A bit unprofesional”

Staff was very friendly, BUT, They are unprofessional in respects to the fact that I had a booking yet they sold my room before I arrived. They seemed to be more concerned with what's happening in the bar then the Reception area... Its just a mom and pop shop in the Gay area... They seem nice... But it did cause me 1 hour 20 minutes of traffic jams and lost time.... I ended up having to leave the city and find a hotel 3 hours away as rooms are hard to find on a Holiday in this city... Really ruined my night...

Tired-looking place”

This place is badly in need of an overhaul in comparison to the livelier Ting Tong next door, for example. Not much incentive to eat (apart from an un-enticing and not cheap buffet breakfast) or drink on the premises. Room are old-fashioned and the air-con struggled to cool the room even at the low setting. Staff are pleasant and helpful enough but without too much interaction. Swimming pool is across the road and needs a free pass. Oh and they don't accept credit card payment for the room even if you booked it through Agoda. Well-located for Sunee Plaza although can become very noisy outside.

Stay was good hotel is ok, problem on shampoo or soap in room, and room expensive for location.

Over priced guest house with hotel price. ”

Had better rooms for half the price . No free water ( charged 50 b, store cost 7b ) . 1200 a night usually gets you breakfast and a pool . Noisy corridor , door slamming , staff chatting in corridors . Wouldn't stay again , it's a guest house with hotel price . Bar underneath can be noisy .

nice hotel but no swimming pool”

it was an excellent stay i can't complain about the hotel even that they don't own a private swimming pool however we could use the one opposite the hotel for 50bht/person which is very cheap. it is located in a gay area but it didn't bother us at all the room was quiet we couldn't hear a lot of noise even if there was a party in a near by bar but at 2 am they all close and in the morning it is very quiet can sleep very well

My stay was enjoyable. I will try and go back next year. I wish the room doors and locks were a bit more robust, but I had no problems.
