressure was good and water temperature consistant. •Small refrigerator in the room. (No microwave) The bad: •Price gouge at every turn. •Please ensure you understand/anticipate additional resort fees. Fees for things that are typically included in the room price anywhere outside of Vegas. •$4 for a bottle of water in your room. Which is just plain tacky and a little insulting. •Absurdly priced items in the casino mini-mart. Do yourself a favor and walk or Uber to literally anywhere not a casino and avoid the 400%-500% mark up. 500% is not an exaggeration on some items. •Poor action for poker and table games. This IS a slot machine casino. Put your money into a machine with a precise algorithm that guarantees you lose, enjoy your stay!

Staff are rude , no ice , bad service .never recommend to friends or family. After check in , been told hotel turn off water from 9pm for 8 hours , nothing works at the hotel, bathroom was crack in bath & chipped .

The hotel was trying to charge (extra money, which is called resort fee) us more than we reserved. ”

Smokey even in a non smoking room- only 3 elevator s were working ”
I pre-paid for a room and got hit with a $20 charge for and upgraded room because they were out of the room I PAID for- seems like that should be their problem! Would NEVER stay here again.

Just okay, not worth the resort fees”
We booked with a very cheap room rate, which later became not so cheap with $35 resort fee per room per day. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle of rebooking, so reluctantly accepted the extra charge. The hotel ground floor is standard Vegas casino, restaurants etc, pretty decent. The room in the east tower was dank smelling, old and tired looking and didn't have effective air conditioning. Overall, not great, there are better hotels in Vegas

I wouldn’t recommend”
No cleaning of the room for the duration of the stay Staff are rude at the restaurants Extra charges upon arrival which weren’t mentioned previously Not happy, wont recommend neither the hotel nor Agoda...
