Never goig back”

This hotel was awful. I stayd for 2 nightes. The staff were good except for one guy named haney! Bad bad attitude! We had an electricity cut in the first night! And when i asked the reception they told me we dont know who to call and had to spend the whole night without AC! The second night the AC whent off again and it was very hot! Nothing was done again. Price is way hight for this accomodation!

it was an unforgettable stay! the hotel staff really took care of us and they are very friendly. they even recommended us to the best restaurant nearby. surely we will stay in this hotel next time we come back to Paris. Higly recommended hotel!

A little dated but a comfortable, friendly hotel”

The hotel was really well located for all the major tourist attractions and right in the centre of the Champs Elysees. We didn't eat in the hotel as Paris has so many wonderful places to dine but the bar and restaurant looked very nice and modern. on the same street is a cafe called the Victoria with free wifi, a wonderful menu and great wine which is a must try. The rooms were basic but comfortable with a wonderful view from the street facing balcony. The staff were amazing!! spoke fantastic English, were always willing to help and give advice to us. It was like going back in time with a manual credit card swipe machine and the old fashioned lifts but our stay was made very simple and warm by this aging hotels comfortbale, traditional feel and good old fashined service from start to finish.

the location of the hotel was like a centre point, there was no need to catch the hop on hop off bus, because you can just walk to all the sight seeing and easy to get to. the staff were very friendly and any question you had about paris there were happy to answer.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Paris just off the Champs Elyse with easy walk to the Metro and shops, and some of Paris finest restaurants. Well worth the little extra for the convenience and ease plus you save on the cabs.

Very clean hotel with a great location”

the staff was so friendly and helpful. rooms were cleaned without delay and were very clean without smelling like cleaning products. this was within an easy walk of the metro and in walking distance of numerous stores and restaurants in all price ranges.
