It has been a good stay in Yijia Chain Hotel Mingren Branch. The hotel is well located in the hub of the city; with lots of shops, malls, and eateries around. Moving around is also very easy, as there are many taxis, and public transports around the hotel. The room is clean and with good air-conditioning, LED TV, Coffee maker.....The staff is friendly. Good value for money.

Clean confortable room, good location”

Clean and comfortable room and bedding. But beware little coffee sachet is not free like all hotels in the world. Reception charged us $2 even though cleaning lady said it was free. There were also tons of drinks and stuff on sale in the room so beware. Even a tissue box costs $8. Room had a weird 'cabbage/vegetable-like stench coming from the toilet and we had to have the window and toilet fan on to reduce the smell (which took a while to get use to every time we came into the room.) Staff were friendly and kind to help with questions, but none were able to speak english during our week's stay. Hotel is in a good location close to train station and central. Good security in hotel building and we did not feel unsafe once in Urumqi as there were security guards and police in public areas. Wifi worked well in room except it prompted us to log in with a password each time we needed to log on. Cleaning lady was awkward as she would come into room despite the DND sign switched on and saying no- just to replace bin and 'check' the room...A little annoying for guests who just want to stay in. Water not replaced each day which was included and we had to ask once for bottles in the 4 days we were staying, and then nothing again after.

I enjoy the stay. The hotel could improve in terms of recommending the different tours and travel services to nearby places like Turfan or even directions within the city.

Overall, average. Staff was nice, but lacked much knowledge about Urumqi. Our first room smelled bad so we needed to change. The bathroom does not provide any privacy. But not bad. Good price.

Начнём с того что в номере кроме замены полотенец, уборки нет вообще. За 7 дней пребывания, ни разу не пылесосили. Персонал говорит только на китайском и это 4 звезды. Туалеты прозрачные. Взять с собой в номер спиртное нельзя, отобрали 2 бутылки пива, мол отель мусульманский пить нельзя. Будьте внимательны в отеле есть номера без окон, как в тюрьме. Расположение отеля не лучшее в районе негде поесть. В общем если думаете об этом отеле то лучше не надо там селится. Не портите свой отдых.

前枱連AGODA訂房都不知道，辦理入住和退房都花了約半小時，前枱排了長長的人龍。 酒店的WIFI不穩定，要輸入密碼進入認證網頁、再輸入另一個密碼才可使用，房間和大堂的密碼不同，每次進出房間都要重新登入，相當麻煩。更麻煩前枱給的登入ID和密碼是錯的，要反反覆覆由房間到前枱詢問，最後前枱職員親自到房間輸入才成。 員工態度惡劣，不友善，對詢問不愀不啋。酒店設有金屬探測器，但保安不在崗位，到酒店外抽煙，住客入升降機時，卻閃出來要求住客登記，兇神惡煞，其實平日進出已跟保安見過多次面，他分明知道是住客，卻找事做。 LAST BUT NOT LEAST，這家酒店地處偏僻，網上介紹距離景點大巴扎很近，但其實要坐的士去，約十元車資。由機場坐出租車去酒店，司機找了半天才找到。建議不要選這間垃圾酒店！

同じ系列のホテルが複数あり、最初、タクシーで場所を特定するのが大変だった。ホテルの名前と住所を書いた紙を渡しても、これ以外にもあるなどと言ってうまく意思疎通できなかった。 ホテルの部屋は広くてきれいで、立地も人民路近くの市街中心でアクセス便利だった。ホテルスタッフのひとりは簡単な英語ができた。もしウルムチへまた行くことがあれば利用したい。
