Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.
Free services such as WiFi, garage and TV may not work from time to time, due to conditions outside the control of the property. If these cannot be repaired immediately, for the same reason, no refund can be claimed, but neither will the price be increased.
Please note that apartments are cleaned 3 times a week and bed linen is changed once a week. Beach or pool towels are not included.
