Location is good price is right , too many few hr short stays waiting in the lobby ”
They don’t clean the room unless you ask , cleaned once during my 8 day stay , I ask for clean towels no one brought it. They demand us to leave the key at the front desk every time we go out , I don’t like that. They keep asking me daily if I’m checking out everytime I leave my room . They have long line of people waiting in the lobby for short stay.

Same concerns time after time”
We've been here for several times (by reason of proximity and convenience) but it seems nothing has changed with the Internet (they changed system but still lagging in speed and reliability) and service... It took hours just to request for blankets and towels and tissue. Hope this becomes better.
Needing upgrade with Internet”
There are much to be satisfied with this place except that we cannot work well because the Internet is terribly slow... Is it also possible to muffle the sound coming from the TV of adjacent room? It's so loud that it disturbs our sleeping.
Straight into Araneta shopping mall”
Perfect place in Manila. Two serious problems. Everyone with a walkie talkie is deaf. They don't even turn down as feedback howls through the lobby or the floor. Once in a while crappy to no internet. They need a solid provider.

In the middle of the night, personel have sqreetching walkie talkies ... Is that brainless or what. And when you remark, they look at you if you are the crazy one!!! Out of 27 days here, i lost 5 days of internet. They have the worst provider ... Ever. And still for me it's one of the best places to stay. Food is good, breakfast is nice, with the odd rule that they only serve the same food for TWO people!!! So you can't choose seperately. But what you get is nice. Now if they would only supply me with a gun together with my room key ... What walkie talkie!!!
Value for Money and great location”
Outside the hotel is the bus stop, MRT station and taxi stand. The hotel is along EDSA where all Manila attractions are just accessible through this highway. Across the hotel are shopping centers and malls. Downstairs, you can order food which can be delivered to you room. Rooms are big and spacious. And clean. Absolutely value for money and great location
Value for Money”
The hotel is just beside the MRT Station and bus station. It has free basement parking. The room is big and very clean. Just across the gateway mall and other shopping centers. Convenience stores are just downstairs. Certainly, value for money and good location.
An "okay" hotel”
Aircon can't be adjusted since the remote control placed in the room I believe isn't match to the unit. Shower is not working grrr!! With price of stay, I just hope they can add complete toiletry set.

The beddings were removed, we had to wait for the bell boy to finish setting up the bed. then when it was check out time, we had to wait for room service to check the room, it took more than 5 mins. We had to follow up before we could leave. other than those two things. I loved the place. it will be my go to place. :)

No clearing room upon request. No good room service, repeated misunderstandings. Reception staff irritated by doubtful requests. Violating privacy by giving information about entering and leaving hours by customer of hotel to third party
My Worst Booking in Agoda”
I booked this hotel a month before I travel back to Philippines and because the location was very near the bus station where I will be riding on my way back home to Bicol. My booking is supposed to be on the 22nd-23rd Dec but because of delayed flight & traffic, I arrived in the hotel around 6:45am on the 23rd. I waited in the reception area for almost 30mins because they couldn’t find my booking confirmation in their computer (even if I gave them my copy sent bu agoda in my email) My bus is leaving at 1pm and I need to be in the bus station as early as 12nn because I have 67kg of luggages. I paid their Bell Boys P500 for bringing my stuff in the terminal. After 5 mins of my stay in the terminal, the bell boy came back and told me if I can go back to hotel to get refund. I was hesistant, because I always booked in agoda but I dont get refunds. I was lucky enough that I know someone from the terminal who will be travelling to my place too (same bus) I asked her to look for my stuff & then I returned to the hotel, to my frustrations, the supervisor told me they cannot find my bookings & payment in their system. I waited there for almost 30mins and for my dismay, even the security guard doesn’t even want me to go out of the hotel because they are claiming I haven’t pay. It was so embarrassing as there are a lot of people in the hall. Receptionist are not even talking to me and it was so annoying not to get any respond from them so I really went out of the premises. When I came back to the terminal, it was almost time to ride the bus, a lot of people were there, and the security guard followed me again with 2 bell boys this time asking me to pay cash for my stay. I asked them to make a receipt and bring it to me and I will pay them even if I know I already paid Agoda. I gave the bellboy P1,020 cash and go to the bus. I was very upset for how the hotel receptionist and people there treated me. When I seated in the bus already, the bell boy came back and gave me P1,01
Great value for money, direct at GATEWAY Mall”
Would go there again if I have business to do in northern Quezon area. Hotel is direct at MRT Cubao station. Beware they have room without windows. Told them I will move out and want refund after they put me in this prison cell without window. But only 2 mins later I go a lovely room with a nice view / window.
Easy access to malls and bus stations”
I chose this hotel only due to the proximity of the bus stations and due to the satisfactory ratings I found online. The neighbourhood is dodgy (run down with beggars outside) but the hotel itself is fine. Service in the hotel was very poor (think Faulty Towers). I needed glasses for the room and was not allowed to bring them up myself from the adjoining restaurant or get them from the front desk. Took over an hour to get glasses and 4 follow-up phone calls. Breakfast - ordered coffee, received juice. Waited another 30 minutes for coffee and then they requested the juice back (LOL) - hope they didn't serve to someone else.... Still - room was clean, wifi worked. I'd stay again if I need to take a bus in the morning.

Very good hotel, accessible to all means of transportation, very good for family esp with older members because mrt station is right next to it, and it is located corner of edsa, where all forms of trasportation are accessible. Excellent in terms of location, it is also near malls and public grounds. Staffs were friendly and very nice. Clean room, very private, requests/ orders delivered almost immediately.
Internet still lagging and orders take a lifetime!”
Been here several times (with only location as best) but it seems the management has never attempted to improve the service. Internet only has gateway password but so slow one can barely open a browser needed to work and submit reports. Ordering dinner takes around an hour and fifteen minutes to finally arrive after 3 follow ups. Staff asked to be transferred to other room not so smelly but lied out of convenience that all rooms already occupied and it's the only thing left but when we called the reception there are still rooms available. These simple services can still be improved.
The location is very convenient but if your room faces the street the traffic noise can be quite disturbing. The room facilities were satisfactory although the tv was small and inconveniently located in the room. Good wifi.
Good location and condition of hotel”
The hotel itself is acceptable but not the food service and the TV remote control. You need extra patience ordering breakfast as it was delivered after 72 minutes after placing order and even without service water despite following up thrice. Remote control of the TV is also broken as it is not reliably working.
It was a nice experience,good food,clean room and the staff are accomodating,low-cost hotel but good service..Sure that i will recommend the VISTA HOTEL to my friends,i will suggest that the hotel should put electric kettle in every room so that its more convenient with childresn guests esp like us..More power VISTA AND KEEP IT UP!
Front Office needs more training”
Overall, ours was just okay for an overnight stay. We just had a problem during check in when the FO told me that my booking through agoda was not reflecting in their system so while waiting, my family and I decided to have lunch at their resto. After eating, FO told me that the we can already check in but then when I told them that I booked 2 rooms, they looked surprised. It seems that they did not even bother to look at my booking. My mom was already pissed off because we were too tired from a very long travel and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours just for check in. After few minutes, we were advised that the two rooms were ready. Finally, when we enter the room, all of us looked for a socket so we can charge our phones, unfortunately there was only one socket available. We requested for an extension chord from housekeeping but there was none. Since we will be attending a wedding that day, we also requested for a flat iron for our clothes but again there was none. So just imagine our frustration. Hope the management could do something about it. I understand that the hotel has a lot of customers to attend to but the FO should not overlook the details of the booking. I had the reservation a week before we arrived and it's very surprising that it did not show up in the system. Nevertheless, I would book again in this hotel but just for an overnight stay. I would also like to commend the staff (except for the Front Office) for being accommodating.
