Pleasant environment to live in for individuals and family. The firewood was working at the cafe to keep the guests warm. Weather is cold in the night. No AC needed. Excellent service staff. We have dinner twice at the cafe. Its value for money even though you have to wait awhile. The wood design setting make you very comfortable at home. My only feedback is the clean toilet (Aranttan Room) with odour throughout 24/7. Its something to do with the drainage i think. The staff tried to use fragnance oil but the odour smell stays. I have feedback to the staff. The door cannot be open wide is...its stuck. If you have big luggage, it may not go into that room. The other have different design rooms in the hotel. They look very good too! Hope this review helps.

Pro - lots of breakfast menu variations - great view. Especially when there’s fog at 6 am Cons - no HBO - no elevator. So please ask a room at the second floor - had a dirty bed sheet at the first night. The second night was better

I am traveling with my 2 son age 6 and 4 years old. We were very happy. This hotel really makes you feel like home. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious. The bed is awesome and smells very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent serving a variety of food. However this hotel might not be suitable for old age people as there is no lif available. Overall we really enjoy our stay here. We will definitely come again

Stayed in the Ayana Junior Suite in Sandalwood, Lembang - and the boutique hotel well exceeded my expectations! All corners of the hotels is tastefully furnished, with many items, decorations and seating areas that give the hotel a luxury, homely feel. Great big spacious clean rooms, extremely friendly and responsive staff, fast wifi, wide spread breakfast buffet, beautifully decorated rooms and nice design touches - all of which could easily make Sandalwood Boutique Hotel on of the best boutique hotels in Indonesia. Truly recommended!

The place very homey, and natural, surrounding by pine tree, you can hear the voice of birds singing, quite, clean air, cold weather, great view, nice breakfast, and nice room with good amenities in room. near de ranch and close to floating market and other lembang attraction. My 3 years old daughter really love the place. Unfortunately they do not have a kids pool, but overall we love it.

Our first time stayed here for 3 nights , our room was Ebony Suite which has 2 king size beds and very very large room Both my mom and mother in law very happy stayed here , also my son too , and me plus my wife also Very very recommended hotel for families with kids Extra plus : the owner Mr Billy and his wife very welcome to their guests and willing to greet and chat with them Only one minus : not so large parking space

This place is a welcome respite from Bandung town. Cooling weather and very homely. The kids enjoyed the stay the most and that made our stay a pleasant one. Really near the Farmhouse and the cafe nearby that served great affogato and pastries. Thank you, Sandalwood!

We have spent two nights. room was awesome with good interior. staff was friendly and the hotel was clean enough. the main problem is view from hotel and breakfast. if anybody want to spend a quality time at any good view hotel in Lembang, then surely this not recommended. breakfast has very limited variety with just OK kind of taste.

a great quiet cosy place in middle of mayhem outside. staff support has been good, albeit a few small issues. nice surprise for guests during Christmas eve when I was there. it goes a long way to make me remember. I am coming back definitely!

Wonderful stay”

The ambience, the properties, they’ll make you feel like you are in a country house. I enjoyed it very much. The owner greeted us when we were having breakfast and that was such a nice gesture. The room is excellent, it has nice comfy bed with big window viewing the green scenery, no AC but the weather is already cold.

Tranquil and beautifully landscaped compound with many places to laze and while away the day with a coffee or good read. The in room massage service is recommended - therapists are skilful and professional. Rooms could be improved with better sound insulation at the windows.

Excellent Traditional Indonesian Breakfast with items like Jamu drink , vegetable friitters Nasi Timbel . Lovely rooms with many seating areas for quiet reading. Lovely Country Music played during Breakfast & Evening hours.

I made a booking for a childhood friend of mine whom recently got married and was in Bandung for their first together trip with his wife and their first Honeymoon! I booked the rooms for them for the Deluxe Theme Garden View which includes breakfast. After some research and reading up the good reviews of this place… This boutique hotel is set among the gardens in the town centre. This refined boutique hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from De'Ranch open air museum and about within a 1 km from the Floating Market Lembang, Bandung. This is my friend’s review and feedback after they got back to Singapore. They loved this hotel and definitely would be a great memory for them here especially for his wife. Great decorations!!! Breakfast was fantastic. Really appreciate the kind staffs over the past 2 days there. The hotel is very charming, nice, clean, comfortable and warm and truly makes you feel like at home and very very welcoming. Hotel’s decoration was absolutely beautiful and has very unique architecture designs and displays everywhere. Breakfast area was very good with a cozy feel dining room. The feeling there was like Oh My God!!! Fabulous!!! Everything is like heaven here, Said his wife. There are no words that can describe the place, simply beautiful, cozy and memorable experience here. They will 100% come back here when they visit Bandung, Lembang again. They would like to again wish the hotel staffs a Big Thank You. Simply amazing, warm and friendly! =)
