I had a very good stay at YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road. The location is excellent, right on Orchard Road, with countless shops, restaurants and malls within walking distance. It’s also very convenient for public transport and exploring the city. The hotel has a modern concept and the rooms are clean, well designed and very efficient in how the space is used. The rooms are not very large, which is quite typical for Singapore, but everything feels smartly arranged and comfortable. There is also a rooftop pool area which is nice to have, although for me it was not necessarily a highlight. The gym is modern and relatively small, but it has everything you need for a good workout. Breakfast was extensive and very tasty, with a good variety of options. However, it is quite expensive, so that is something to keep in mind. Overall, the hotel is modern, well maintained and in an excellent location. For a city stay in Singapore it’s a very good choice and I would happily stay here again.

I traveled solo to celebrate my birthday, and YOTEL Singapore was the perfect choice. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around, yet it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff took great care of me even before my stay — they answered all my questions promptly and provided a booking confirmation number. Self check-in was extremely easy, but if you need any assistance, the front desk staff are always ready to help. They even surprised me with a lovely little birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful touch! The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable and could be adjusted electronically, which made it even better. The room had everything I needed, including USB charging ports. Though the space is compact, it didn’t feel cramped at all — there was storage space under the bed for my luggage, a large window with a great view, and a full-length mirror which made getting dressed easy. The room was spotlessly clean, and most importantly for me, the bathroom was equipped with a bidet spray. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

I had a nice stay with Yotel Orchard, booked for 5 days, and every time I come back after a long tiring day, it doesnt disappoint. Pros: ‐ staffs are very accomodating and smilling everytime, breakfast crew was great, housekeeping cleans the room throughly, and was able to request a late checkout to their mission control crew. - 24 hr gym, not just cardio - pool, though its kinda embarassing to swim infront of the restaurant haha - good view and big windows (if youre adventurous, you can bathe without the blinds on - with bidet, and the shower head was great it had a misting option - breakfast was tasty ‐ tap driking water is very convenient - AND OF COURSE THE SMART BED, I LOVE IT Cons: - breakfast repeats every other day, not a lot of variety - long walk to mrt station though bus stop is just 2 mins away - no netflix, smart tv with cable and youtube only Anyway, i had a very nice stay here, and would absolutely comeback

We had a wonderful stay at YOTEL Singapore and would highly recommend it, especially for its location and value for money. The hotel is incredibly affordable considering it’s right in the heart of Orchard Road. Everything is within walking distance — the MRT, bus stops, shopping malls, and so many food options. The area feels very safe, even in the evenings, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I really loved was the clever design of the rooms. The space is used so efficiently — it’s compact but doesn’t feel cramped at all. Everything is thoughtfully laid out, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cosy! The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to have a slightly bigger lobby area. But honestly, that’s a minor point compared to all the positives. Overall, highly, highly recommended for its location, comfort, and price. We would definitely stay here again!

We really liked our stay at YOTEL, especially since we got the rooms on a super sale and booked 2 rooms for a really good price. The rooms are small like any other hotel in Singapore, but they fit all of us and are very high-tech. The beds were very comfortable and the overall design was very aesthetic, modern, and well-maintained. We also really liked the view from the glass window. The location is also great and very convenient. My kids and the whole family loved it! We really appreciated the complimentary birthday surprise for our grandmother — such a nice and thoughtful touch. The kids also enjoyed the breakfast even though there was no rice. The breakfast was super worth it. Thank you so much, YOTEL! The check-in was very easy even with a late check-in, no hassle at all since we informed them ahead. This was very helpful since our flight was early in the morning. We will definitely come back again if we get the chance to visit Singapore again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Yotel. The location is excellent, close to everything and just steps from MRT stations. Staying at Yotel Orchard means convenience, as it’s within walking distance to ION, Wisma Atria, and iSetan, etc, where you can find almost anything you need. Exploring other parts of Singapore is also easy: Bugis, Marina Bay/Marina Bay Sand, Garden by the Bay, the Merlion, and even Sentosa Island are all accessible by MRT, or you can take a direct bus from the nearby station straight to Sentosa. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The room was spotless, though a bit compact if you’re carrying large luggage. The bed was comfortable, and we managed well booking one room for three with my husband, daughter, and me. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return to Yotel on our next visit to Singapore.

I stayed at YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road for 2 nights in a Premium City View Queen Room on the 21st floor, and overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is a big plus. Being right along Orchard Road means easy access to malls, food options, and amenities, which makes it very convenient whether you’re in town for leisure or a short staycation. The room itself is compact but thoughtfully designed. Despite the size, it felt clean, well-kept, and holds up well for a property that’s around 8.5 years old. One standout feature is the smart adjustable bed, which really enhances comfort, especially in a smaller space. It makes lounging and resting much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the eco-friendly touch of having a dedicated filtered potable water tap at the bathroom sink. It’s a practical and sustainable feature that more hotels should adopt. The room is also equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with a fridge, which covers the essentials nicely. I had a good city view from my room, but there is a design drawback. Due to the compact layout, the window view is shared between the bedroom and the shower/toilet area. This means you have to close the blinds every time you shower, which unfortunately blocks out both the view and the natural daylight. It’s a bit of a shame, especially since the view is actually quite nice. There was also a minor issue with some water leakage onto the toilet window ledge, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, although I likely avoided the peak crowd. Shortly after I checked in, long queues started forming, so timing does seem to matter. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a well-located, modern hotel with smart design features, best suited for travellers who are comfortable with compact spaces.

I've now stayed at this location four times and each time was comfortable and pleasant. Rooms are in good condition and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was ample and I particularly liked the fresh omelettes. The only problem I had this trip was the in-room lock box failed to work properly. But all else was fine and I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in many hotels along Orchard road (our fav place to be based when visiting SG). Yotel was really decent value for the price we got. Some details about our experience: Room: We had to book a room with 2x beds for myself, husband and 3 yr old child. Usually we prefer book a room with a king bed and all share but the standard rooms only has small beds (double or queen). We booked the room with main double bed and bunk bed. Be aware that the rooms are super small. It didn't bother us but good to note. They also have really good black out curtains. Beds - The main bed was really comfy but my husband said the bunk bed was hard and uncomfortable. Maybe it would be better for kids but the guard rail was way too low for our little one to sleep up there. Privacy - on our room, the frosted glass that separates the bedroom from the bathroom does not go all the way to the top. This meant that the person in the bunk bed could see into the shower when sitting on the bed. It was fine for us but might not suit other groups. Bathroom - was great! Water pressure and temp was really good. Everything really clean. Staff - they were great! We asked for all towels and bed linen to be replaced after our first or two nights as our son was sick and they did without question. Always friendly and helpful! Noise - rooms were quiet. Location - great location close to ION and other main malls and bus stops. Smell - unfortunautely the biggest downer for this accommodation was the smell. The hallways and rooms smelt of mould. There were no opening windows which meant there was no way to air out the smell. All in all we would happily stay here again if we got a great sale price again!

My friends and I used this hotel for our trip last year. We consisted of 5 people and used two rooms, both of which were connected. It's convenient because we would go back and forth between each other's rooms. The hotel is also in a very strategic location, yes the room is a bit small, but for the price you get what you pay for, they use the space wisely making the room feel bigger than it is, the bathroom is also spotless, they also have a bidet which helps especially for tourists that are used to wearing them, considering it's really hard to find a place that have one in Singapore. Recommended especially if you're on a budget. The bed could also incline, which is nice and unique for a hotel. Modern and clean, the check-in process is also really quick and easy. I really like this hotel because it provides things that travelers actually need. Sometimes when we travel, we don’t bring everything, but this hotel is very thoughtful. This was my first experience staying in Yotel. It was a short 2-night stay but one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in in Singapore! The room is not large but it was ideal for myself as a solo traveler - very clean and provides basic amenities. The best part of the room was the bed! So very comfortable and I slept really well both nights. The hotel location is fantastic and walking distance to convenience stores, eateries, shopping and public transport. The self check-in and check-out kiosks were easy to use and was a quick process. As it was a short trip, I didn't manage to use the hotel facilities, but I will certainly be staying here again, so hope to be able to experience the hotel more fully in future.

Use the International Building to enter the hotel. Can use the elevator which is handy and stay out of the heat for bit longer. the location is great. Train and buses are close by to take you anywhere you need to. plenty of options to shop and eat around. Even Mt Elizabeth hospital is about 10 mins away in case you need it. about 30 mins taxi ride from airport. Room is small. It is adequately set up though and clean. Nic big window in the bathroom. I did enjoy the adjustable bed. that was helpful to have in a small room. No drawers though or a closet. there is a rack to hang your clothes. loved the pillows and bed was comfortable. Staff were all professional and friendly and helpful.

Staying with families for 3 nights. The hotel location is near orchard MRT station with some cafe and food in the area. The check-in process is not smooth and efficient, they asked us to do self check-in in the computer but since we, as customers, were not familiar with it, staff was needed to operate the computer. We also requested side by side/adjoining room a week before, but those rooms were not available during our check-in. They asked us to wait until 5 pm for check-in, but they still cannot provide our request. The room was clean, complete amenitiies, but a bit small, has unique design (no cupboard, shower is at the window side) so we cannot see outside the window. They offered daily vouchers if you are not using the housekeeping as "go green initiative". I used the gym this morning, and there were some kids (below age) playing inside, and I almost fell down because those kids played the gym balls and it stucked into my threadmill. There should be security officer or staff that keep checking the area, gym should not for kids below age. The checkout process was smooth, and I can use the vouchers in the restaurant for lunch.

Yotel Orchard is located in Orchard with short distance to MRT station & Bus stop. The room is compact enough for short stay with small to medium suitcase size for 2 persons stay. The rooms have bidet shower set for sure but with a very low (like almost stop) water pressure. It would have been more comfortable for us indonesian to have bigger bidet water pressure and spraying. One detail the way from Yotel to public transportation is covered with roof, easier for us to walk while raining. Overall our stay was comfortable enough. If you dont mind about budet condition, Yotel can be your best option to stay at SG *dear Yotel, please set a more comfortable bidet spray!.

Great value for the location compare to the price. We really liked how compact yet functional the room was. We were just staying one night in transit—three of us in a small room—and it worked out really good. Amenities are awesome. Hairdyer- iron + iron desk, good quality soap shampoo- clean comfy bed & towel. Love it. Our main concern was privacy. The bathroom has only glass walls, so if you turn on the light, others in the room can see the silhouette - quite clear. Also, since the door needs to stay closed while showering, the floor get wet. It seems the door is meant to double as a shower partition, but using it that way compromises privacy..

If you are looking for an affordable hotel around orchard road, this is definitely the place for you! We stayed there for a week and I really noticed the cleanliness, the relaxing ambiance and good food. I also love how every staff of them are accommodating and really nice to us. We really had a nice stay with them. I think that the only room for improvement would be the selection on their breakfast buffet. As someone who availed breakfast buffet for a week, I just hoped that they have different menu everyday because they only alternate their menu. Overall, I would still recommend their hotel for someone who is on a budget.

The room packs a lot in for its small size. Well done! Bed is very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The shower/toilet by the floor to ceiling windows are a little strange, but nothing the roller shades can’t fix. Since those windows are the only source of natural light, it would be easier if the roller shades are motorized instead of manual, because I had to roll it up and down every day and night and every time I use the bathroom. It gets old. The drinking water faucet is a very nice touch. The room smelled musty, like a basement. Not sure why. Still, overall, good value for money. I would stay again.

MRT역도 가까워서 싱가포르 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있었어요. 호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 모던한 디자인으로 정리가 잘 되어 있었고, 객실이 생각보다 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 침대도 편안하고 샤워부스 물도 잘 나와서 장시간 이동 후 쉬기에 좋았어요. 특히 상가/편의시설이 바로 옆이라 식사나 간단한 음료 땡길 때 굳이 멀리 나가지 않아도 돼서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 체크인·체크아웃도 빠른 편이라 출장 일정에 맞춰 움직이기 좋았어요. 출장·관광 모두 고려한다면 가격 대비 위치와 편의 모두 만족스러운 선택이었습니다!

The unique layout of the room, including the bunk beds, was a big hit with the children. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I was impressed that housekeeping was provided daily without even having to ask. It is very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's rest. The location is excellent, situated right next to the Thai Embassy and within close proximity to a large supermarket. However, guests should be aware that the nearest laundromat is quite far away, which might suggest that self-service laundry facilities are not very common in Singapore.

We had a cosy and comfortable stay — perfect for a couple’s staycation. The room may be compact, but it’s thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials neatly packed into the space. We stayed on the 26th floor and enjoyed both a stunning daytime view and a superb night skyline of the city lights. The location was convenient, right in town, making it easy to get around. The queen-size bed was soft and comfy, with an adjustable tilt angle that made it even more relaxing. A great spot for a short, restful city getaway.

This hotel is mainly to stay, which it does very well for it’s price point. The rooms are probably the smallest I’ve been in but it’s still good enough. The best and worst portion would be the toilet. The best portion is the transparent view of the city from the toilet but the downside being there is no divider between the shower and the toilet bowl area… thus it is easy to get the whole area wet. The pool is not really a pool.. TLDR if you’re in orchard and you want a simple room that is clean and worth the $ without the extra facilities, this is extremely worth it. Location is 10/10

호텔 선택은 여행의 질을 결정하는 중요한 요인이라고 생각해요. 세번째로 싱가폴을 방문하게 되면서 호텔 선택에 많은 고민을 했었고 그 결과 요텔을 선택했어요. 호텔내 편의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 청결하며 밤 늦게까지 돌아다녀도 교통의 요지에 위치해 있어 좋았어요. 주변에 상가가 많아 구경하기도 좋고 먹거리 선택의 폭도 넓어 즐거웠네요. 아. 혼자여행함에도 불구하고 객실 내에 25인치 캐리어를 어떻게 잘 둘것인가 하는 문제가 있었어요. 펼쳐두고 필요한 물건을 꺼내 사용하려면 침대 주변의 공간을 효율적으로 활용하기에 불편함이 있어 다니기에 불편해요. 침대아래 빈 공간에 두려면 캐리어를 펼친 상태로 넣지 못하고 반드시 접은 상태로 넣어야 해서 필요한 건 모두 꺼내두어야 해요. 조식은 훌륭합니다. 아침부터 든든하게 잘 먹고 다녀서 좋았어요.

Not a big hotel but a smart one. Bed is really great, the room is small but was done smartly, every corner was used accordingly. Also very clean, appreciate how the cleaners clean the rooms, really top. Location is in the middle of orchard road, 100 meters away from a bus stop, and 150m from the mrt. Shopping malls are all reachable by foot. Just that maybe on a weekend during check in can be a bit chaotic because there’s a lot of guests. But is all good. For the price, booked it earlier so it’s worth it. Didnt able to use the facilities such as gym, pool, restaurant.

I loved everything about this place! the location, safety, people, service, everything. also it’s in middle of orchard road and ion mall&wheelock place is in front, so it was very easy to shop. and there is starbucks, shakeshack, yogurt ice cream place, brunch place so it was also easy to grab a snack. my room was so clean everyday, and it felt so cozy just like home. the room’s size is quite perfect for one person. so if ur a solo traveler, just book this place!!

The room is small but modern and well-designed. You can definitely find cheaper options in Singapore, but the vibe here feels different. Clean, comfy, and I'm honestly in love with the shower gel *that alone made me come back. Haha. Breakfast was good, even better than the old YOTEL, with clearer separation between halal and non-halal options. The only downside was check-in, a bit messy, as many guests struggled with the self check-in machines and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. Maybe more staff would help during peak times. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Convenient hotel in the heart of Orchard - room ingeniously provided everything needed (including iron and iron board!) despite the compact space, and beds were comfy as well. The kids especially loved all the high-tech facilities like the adjustable bed and robot staff! Point for improvement is just the toilet area that gets wet from shower splashes - best to install a divider to keep the rest of the area dry and clean.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for getting to shopping areas, entertainment, and sightseeing spots. Perfect for a group of friends. Everything is clean and tidy. You should book early to get a better rate — we booked last-minute, so the price was a bit high, around 3.5 million VND per night for 2 people (breakfast not included). Our room had an amazing view overlooking the street, with floor-to-ceiling windows — absolutely stunning both day and night. Super poetic vibe!

Yotel Orchard is an interesting hotel. When my friends and I arrived for check-in, there was only one staff member at the counter so the process took a while. We didn’t realize until later that there were many self-check-in kiosks we could have used. Oops! The room was small, but we were glad to have a room that accommodated 3 people, so that was great! The shower with the floor-to-ceiling windows was a source of entertainment for us. Great view, but we had to be very conscious of putting the blinds down whenever we wanted to use the bathroom. Having the sink outside the bathroom area also made for a slightly strange set-up. The first night, we were mystified by the location of the bathroom light switches and finally found them behind the clothes rack outside the bathroom. I think our favorite thing about staying at Yotel, besides the excellent location, was the breakfast buffet. We were surprised and delighted by the huge spread. There was something for everyone: croissants, bacon, sausages, pancakes/waffles, oatmeal with honey and cinnamon, congee, and more. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast buffet!

Super great stay! The hotel is very clean, modern, and feels like a smart hotel with well-thought-out facilities. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to Orchard MRT, and there’s also a bus station nearby with many route options, which made getting around very convenient. Even better, right below the hotel there are a pharmacy, restaurants, a salon, and a massage place, which was incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again :)

Room was extremely small for the price but was clean and the hotel is well located. I requested a room with 2 single beds rather than a big bed, far away as possible from the elevators and I was given a room right beside the elevators, with one big bed. That was disappointing. I could hear the dinging of the elevator bell from inside the room. There was a bunk bed above the main one but the ladder rungs were very narrow and painful on the feet. Room was well light proofed once the blinds were closed. I like that they provide a drinking water filter rather than plastic bottles and large refillable shower gel & shampoo rather than small disposable plastic containers. Check out is at 11:00, I would’ve preferred noon.

Just a one night stay but it was fabulous. Location is super, surrounded by shops, MRT station and very safe and walkable. Staff could not have been kinder or more accomodating, answering questions, helping with directions and holding luggage even when very busy at peak check in and check out periods. Very comfortable beds - the rooms while small are super efficient and there is a space for everything. Great in room toiletries too and the cleanliness is next level.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in, which made the arrival experience very pleasant. The room was clean and slightly compact, but it was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was excellent, and the shampoo provided had a very pleasant scent. The bed linen was soft, spotless, and fresh, with no stains or odors. The pillow was also firm and comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

I'm so impressed with how smart and well designed the rooms are. We only traveled with carry ons and they went under the bed easily. There's a spot on each side. Love that the bed can raise and lower even though I didn't use it that much, but if you have acid reflux or something, slight incline is a smart way to go. The sink is outside the bathroom, which is the only thing I don't love - if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the person next to you in the room will definitely hear it. I actually like the floor to ceiling window in the bathroom. You can put the shades down or the black out blinds and the room still gets light or blocked light depending on what you want. Shower felt spacious because the bathroom shower combo became a wet room. More Hangers than most hotels provide you. An ironing board and hairdryer (ok. Not a great blowdryer... they can do better) fit and are actually stored in the tiny room. Front desk is kind. Express/self check in is easy enough. Loved the location. You're directly in front of Audemar Piguet, Icon mall, and at the corner you have 2 indoor Hawker food markets as well as a major metro stop. Bus stop is also directly outside and can take you to raffles hotel in 20 minutes. We loved riding top level of the double decker. For short stays, this is an excellent choice. We didn't even hear any noise.

I had an overall pleasant stay at YOTEL Singapore. The hotel's modern design, convenient location near the MRT and shopping malls, and excellent breakfast selection made for an enjoyable experience. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The bathroom's glass walls lacked privacy, as they were clear and made the person inside visible from the bedroom. Additionally, we encountered challenges with the booking regarding the number of guests per room. Despite having paid for rooms that accommodate three guests each, there was a miscommunication with Agoda regarding the number of occupants. Resolving this issue with the hotel staff proved to be difficult, as they were not very flexible in addressing the concern. Fortunately, we were able to settle it through Agoda. Given that the rooms are designed for three guests, the hotel should ideally ensure that the corresponding breakfast allocation is also for three guests, regardless of any booking platform discrepancies. While the situation was initially inconvenient, the overall experience at YOTEL Singapore was still enjoyable.

Price : Got much cheaper when booked a month prior. Only ***-ish for 3D2N. No deposit needed. Bed : Superr comfyy and we couldnt get over the reclining feature. The bestt!! 🫶🏻 Although the space a bit tight but who cares. We only wanted to rest on the bed not on the floor. In fact theres storage space under the bed to store your luggage! Fully equipped : safety box, mini fridge, iron + mini iron board, hair dryer even an UMBRELLA & a FLASHLIGHT?! Also the sink is equipped with filtered drinking water tap! Toilet : ugh beautiful view with functional hot showers. All basic toiletries included. Also toilet got BIDET!! So grateful for that 🥹 Parking : We parked at international building connected to the hotel. Luckily got a vacant parking slot in the limited parking space. Bought a one time exit pass for $21. Commute mostly by MRT. Nearest station MRT Orchard. How to go MRT Orchard from Lobby > International building Lift > GF > head towards entrance (you’ll see guardian on your left) > turn left and walk straight till you see iSetan > look for escalator going underground on your right > walk towards Wheelock Place (Exit 5) > follow the signs > until you saw Calvin Kleins on your left, it means youre in ION ORCHARD MALL > so just pursue the MRT Signs. Looks like a lot of direction but actually its quite easy. Took only 10mins from Yotel. So convenient. Always remember your exit number & train platforms. Utilise google map, much function than the others.

Had a great stay at YOTEL. The room and bathroom were spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with good options to start the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Not a lot of surface space to put things & different to have toilet & shower together with view to the world but thankfully there are shades. Bathroom blocks most of the view though. Room was clean & had things you needed. Self in check in/out but staff there to help and answer questions and they were wonderful. Location was easy for public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, not as many options as other places and restaurant could have more options as well. Not the best functional layout for breakfast Buffett either. Also Yolanda the robot was great.
