Very good value for the money. English not really spoken, but daytime staff especially is friendly and make the effort to please. Only real complaint is that coffee could have easily been complimentary.

Far and noisy”

Too far from the center....we were able to get around by foot but walked for hours....no fridge in the room, was a bit disappoinnted, staff was nice though...very noisy because we quickly found out we were close to the airport...so just stayed one night

Chiang Mai in winter time is cool so A/C is not my option. I booked a fan room and it's comfortable enough.

This was the most comfortable bed in Thailand I slept in. Excellent WiFi signal. Cons: Would not recommend staying here if on foot. All rooms face parking courtyard it is very loud. The bathrooms are large but not very nice. Make sure you visit local Cafe and Ted's cafe very close to the hotel

Language is bit of prob with some of the staff but a smile works wonders felt like stayed as part of the family

Great place no complaints”

I had no problems, even extended my stay. Very clean and comfortable place to rest up. I had no problem with the planes. Yes you hear them but nothing that earplugs can’t take care of. The other guests were the loudest because the rooms aren’t soundproof at all but again, earplugs. I’ve enjoyed my stay. I was doing yoga nearby and that’s why I stayed here but it is far from the center so know your neighborhoods before you book.

I told by check in that I need it quiet in the morning. The first morning I was woken up by i stant coughing iver houres. That what a asthmasic wich healed himself with tai chi cannot bare is instant coughing (subawared reprogramming!) The second morning at 8:00 ... The room was not do clean. The dource in the area was very nice. Good fengshui ... The rooms not.

Not recommend, even it's cheaper than others. It's noisy and not enough parking. It's not easy to take public transport. The furniture is old.

청소를 깨끗하게 해줍니다. 호텔 앞에 워시머신 가게가 있어서 저렴하게 빨래하고 호텔에 널었습니다. 호텔 위치도 뒷편으로 가면 세븐일레븐도 있고 안전하고 괜찮습니다. 단점은 비행기소음이 좀 있습니다. 분위기가 조금 침침합니다. 벌레는 단한번도 나오지않았고 깨끗해서 그 점이 가장 좋았습니다.

에어컨 끄면 덥고 그래여 하루종일 에어컨 틀어놧어용. 비행기가 자주다녀서 엄청 시끄러워요. 화장실은 천장 뚫려서 방에서 화장실 소음 다 들려요. 숙소근처에 현지인들만 가는 밥집잇는데. 거기서 모든음식 다 맛있어요 싸고. 너무 싸고 혜자라 좋았습니다.

สภาพห้องเปิดมาแล้วตกใจ เก่าอะไรขนาดนี้ กำแพงเป็นคราบดำๆ ชักโครกกดไม่ค่อยจะลง ต้องกดแช่ทิ้งไว้ ข้อดีแค่มีที่จอดรถและเงียบเพราะอยู่ในซอย จากสนามบินนั่งแอร์พอร์ทบัสมาลงนิมมานท์ แล้วเดินต่อเข้าซอยสุขเกษมมาประมาณ 950 ม.ถึงรร. ถ้าเข้ามาจากทางห้วยแก้วปากซอยมี 7-11 ก็จะเดินใกล้กว่า สอบถามวิธีการเดินทางๆรร.ตอบอย่างเดียว มาตามแผนที่หรือให้นั่งแท๊กซี่จากสนามบิน สรุปต้องไปถาม information ที่สนามบินเอาเองว่าเดินทางแบบรถสาธารณะทำไง
