The hotel was fine, it was a great location for me as I am working on the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre. However, as it was a business trip, I expected to be able to work online from the hotel, and this turned out to be impossible because the wifi was incredibly slow. If they sort out the wifi, I definitely recommend this especially for people working on the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre site, because it means you can work to site.

Weak internet, Bad view from the first floor I think they gave me the worst room in this hotel Also the standard room with two single beds matched to be one double bed with an old stupid TV .. !!! It was uncomfortable Breakfast was not bad No way to book again

Convenient value for money no frills accommodation. Not a luxury 5 star hotel but functional and fit for purpose Good for business needs

This is Kuwait Hyatt, it is different from the Hyatt International Hotel that we used to know about it. Although it is a 4-star hotel as indicated in the Hotel details given during our booking, it is actually consider a 3-star or 2.5 star hotel in international standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A low quality hotel. As this hotel name keep changing, taxi driver is not familiar with the hotel, even our friend - a Kuwaiti stayed in Kuwait since young also not aware of it.

조식은 평범에서 약간 부족했었구요, 객실은 업그레이드를 해주셔서 크고 좋았었습니다. 주변에는 아무것도 없구요;;; 스탭들이 친절해서 그나마 택시를 부르기에는 좋았습니다. 그저 평범한 오래된 호텔로 인식하시면 무난합니다.
