Hotéis e locais para uma estadia em Kobe

It was close to the station, so it was really convenient to get there right after the live event 😊 I really appreciated having SEKKISEI skincare amenities, and the hairdryer had a strong airflow, which was helpful. The pajamas were separated into top and bottom, so I was comfortable! The room was very clean, and the entrance smelled nice! I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Kobe!

Close to the station! Everything is within a few minutes' walk. The amenities are plentiful, and the staff are friendly. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The outlets for the hairdryer and kettle, as well as the USB ports, are conveniently located. The lights can be adjusted in two places. The two hangers in the bathroom were helpful for washing small items. Although the single room was compact, the bed was wide, and there were two pillows of different firmness, separate pajamas, and an easy-to-use analog alarm clock. I also appreciated the larger mug. Check-in and check-out were straightforward! The reason for the low rating is that when I returned to the hotel at night, the toner and lotion were gone, and there was a slight accumulation of dust on the walls of the room, but overall, I was quite satisfied. I will use it again.

The place was very clean, and the night view from the entrance was quite beautiful, but staying higher up offered a wonderful view of the night scenery! There was chocolate in the refrigerator to enhance sleep quality, and at check-in, I could choose from four types of amenities, including a hot eye mask, which was lovely! I would love to stay again.

The room was clean and the staff were very kind. The room with the bathtub had a separate toilet, which was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the ice and coffee service was nice. There was a clean smoking room, which is friendly for smokers. I will stay here again next time.

The interior was clean, possibly due to the renovated parts. Although it was small, everything was conveniently within reach. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. Cleaning was done every three nights, and used towels had to be placed in the hallway; new ones could be picked up at the front desk when needed. It would have been nice to have a garbage disposal area in the hallway as well. (Did I just not notice?) The bathtub was a bit larger and had plenty of hot water, which was good, but there were issues with drainage. Sounds from the upper floor echoed quite a bit. I could also hear voices from the neighboring room. I had expected it to be quiet based on reviews. The distance to tourist spots and shopping areas like Sannomiya and Motomachi was a bit far, but for me, who had an early morning departure on the airport line, the station was very close, which was helpful.

We used it as a family of three. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the west ticket gate of Sannomiya Station on the Yamanote Line, and there are plenty of convenience stores and Don Quijote nearby, which is very convenient. The staff were all kind and courteous, and the room was clean and comfortable. They accommodated a late checkout, allowing us to spend our time very peacefully. Thank you very much.

It was great because it was close to tourist spots like Harborland and Chinatown, even from the station! The night view of Kobe from the window was also beautiful. There were plenty of elevators, and it was comfortable to be able to get on them quickly. The place to eat soba at midnight was clean and nice too. The bath, the double doors of the room, and the ice cream and dairy drinks were all excellent. The travel fatigue was gone, and the kids were very satisfied!

The reception staff were very polite, and I was able to check in comfortably. The room was also cleaned beautifully, and I didn't feel inconvenienced by the facilities at all; I was able to spend my time comfortably. I was able to relax and take it easy during my stay, and overall, I am very satisfied. I would like to use this place again if the opportunity arises.

I booked the accommodation for about 80,000 won per night. The bedding was a bit disappointing, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also convenient to use. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the lemon water and coffee available in the lobby on the second floor. Since it's right next to Don Quijote, it seems like a good place to explore in the late hours if there's nothing else to do for dinner.

Advantages Overwhelming sense of space that breaks the stereotype of "Japanese hotels are small": Compared to similar-priced hotels in other famous tourist areas in Japan, the room size is noticeably larger, which was very surprising upon entry and made for a pleasant stay throughout. While it is a high-class luxury hotel that deserves more than to be labeled simply as "cost-effective," the fact that one can enjoy such elegance and space at a reasonable price is the hotel's biggest twist and charm. Transportation: The hotel offers a free shuttle bus that frequently runs to and from Sannomiya Station (Mint Kobe Bus Terminal) and Shinkobe Station, somewhat alleviating the disadvantage of being a distance from Sannomiya Station. Additionally, the taxis that are almost always waiting in front of the hotel provide another fun option. Unique view of Kobe Harbor: I stayed in a southwest view room, and since the hotel is positioned similarly to the top of the Port Tower, the beautiful night view of the Port Tower and Meriken Park is truly three-dimensional and stunning. A more tranquil atmosphere favored by locals: For those among Koreans who prefer areas with more locals than fellow Korean tourists, this place is ideal, and I was able to fully enjoy the calm and upscale atmosphere unique to traditional Japanese hotels. Accessibility to Meriken Park: Exiting the hotel’s main entrance and taking the road to the right leads directly to Meriken Park, making it a reasonable distance for a pleasant stroll. Optimal shopping infrastructure: Harborland (Aeon Style Umie) and Mosaic are within walking distance, and due to the clustering of various shopping malls, when tired from shopping, a taxi can take you for about 800 yen (as of early February 2026), making it very easy to move even when carrying many shopping bags. Polite service and hygiene: The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is very attentive. The hygiene of the room and breakfast service is excellent, providing peace of mind and satisfaction for my pregnant wife during our stay. Amenities: The in-room smart TV allows for YouTube viewing, making relaxation time enjoyable, and the Family Mart convenience store at the end of the lobby floor, along with various shops and a garden, make it great for spending time inside the hotel. Disadvantages Narrow shuttle bus: Although the free shuttle bus connecting to Sannomiya Station runs frequently, the interior of the vehicle can be somewhat cramped, which may lead to discomfort due to close proximity to others. Additionally, it may be inconvenient if traveling with a stroller or large luggage, or during peak times. Waiting time at Sannomiya Station: When taking the bus from Sannomiya Station to the hotel, you'll queue at terminal platform 8 of the Mint Kobe building. Since it's a popular hotel, especially around dinner time, the line can be longer than those for the other two hotels. When lining up, you should stand in the orange line below. Distance from the city center: Despite the shuttle service, the hotel is situated at a distance from Sannomiya Station, the center of Kobe, which means there will always be travel time since all activities will inevitably start from Sannomiya. It's important to note that the shuttle does not drop you right in front of the station but rather close by due to road conditions and structure (it's not a distance that you can't walk). Overall Assessment The physical distance from the center of Sannomiya can be fully offset by the shuttle and taxi services, as the hotel's views and service quality are overwhelming. Especially for travelers concerned about hygiene and seeking a quiet retreat, it seems there is no safer and happier option. It’s a place I definitely want to revisit when our child is born.

There is a convenience store right near Shin-Kaichi Station, and there are plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. Since I was a woman alone, I was provided with a ladies' room, and it had YAMAN, Refa, and a beauty device, making my hotel stay enjoyable. The breakfast also had the specialty "Bokkake," and it was delicious.

I had some business in Kobe and stayed overnight. It was close to Motomachi Station, making it conveniently accessible, but it was quiet at night, allowing for a relaxing time. The Sky Spa was very pleasant, and the view from the rooftop on the 14th floor was wonderful.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they flexibly accommodated me and guided me to a non-smoking room. The front desk staff, as well as the cleaning staff, greeted me politely, and I was able to leave feeling good. The amenities were also well-equipped, with a powerful hairdryer, an office chair, a larger mirror, and a bright desk lamp in the room, making for a comfortable stay. It takes about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, so it's easy to access even in summer, and I had no trouble finding a late dinner. I would like to use this place again the next time I come to Sannomiya.

The hotel in Kobe was inexpensive, spacious, and comfortable. There was a Seven-Eleven right in front, and an IKEA nearby, so I had no trouble finding meals. The facilities were indeed old, but they were clean and it didn't bother me. The staff were pleasant and provided attentive service. Thank you very much for your help.

It was a hotel with very high satisfaction. - The location of the hotel was close to most major tourist attractions. - The room size was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. - The cleanliness was very good, and the bedding was also clean. - The cleanliness was excellent, with plenty of towels provided, along with soft robes and disposable slippers. - The bathroom was very spacious, which was convenient. It was nice to have a bathtub to soak and relieve travel fatigue. - There were various convenience items available for rent, such as scissors and nail clippers, and a variety of disposable amenities provided in the lobby. - It was disappointing that there was no freezer in the refrigerator, so ice cream could not be stored. However, ice could be obtained from the ice maker located on certain floors. - All the staff were very friendly. - Each item on the breakfast buffet menu was delicious and healthy. There weren't many options, but the variety was diverse enough that I didn't tire of it even after four days, and the walk to meal times was always enjoyable. - I used a rental car, and while I had to pay for parking separately, the evening parking fees were reasonable, making it worthwhile. However, there weren't many parking spaces available. On the other hand, there was a large public parking lot conveniently located just across the street. - Overall, I was very satisfied, and thanks to that, I was able to have a comfortable trip. It is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again if I come to Kobe :)

I made a reservation online, and I was a bit nervous about the low price. Could it be the worst room? I felt relieved when I checked in. It was very clean, and the bedding was fluffy (Japanese style room). I had originally booked without breakfast, but I added breakfast as well. I was also able to receive separate receipts. The staff's service was good, and if I go to Kobe again, I will stay here.

One of my favorite hotels. It's clean and the staff's service is good. For someone who works at a desk, I think the workspace is spacious and easy to use. If I had to point out something, it would be that there's only a shower, so it would be nice to have a bathtub as well. But overall, I always have a comfortable stay.

Although it's a bit far from the main street, the shuttle service made it convenient to get around. It was great to have access to all three hot springs. The cleanliness of the room was also fine. However, the room on the first floor right next to the hot springs had a very strong damp smell. I would recommend choosing a room further away or on the second floor. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything.
