The reviews are terrible for a reason!!! This place is DISGUSTING! I cannot believe they charge people money to stay here. The bed is as hard as sleeping on a wooden floor, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom, the room smelt like urine and sweat when we arrived. The TV didn’t work. The fridge was rank. The whole experience was awful. Note, it is a lot further from the town ship than google maps shows (passed a number of vicious dogs).

Not a pleasant stay”

I should have read the reviews before booking, they were all spot on. I could not even bring myself to return to the hotel to stay for a night I paid for, choosing to pay again somewhere else. Not enjoyable at all and Agoda should disassociate themselves with this hotel.

It is not the best option in the area by far but we were in a pinch and things were booked for a holiday weekend at our favorite places to stay. Not worth what you pay.

First apperence of the hotel seemed fine. Non English speaking staff made it difficult to check in. After long travel was looking forward to a warm shower only cold water. No tea or coffee facilities in the room or hotel. Sent to the hotel restaurant over the road for dinner, was covered in what looked like black mould. Non English speaking staff, made to feel very uncomfortable. After numerous requests for warm water and clean towels nothing was rectified so left the hotel one day earlier. Not happy with this hotel or staff. Would not recommend

The worst hotel I've experienced in Cambodia”

Don't let the photos fool you into booking this hotel. This hotel is the worst. Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and no hot water. There are better guest houses in town that would be better value for your dollar. Truly a terrible hotel.

Outside of Town, no food available, not clean”

Stayed there 2 nights, bathroom was dirty, some cockroaches around, only one staff spoke English during our stay, not always there. No food available at all, nearest place is a 10 minute walk away. Road has no lights at night, need a torch.Very cheap though.

good location but not well prepare”

staying is good but room was full when arriving hotel. Hotel said they did not receive notification from Agoda for our booking so they did not arrange room for us in advance. Agoda should make proper notification. I met other people they also facing the same issue with Agoda to other hotel also. They did not receive information from Agoda on their booking.

We just stay in fan room and it nice with the breathe when open the window and i dont newd the AC at all. Good view and reasonable price.

Our stay was terrible”

It was a ghostplace. No power till 17.00 h, staff spoke poorly English, there was an animal in the ceiling of the bathroom, that woke up while we tried to go to sleep. A drunk guy came in at 0.30 and was making a lot of noise, nobody from the staff tried to calm him down, so I came out of my bed and asked him to lower his voice because people are asleep : people laughed at me... No dinner or breakfast in the hotel, we had to go to the restaurant across the street. The hotel SUCKS

Excellent value”

For me, who has been traveling in SE Asia for 2 months, I was ready for some comfort. I was shocked to find it here in N Cambodia, at such a good price. I loved the large room, the amazing vista (I'd requested best possible view), the feel of a western hotel, incredible hot water. The wifi was fast - much appreciated. The down side for others (not for me) was the 5 minute walk to town. For me, that was a plus - chance to get some exercise. You can also order a moto. The negative was the staff's not speaking English more than a few words. The toilet had the usual dyspeptic difficulty in flushing, so check it out before you take a room if that's important to you.

Désagréable”

nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. A l'arrivée, nous avons trouvé une chambre sale, très sale,sol poussiérieux et copieusement taché, poubelle non vidée, salle de bain non nettoyée, moitié de l'éclairage manquant, absence de wifi contrairement à l'annonce.Personnel peu accueillant. Bref, très mauvaise adresse. Emplacement isolé de tout, impossible de se rendre au village de nuit, route non habitée, non éclairée. Le lendemain matin, avons décidé de quitter cet hotel et après constat contradictoires des éléments contestables, avons demandé le remboursement de la 2 ème nuit, payée à Agoda. Trois interlocuteurs différents, un appel à Agoda ( impossible à vérifier - expression en cambodgien ). Le responsable m'a assuré qu'Agoda allait procéder à ce remboursement. A suivre... En résumé, très mauvaise adresse. Des guesthouses plus modestes et moins chères existent dans le village et offrent des prestations de bien meilleure qualité.

Hotel ein wenig abseits gelegen”

Das Hotel befindet sich ein wenig abseits. Die Zimmer sind vergleichsweise gut zu anderen Unterkünften in der Stadt, aber das Hotel liegt an einer Straße die in der NAcht nicht beleuchtet ist. man braucht also ein Moto in der Nacht um sicher zurück zu kommen, auch gerade wegen der unzähligen streunenden Hunde. Enttäuschend ist, dass bis auf den Manager das Personal kein Englisch oder Französisch spricht, was Auskünfte (bspw. zum Wäsche waschen) sehr schwer macht. Auch war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer Ankunft eher mau, wurde aber sofort nachgereinigt, als man es ansprach

モンドルキリ自体にまともなホテルがおそらくないので、ある程度安心できるこのホテルはお勧めできます。必要最低限の機能は満たしてくれますので、ビジネスでの訪問には最適です。 【ホットシャワー】部屋にもよるようですが、暖かいお湯が出るまでに時間がかかります。また、時間帯によってお湯が出る時と出ない時があります。 【アメニティ】非常にクオリティが低いです。歯磨剤はチューブからはみ出ていました。シャンプー、ボディーソープなども、持参をおすすめします。 【WiFi】宿泊した部屋では使用できませんでした。ロビーでは使用できましたが、スピードは限定されています。 【スタッフ】英語が話せるスタッフはいましたが、全く親切ではありませんでした。 エアコンはクーラー機能しかありませんが、モンドルキリは冬場（特に朝晩）冷え込みます。暖かい服・ブランケットなどを持参されると良いかもしれません。
