Close to old town”

I enjoyed my stay at VIP Villa Garden and Pool. I was in Hoi An for TET all though crazy busy this motel was a little haven to go back to nice and quiet ,staff lovely breakfast was good I will return

great home stay with very friendly staff”

We had a great stay at VIP gardens, the place was lovely and the owners were great and so welcoming, we arrived at 6am after a very long bus ride from Nha Trang and they let us check in early. They gave us tips on where to go and on our last day as there had been a huge flood they organised a water taxi to take us to our taxi to leave Hoi An and made us breakfast before we left. The pool was nice and we would recommend to anyone. Just make sure you have enough money to pay at the end as when you book through Agoda it doesn’t actually charge you and you have to pay when you check out.

A pretty ok place, a little outside old city, but they have motorbike for rent. Old city is in walking distance if u are fit.

Such a great little homestay! Lucky, the owner, is very sweet and accommodating. The rooms are large and airy and include a balcony with a gorgeous view. Plus, the garden pool is beautiful! Also, I love that the water/beer that they sell is so reasonably priced. We will be back soon!

the homestay is really good. the rooms are spacious and we had a balcony with view over the pool. the pool is great and perfect to cool down after a long walk through town. the staff is very friendly but just make sure that they really understand what you're saying. we had to check out very early and told the man at the reception about it. we also needed a taxi that morning and the guy ment that's no problem and yes, yes, yes. so the next morning no one was there. not at the reception nor a taxi.

We had a blast staying here. The view was absolutely amazing with the pool, garden and balcony. We booked another hotel at first, but somehow the process took forever. Then we tried to booked this homestay last minute, and this was the right decision ever! Highly recommended!!!

Treated like VIP”

It was my fiancé's birthday during our stay and our hosts helped me surprise him with a spread of flowers, spring rolls, fruit, wine and cake! (It cost me less than 10 USD). They'll help you set up a ride to Danang airport for 250K dong. The location is slightly west of the Old Town, but you can rent bikes directly from them for 30K dong/day and get around very easily. Bike 25 minutes north and you'll hit rice paddies and An Bang beach.

Great choice for Hoi An”

Great hosts. Clean, bright , airy. Nice clean pool for cooling down. Good 10 minutes walk to centre, which is fine. Took a free bike on a number of occasions to explore. Would stay there again.

like part of the family. lucky and his family are so sweet. I really like them. the room was beautiful and gleen amazing few and great pool. very clean and friendly and coming home late after the bar was no hassle at all. we stayed much longer then we had originally planned.

Clean pool and lounge chairs, comfy bed, clean facilities. Great ommlet for breakfast. English speaking couple are happy to help you in Any way. Booked initial 3 nights and stayed longer. No lift but I got used to walking to 3rd floor. A little out of center of activity but was reflective in the price. Would stay again.

Location is ok. Nice staff. Overnight is ok but then get out and find the best deal.

Owner assaulted me.”

I came home one night and the owner lept at me in the dark lobby, groping me, kissing me, and begging me to let him sleep with me. He had been so creepy the whole time that I didn't book any travel services through the hotel in case he was the driver. After he attacked me I had to flee to another hotel.

Great stay”

Unfortunately was not able to see much of Hoi An as there was flooding but the hotel was great, super friendly owners and helped us leave via boat!

Our stay in Vip Garden was nice though we had a rough start. The minute we moved in we found that our sheets haven't been changed. The nice lady said "it's impossible", but after quick inspection she quickly changed them. The rooms need to be updated, they show the passage of time. The location is not perfect but not bad either, 20 minutes walk to the Old Town. Little hard to find some places for meals, but walk about 10 minutes opens some possibilities. The family running the hotel is very nice, friendly and helpful and that made our stay there quite nice.

Very nice and welcoming hosts, clean and nice rooms! The location was also very good and we could rent bikes very cheap. Only have in mind that there is no pool, but only pool view;) but there is no need for a pool in beautiful Hoi An!! Thanks for that wonderful stay!!
