agradavel e economica”
We arrived Jaipur at late night so we decided to stay not expensive hotel . The hotel is good . The receptionist is a little slow for managed room and do the document .it took about 20 min. The rooftop for breakfast was good .the staff are nice with full of smile. The room for 4 people was good and valuable . (400 Baht per head )
The location of the hotel is fine. I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. It's not noisy inside the hotel. No free water included and the WIFI is SUPER SLOW. You will need a sim card with 4g if you want to stay at this place. The staff spoke English quite poorly and it was tremendously hard to understand them from time to time. The owner of the hotel is very conservative and there are no women working there.
Value for money”
Located a bit away from shopping street. A quiet hotel with nice atmosphere.
Clean hotel, strategic location,decent surroundings”
staffs is so friendly and honest, their attitude is rarely seen in the indian hotel. the restaurant price is reasonable and they did a greaat job in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel, and the toilet (!). Location really close to train station and a lot of stall nearby so you can buy your needies. All the staffs is smiling and their driver, mr. sanju, perhaps the most honest person in jaipur right now, go contact the hotel to book him up! he's a great driver!
Great place to stay if you want to tour Jaipur ”
We spent 6 day at this hotel and it was great. The staff were responsive and helpful in meeting our requests and queries. The convenience store across the road was a bonus as it saved us from the the hassle of looking for infant supplies(milk, diapers etc)for my 2 year old. Location was great. It was only a 5 min ride out to the major attractions and shopping areas.
Best hotel in Rajasthan for us this far”
We had a really great stay at the HR palace. This is the first time in our 3 weeks trip around Rajasthan that i thought "Wow, these guys are actually professionals". Other places in other cities priced at the same level as the HR palace always had something f-ed up. We extended our stay by one extra day because of how happy we were to be in that place. I'm trying hard to think of the negative points but they are not exactly serious issues given how good the rest of the hotel is: It's not in the most central area. There is no fridge in the rooms. There was not much of a view from our room (another building nearby). On a side note: I would probably want a room in the back of the hotel. It's quieter.
Clean, spacious rooms”
hotel is about 15min rickshaw ride away from jaipur's city central. rooms were clean and big. staff were helpful. on a side note, we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the pastas & chinese noodle were surprisingly good, not to mention the indian cuisine. our waiter provided excellent service too.
Friendly staffs and value for money hotel”
This hotel is located in the busy area but not noisy, 5 mins walk to the main street and not far from the bus and train stations. The hotel Receptions are so nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel room is good if compare with the rate I paid.
It's an ok room”
Room is quite big but bedding set in the room too old. I mean pillows are flat like they never changed it for years!! Quilt doesn't have a proper cover. Somehow the restaurant offers a delicious food in big portions and cheap :) love the food at hotel the most :)
Very Good Stay”
Highly Recommended.. Value for Money!
Clean simple hotel”
We really enjoyed our time here and overall would recommend this hotel. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The bathroom relatively old but again - clean and we'll maintained. Good laundry service too. The only thing that let the hotel down a bit was the rooftop restaurant. It could be really special and yet lacks ambience. The food was OK - nothing special. The staff were helpful though. Overall a good place but maybe eat elsewhere. Thanks.
Fine for a short stay.”
Room was spacious and bed comfy. It smelled way too strongly of cleaning chemicals and wouldn’t air out to sleep comfortably. The hallway was the same. Most budget places like this are a little smelly and musty, I’d prefer that than the strong chemicals. AC didn’t work so well either. However, the rooftop restaurant was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Clean, Comfortable hotel”
We really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent, however, we recommend ordering off the menu rather than going with the breakfast buffet. The location was a little far from the historic old city.
nice stay, very good hotel”
We have got family room with two big beds. The room was rather spacious. The bathroom was with shower area separated from another part of the bathroom (small wall preventing outflow of the water to the other part of the bathroom, curtain) – so not in the “open space” stale what is common in India. In India the showers are fixed at the top, so no pipe to manually operate the water stream. The hot water was available all the time. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The free water bottles kettle + coffee and tea bags as the set are in the room. As we had during our stay in India the driver and the guide – it was not important to focus on surrounding when we discuss the issue of location. The most important was the time spent to get to the interesting places. And taking this into account – the location was very good. Driving time to/from the City Palace during peak hours was below 30 minutes. A small shop with basic products was just opposite the hotel. The hotel offers one day laundry service (we didn’t order this service). It was also possible to exchange money – the rate was similar to majority other places. All the staff was very helpful. Free Internet in the hotel has good speed. The hotel has the restaurant and the meals are prepared just according to the guests’ orders. It was a great advantage for us as coming back we ordered dishes, went to the room and in 30 minutes went to the restaurant to eat the dinner. All the food was fresh – so never any stomach problems. And very tasty + good prices. There is no meat in the restaurant – just vegetarian dishes , also with cheese and eggs. The buffet breakfast was tasty with Indian dishes + toasts butter and jam. Even for us with eating habits based on breakfast and dinner, no lunch it was absolutely enough to start the day. The restaurant is on the roof – so nice view, especially in the evening. There are stairs to the restaurant as the lift stops one floor below.
Clean, big room, good food and friendly staff ”
The H R Palace consisted of comfy beds, nice flat screen tv's, convenient room service and nice food. The staff were nice and friendly and the room we were given was spacious. Though the corridor was really noisy at night time with people talking really loudly. Overall, a good stay.
A Comfortable budget hotel.”
The room was clean and met our expectations. The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is also good. We would have liked had a mosquito repellant like All out or Good night and a coffee maker were kept in the room as many of the budget hotels do. Daily replenishment of toiletries is not automatic, and the house keeping needs to be reminded. Of course, this not an issue as the response is very quick. With the centralisation of room service with the front desk, there seems to be communication gap, and you may end up with a dish which you have not ordered. Again when you point out, it is rectified without any problem. On the whole, our stay in the hotel was comfortable, and I do not hesitate in recommending the hotel. My observations above are only to point out the areas where the hotel could improve.
A pleasant stay at an affordable price”
We stayed in a super deluxe room on the second floor of the hotel. We arrived in jaipur at 2 a.m, yet the hotel staff at 3a.m was welcoming to accomodate us. The room was clean including the bathrooms and was housed with air-conditioner, coffee maker, television and was well lit. The in-house restaurant offers a fantastic food, you must try a Rajasthani delicacy - Aloo Pyaas sabji. The checkout was 12 noon but we had a night flight and the hotel staff was courteous to allow a little late checkout. The hotel is close to Jaipur Railway station and has a rickshaw stand just at the door of the hotel. Overall, a very good stay at H.R. Palace, Jaipur
Hidden Gem in Jaipur”
We had a pretty rough day at Jaipur Junction Railroad and had to find a place for the next 7 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with a smile and an easy check in. The rooms are clean and modern and we had no problem with hot water. The beds are very comfy and the wifi is strong. The restaurant on the rooftop offers a comfortable area to sit and enjoy all their signature dishes. Our favorite dishes are the Aloo Pyaz Sabji and Rajma Ki Dal along with a side of Jeera Rice. The cooks know what they're doing in the kitchen. The location of the hotel is ideal, it provides easy access to fruit street vendor, laundry business, mini convenience stores, and transportation(tuk tuk) to the Pink City. The railroad is only 10 minutes away. The management and staff are the best part of this hotel. They offer great customer service and always make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a bundle package tour of Jaipur travel destinations, the front desk can assist you, just let them know the day before. I recommend this hotel for couples, family, and solo travelers. It is a great place to relax and recoup from a day of site seeing.
Stayed for 1 night (wished it was longer) in their super deluxe room. Highly satisfactory from check in to check out. The staff helped to arrange a visit to Choki Dhani Ethnic Village (must visit!) at a reasonable price. Breakfast could be improved. No other complaints and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.
