Many cockroaches in the room!!!!!!!!!”

We changed 3 room in 2 night. In first room we found over ten cockroaches in 10 min, and people in lobby can't say any English! Second room looks like no one live in the room over 2 years, and the third room had another cockroach (as big as I have ever seen). The hotel send us back the money of first night, but I still very upset of the hotel. It almost ruined the first impression of Ho chi min city.

Met my needs”

I needed a place to lay low for a few days to recover from an injury. It was near a friend who was assisting me so I stayed here. Its in a very local area, away from tourists and sites. The hotel is old but workable, the staff were super helpful and the internet and AC and cable TV were all good. They spoke enough English to assist as needed and I had a pleasant stay. If you need to be in that neighborhood it's a good choice.

I was in a cast when I stayed there and the staff were great, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Rooms are old and need an upgrade. The location is not for tourists but is quiet with good coffee shops and not far from food, entertainment and airport too. If you have a reason to stay in that area it's not a bad choice.

I stayed there for 2 weeks as it was close to my dentist. Unfortunately the pictures on internet were very deceiving. was not in a good location, huge construction going on across the road. Too noisy. No tourists. Not safe at night. No safety boxes, not a good variety in food. Didn't really cater for Westerners. Shower cold, Hand held shower. Bathroom was very wet as there was no shower curtain whatsoever. Bed ok but only a very light and thin doona with no cover at all. Pillows too small, not normal length. Not a good experience. Never go there again or to district 10.

it was very convenience for me to play the tournament because the hotel is right opposit the stadium, the hotel service is wonderful, the staffs are very helpful

The staff in this hotel is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but good. If you want to have additional order, they serve delicious fried rice at a cheaper price in the morning (around 20VND) Room is very big, new set of toiletries were provided everyday. Street food everywhere near the area (around 2 minutes of walking) by taxi: around 15 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to supermarket, 20 minutes to airport Again, staff = excellent!

Не очень удачное расположение отеля”

У нас была не очень просторная комната, состояние отеля на тройку. Завтраки не очень сытные, давали какой-то ужасный на вкус рисовый чай! Не поняли, когда попросили кофе. Английский страдает даже у менеджера на ресепшене. Они не знали слово "завтрак" по-английски, когда мы пытались узнать в какое время в отеле завтраки. Вот вам и владение английским языком персонала отеля! Долго пытались объяснить служащему, что нам нужна вторая простынь, чтобы положить на нее одеяло или укрываться ей! Играли в крокодила. В целом в номере жить можно. Есть ТВ, кондиционер, странный балкон, выйти на который можно только через окно, горячая вода. Воду в номер ставят каждый день, на сайте написано, что вода бесплатная, по факту же при выселении с нас взяли деньги за всю выпитую воду. Показали на сайте строку о бесплатной воде - они только пожали плечами. Так что будьте внимательны. Мини бар в комнате, естественно, тоже платный. От отеля недалеко располагается зоопарк и аквапарк, мы выбрали этот район именно из-за них. В районе много такси, если выйти на главную дорогу. Самые ближайшие кафешки продают только кофе и напитки, еды нет. Самый большой минус - отсутствие какого-нибудь приличного кафе с меню на английском языке. Всё меню на вьетнамском, очень сложно понять что продают. Так что советую селиться на туристической улице, лучше больше денег потратить на такси. Но в целом, если не ожидать от отеля многого, то соотношение цена-качество нормальное.

phòng sạch sẽ. phục vụ thân thiện. nhưng vị trí hơi xa nới bắt các phương tiện công cộng đi vào khu trung tâm. bình nóng lạnh khó điều chỉnh.

โรงแรมอยู่ในซอย ดูจากรูปแล้วเหมือนดีแต่พอเข้าไปดูห้องพักก็ตกใจเลย มีรูปเรทอาร์อยู่ที่หัวเตียง ในห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ มีเด็กๆไปด้วยเลยเปลี่ยนโรงแรมเลย เสียดายเงินมาก

ตอนที่จองห้องพัก ดูจากรูปแล้วก็โอเค แต่พอไปเห็นห้องพักแล้วเงิบเลยจ้า เปลี่ยนโรงแรมทันที คือไปแบบครอบครัว แล้วที่ตั้งโรงแรมต้องเข้าไปในซอยแคบ แท็กซี่ยังต้องเปิดจีพีเอส ในห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ เวียนหัวมาก หัวเตียงมีรูปภาพเรท อาร์ คือไม่โอเคเลย เสียดายเงินไม่ได้พักตั้งสามคืน

จองห้อง vip 2beds ห้องกว้างมาก นอน 4 สบาย ห้องใหญ่ สะอาด โรงแรมอยู่ในซอยตรงข้ามกับ Phu tho indoor sports stadium เดินได้ ความสะอาดปานกลาง ปากซอยมีร้านขนมหวานอร่อย สะอาดและถูก อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบอาหารจานเดียว มีให้เมนูให้เลือกหลายอย่าง
