Highly recommended!!!”

We stayed here for one night but it was an excellent choice to book this boutique hotel. The receptionist is very smart and brilliant whenever we asked something. My friend found out that he left his pants in the room after our check-out. So I sent a message whether they found his pants. I had got a reply promptly that they found the pants and it is ok to stop by the hotel to pick up the pants when we come back to Da Nang from Hoi An. Furthermore, they did the laundry for his pants. I would like to recommend this hotel if you are looking for the nice and clean hotel in Da Nang.

A place full of good memories”

Mike Beach is a walking street with clean breakfast, comfortable rooms, no bugs, and a beautiful view. All employees brought good memories. If I go to Da Nang next time, I will stay at Frangipani Boutique Hotel without any problem.

Amazing place that I want to recommend to everyone!”

This unique place differs from every other hotel in Da Nang. Its vintage style impresses me a lot, which brought me back to the early 20th century. Also, my special thanks go to Hueng, who is a super sweet and considerate girl. Moreover, the breakfast is awesome! Love this place, will come back if I visit Da Nang again :))

Close to the beach, clean rooms and helpful staff”

You can't criticise the hotel really at all as the breakfasts were amazing, location is close to the beach, staff are friendly with information or bookings and the rooms and clean. If there is a downside it's a little overpriced and considering the area is under-developed I'd probably stay along the river next visit.

we stayed 2 nights and left our luggage after checked out ,head to hui an for another day,then backed to pick up the luggage,rent a motorbike for 3 days from the hotel,thanks a lot for the service and help, wish al the best!

Helpful staff, good for value ”

The staff is very helpful! She even taught me how to ride a motorbike! She also suggested me many delicious local dish which i found out some food tour take you to with expensive charge. The location is abt 10mins walk to the beach, which I find reasonable. Their breakfast is very good too! I sae review abt the air con didnt work properly and I believe thats my room which is on the top floor, but it wasnt too hot so it didnt bother me too much. I has some problem with the noise from the wind and it was solved when i close the bathroom window. Overall i really love this place and enjoyed my stay.

This's kind of new private villa. Feel as home when staying here. Very friendly and helpful staffs from receptionist to housekeeper and guardian. Free breakfast with western style breakfast and danang food. Food is not very much choice but very nice. Will stay here next time.

Frangipani is beautiful boutique hotel run by lovely staff. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to to help you out and are able to give you top notch recommendations.The rooms are comfortable and the attention to the tiny details add to the hotel's charm. Breakfast was wonderful with a choice of either a local or continental breakfast which they will prepare upon request. Highly recommend this hotel, with it's friendly staff and lovely environment.

It’s such a cozy home that you can’t find in the city. Reviews from customers are genuine. Nam, Daisy & allstaff are friendly & sincere. There’re nice seafood stalls & the beautiful beach around. Just for10 min walk, you can have everything you need. And the airport just takes you a 10 min ride by taxi from this well organised hotel. Don’t miss this hidden gem !

Nice boutique hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside, it looks like a large residential complex. It is not beach front but walking distance to the beach. Stepped inside, the decor are well decorated. There is even a lap pool! Our double room is well appointed and clean. Their home cooked breakfast, either Vietnamese or Western style, were delicious. Excellent staff service. They helped with organising our tour to Ba Na Hills. My top pick for Da Nang.

Best hotel ever”

Even though the distance from the hotel to beach is about 300m, it doesn't make us feel like inconvenient or something like that. Our two rooms are beautiful, cosy and clean, and I love to get back there after a long day fooling around :) Service is outrageous, Mr Nam (manager) as well as his family and staffs are welcomed and helpful in every way they could be. Definitely would recommend to everyone traveling to Da Nang ;)

Fantastic Place to stay”

Very pleasant stay, we stayed there 4 days, and if we stop in da nang we def. would chose this one again. the breakfast was super, cooked to individual choice, I especially liked the cappuccinos. we had a sensational room, beautiful herbal smell when we walked in, big bed, nice décor. big shower. we can only recommend it. staff is very helpful, friendly and pleasant.

Enormous attention to detail, lovely place to rela”

We only stayed the one night, but what a find! We had had a long train journey from Hanoi, and were exhausted. This was the perfect place to unwind. Such friendly and helpful staff, marvelous attention to detail in the rooms and hotel itself, and such a peaceful atmosphere. We really loved it. Oh, and the breakfast was wonderful. Greatly recommended!

What a little gem of a place the staff so friendly nothing was too much trouble, they made you so welcome , the hotel was so very clean .everything was top quality , I would defiantly go back there and would recommend to all my friends . Just would like to thank Di for all the help.

Good impression was ruined”

I checked in late around 9:30PM. My first amazing impressions are that staff were polite and the air con was turned on before I entered the room. The room was clean and very organized. So many good points the hotel gave me in the first place. But the options for breakfast are a few. Just My Quang (noodle) and omelette served with sausage and mushroom. Things happened when I checked out early at 9:00AM on the next day. They gave me a very affirmative statement that the pair of slippers were not free of charge, that they already checked and saw only one pair of slippers in my room. WOW!!! I told them to check the room again. The other girl rechecked and came down and told they all were there in the room. "Do I look like a thief trying to leave the hotel early just because of slippers?" I thought to my self. Did you treat your guest like that? Wow, I felt insulted. And I got an apology that the guests usually took them. Double check before you want to insult your guests, PLEASE!

I live in Vietnam and travel often in the Country. The Frangipani hotel building , the location, the rooms etc are all very nice but they don't really stand out from the many other offers in this market. What is remarkably noticeable about this place is the fact that the owner and the staff do understand that good service makes a great difference. One can not take that as a given in Vietnam. I will definitely come back.

clean and antique style hotel not fancy but cozy it is in safe area ( didnt know but the korean restaruant owner said it is the first street that have CCTV camera ) when checked out and move to Hoi an the receptionist MI helped me to get a taxi at very reasonable price she was very helpful thanks Mi again on Agoda !

Lovely breakfast”

I really enjoyed the selection of freshly cut fruit, the Vietnamese coffee, and the eated baguette available every morning. We ordered the complimentary cooked breakfast when we arrived for breakfast (Vietnamese noodles or a simple western fry up) so it was always served fresh and how we liked it. I prefer scrambled eggs, my wife omelette. The staff enjoyed playing with out toddler and also brought out a high chair for her to sit in. The pool was a little cool but still very clean and made for a refreshing swim. The staff helped us use the grab ap to book taxis and get from the hotel to Hoi An airport etc. We were met at 2am when we checked in (thanks to a late flight). The room was clean and made up daily. The place has high reviews and I think its fair to say it lived up to its reputation for usm
