Room Not Soundproof”

The location was good. It was just a walking distance from everything like the LAX Terminal, malls and restaurants. However, I can hear the couple having s*x from the other room around 2 am, 4 am, and 7 am. Had a bad night during my stay as I was not able to sleep well. Suggestion: 1. Please make sure that your rooms are soundproof 2. Add bidet 3. Should provide at least "service water" for foods ordered from the front desk.

Tiny rooms but good for the price”

One of the cheapest hotels in CDO. Extremely clean and well-maintained. However, the rooms are tiny and the bed takes up most (90%) of the floor area. Perks about this place are the free wifi and pretty good restaurant in the hotel. It is right between the Divisoria and Centrio Mall, which makes its location pretty much perfect for tourists. There's also quite a few decent restaurants within walking distance.

Affordable and good place to stay”

Perfect choice for travellers who just need a comfortable place to sleep and rest. Very affordable yet clean and good facilities. Good location near to the city, restaurants, ATM machines and other commercial establishments. Wifi is also good.

Great budget accommodation”

Matrimonial room can be a little small if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise, rooms are clean and sparsely-decorated. Location is good, just a short ride away from malls. You'll need to walk some ways to find decent budget places to eat.

Muito bom”

The hotel was located at the city center near the mall and many restaurants. My problem with this hotel is the odd smell and alot of red ants. Hope you can fix this. Overall it is a nice hotel for budget trip. 👍

Great Location.”

Just right at the heart of the city. Lots of bars, convenience stores, restaurants nearby. (About the room) When you firstly enter the room, the odor is kinda bad. Much better if they will spray some air fresheners to eliminate the "bad" odor. But overall stay, good.

Rich Manor is always been my first choice when it comes to "where to stay in Cagayan de oro City". I've been to this Pension House twice and as always they never failed to satify me. Location wise beyond 5 stars. When you want go chill or malling its just a few steps away literally. My boyfriend and I loves to stay here because we can explore Cagayan de Oro in just merely walking(budget wise) hehe going to Centrio Ayala, SM Premier to Limketkai with the help of Google Map..hehe Staffs are friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend tnis Pension House and ofcourse use Agoda (because they have discounts) Thank hou

Considerate staff”

I booked for two nights but soon realized that due to some appointments, I wont be able to arrive on the first night. So I called Rich Manor and requested that they adjust my bookings for the next day instead. They promptly adjusted it without any extra charges nor further questions. The staff are always courteous and considerate. What they lack in better facilities, they made it up with excellent service.

It was worth it”

Cheap but totally worth it. Staffs are really patient and accommodating. Room is neat and housekeeping did a great job in cleaning. Internet connection is fast. Malls are just nearby or can easily ride a "Rella" to go to places. Lots of food shops and restos nearby as well.

Good but dont expect more. ”

The room is not that spacious but reasonable in terms of price. The linens, towels, tissues and toiletries are not regularly supplied and u have to dial the reception area to request. The wifi is not working AT ALL. The toilet is not that clean but good enough to take a decent shower. The faucets are like century old. The room has a lot of crawling insects specially the ANTS!!! ants all over the place! Ants as big as my nails! Staff are courteous. Ac works well. Location is excellent! Located at the city center and u can just walk when u plan to go the mall (Centrio Mall). Rides are accessible and convenience stores are just around the corner. Rich Manor is one of the cheapest place to stay in cdo but dont expect more. U will just serve what u have paid for. Overall, the stay is just good enough for a budgetarian tourist.

Probably the best deal in downtown CDO”

When I first checked in and saw my room, I immediately thought, "oh, this is a lot smaller than I had anticipated." However, a couple weeks later I realized for the price it is probably the best deal in Cagayan de Oro. Despite the Matrimonial Standard room being 85% consumed by the bed and impossible to do much in besides sit and sleep, the room and hotel are quite clean, the aircon and cable work well, the staff is friendly and the hotel restaurant food is quite good. It's also in an excellent location, situated right between the Centrio/Gaisano malls and the Divisoria. I recommended it to anyone who doesn't mind a small room.

Great Value for money”

I paid less than 400 pesos for a single occupancy room thru the agoda app used my points. Hehe. Room is spacious for one person. Toilet and bath not that big but no big deal for me. No hot shower but again, thats okay. Were in the tropics. We need cold running water more than hot water. Hahaha

I was about to place a poor review on my 2-night stay in here but their staff named Ralf was so accommodating and excellent in addressing complaints. Now I'm happy to place a positive review. For the rate, the quality of their services and cleanliness, it's worth enough.

Friendly and accommodating staff.”

This is my favorite hotel whenever Im in Cagayan. It has great location. Near Gaisano and Ayala Malls. Plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel . easy access to all form of public transport. The staff are the most valuable asset of the hotel. They're kind, friendly, and accommodating to your needs. They always manage to calmly respond to your request even when their hands are full due to constant demands from other guests. With a little more training, they can be better. The rooms are modest but comfortable enough if you're sleeping solo. Rooms are a little tight for matrimonial beds. Not much space to walk around the room but manageable if you're purpose is only to have cool and comfortable crib for the night after a long drive or work during the day. The hotel staff will always give their best efforts in making your stay comfortable.

I'm so grateful that I choose Rich Manor during my stay in Cagayan De Oro. It's walking distance to Ayala and Gaisano, it's along the way and there's a lot of stores around the pension house. I'm recommending it to all the travelers and if I would go back, I will definitely stay here again.

Worth your money”

We enjoyed our stay in CDO. It was an advantange coz I know the area so well. Staff are accomodating, they made sure all my request were met. Just one thing, we didnt have a trash can in our room and my bad I did not ask for one coz we were always out most of the time. I will definitely stay again. Cheers!

EWWWWWW!!!”

Not recommended. Staffs are rude. They gave us a room with broken tiles near the door and the smell is so BAD! Complain in the front desk and they like us to transfer to twin room instead of the original matrimonial room that we had booked. Then said that next day they will transfer us to matrimonial room. We did NOT agree with this, and they show us frowning face and in the end gave us a matrimonial room. However the room is till smelly, the water is not clear, bathroom so EWWWWW! I also got the impression that they are liar since they said at first that there is no matrimonial room but in the end, they have. Horrible!!! The only pro is its near malls, divisoria and 1 ride to bus terminals.
