O hotel é muito bom pelo preço. Espaçoso, serviços eficientes e a variedade do café da manhã é incrível. A única relamação é o ar condicionado muito forte, que mesmo desligado passamos frio porque o quarto não esquentou o sufciente durante a noite somente no dia seguinte com o calor do sol. O shopping tem lojas para a classe média e tem a famosa loja de Departamento Matahari com preços bem atraentes.

it was okay”

i would rate it 6.5/10. it was okay. the staff is very friendly, and location is superb, very strategic especially if youre a tourist. other than that, nothing extraordinary. the hotel building is rather old, so dont expect fancy facilities in the room.

My Go To Hotel in Jakarta”

Its an old, but well-maintained hotel. I keep coming back to them for 2 reasons, location and staff. Its right beside a mall with nice restaurants and stores AND a short distance drive to the office the e visit regularly. 😊 AND the staff, they are very pleasant and attentive. They are quick to respond to my emails and requests for additional comforts are almost always granted. 👍🏼 Oh, and the breakfast buffet spread: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location”

Stayed here during short trip. The room is spacious, and the hotel is attached to Citraland shopping mall. The room key can be used to access the hotel lobby from mall area. Very convenient. Check in-out process was smooth. The breakfast was quite unpleasant. The coffee machine wasn't working properly, the staff were too busy to help us especially I came during school holiday. I checked out around 11am. Since the shopping mall already open , I went to buy stuff. Unfortunately, at the shopping mall there were no taxi. According to the mall security, it was too early and difficult to get taxi. So I walked back to hotel lobby from outside and wait around 15min to get taxi.

Firstly, I really love the breakfast options they have. A really wide spread of food from middle east, to Chinese and to Indonesia local cuisine. Room clean, friendly staff.. Only wished the aircon could be more colder. So far a 5 star rating.. There's a mall behind the hotel if u wanna catch a movie or karaoke.

They originally gave me a room which was a bit dirty. I then spoke to a very nice staff member called Dewi. She listened to my queries and gave immediate resolution. She also called me by my name which i think is very good cos in Indonesia they don’t normally call their guest by their name

good location/comfortable room ”

Next to Ciputra Mall is quite convenient. Just walk through a path can connect to mall directly. Room is specious and clean.comfortable. Just the bath tube is a bit old, and the hair dryer is not in good condition. Safe facilities like fire alarm system is working, room is using smoke detector, feel safe. Breakfast is full of various options.

Old hotel with basic features located in good area but with bad bad traffic jam”

It was a huge hotel connected to a very big shopping centre. The location is very good but the traffic condition is very bad. Some of the staff were super polite & some were super "don't care". Anyway, it is connected to a huge shopping mall...it is so convenient.

Very good breakfast and super nice and polite staff. How,ever, the air-conditioner could have been better in the room as it is rather hot inside. Amenities are also not sufficient like almost finished roll of toilet paper or missing toothbrush. Fridge was not cooling at all too.

Small problem, but still worth to dry it!”

Although some problems, such as no bath towel when check in this room, writing desk light doesnt work, tea/coffee water heater not working...etc, but after i ask guest service, very quick to fix it.

Hotel is not too good”

Nice hotel near mall, no need to go out with car only takes 5 minutes to ciputra mall by walk... but too crowded, i don’t know why but i need to wait more than 40 minutes to que to check in process... breakfast varian not too much, and the food is nor fresh... :( room is not too big n not too small, standard.. but the air conditioner is not good.. And for bathub handle is already damage.. can’t hold the water... parking area is outside.. same with the mall parking area, and need to take my luggage all alone from parking area to lobby... because im travelling with my kids i will not leave my kids with the luggage in the lobby and i park my car...

The hotel was not ready for peak season”

Based on regulation, check-in should be conducted at 2pm. However, we were waiting for almost 2hours only for check-in, because the room has not ready yet (limited staff handled the fully occupied hotel). After we've got our room, found out that the toiletries (bath& hand towel, floor mat, facial tissue) were not there. Again we're waiting for certain hours to get them complete back and forth. The positive things: hotel cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillow, cold AC. While, the breakfast was quite vary, with good taste. Suggestion to management, if they couldn't handle such crowd, better to have lowered their occupancy, rather than trade it with lower quality, which can be lowered their rating.

I used to stay in this hotel during my biz trip, the location & staffs all very good. But the hotel really need to touch up as is really getting aged. I found bed bugs on the bed during this trip and this is really gross. Please do something management, this is good hotel, please maintain!

Great Stay”

Breakfast was good with fresh juice. Chef goes extra mile to offer to specially cook for me a stirred fried vegetable that I like but was not on the second day breakfast spread, even though it was a busy morning. That was awesome!
