Worst hospitality however right property. ”
They accepted the booking when whole island was ruined by typhoon. I have called up this resort before start of my trip, however they didn't reveal about the situation. Once checked in, front desk staff who looked sick & tired, told us there is no water or electricity available. Their restaurant menu sucks, literally nothing to eat, so as bar. Though I had booked here for 3 nights, but I checked out next day. Please avoid.

      On the beach”
Being on the beach was incredible. The food was good. The service could have been better in the dining area. I wated up to a half hour. Staff just walked right by me. The shower had very low pressure and sometimes it didn't get worm. There were a couple staff there that are on the ball with giving good service. Everyone was polite. I would go back again. I suggest using a Gods to get a better price.

      Here is old resort.”
Puerto Nirvana Resort is far from Sabang beach so we paid for P150 every tricycle trip. Resort is old, pure shower and pure electric power. Breakfast was coffee, toast and egg, it was not good. Just one good thing was very calm and peaceful at night.

      Disappointing”
The staff were quite helpful ,and the hotel is close to the jäger bar and in between Sabang and White beach which are much more popular with tourists.
I arrived at White beach because I was not told I had to get off at Muelle wharf so after I had dragged my suitcases up the boat ramp and then the beach in the rain I was directed to a tricycle for the 7 km trip back to Puerto galera .On arrival I was informed that the suite I had booked with a private terrace was occupied and I would have to stay in another room without a balcony .I relocated to the suite the next day , however the bathrooms are small and the exhaust fan is very noisy, the same for the box AC and there is no screen so you can't just let the sea breeze wash over you as bugs abound. The flat screen TV is very small about pc screen size there are only a few channels and the wifi when it did work is painfully slow .I paid way too much for this experience and really there is nothing in PG City bar shopping , the jäger bar and the rifle range . If you dive go to Sabang ,for a beautiful white sandy beach go to White beach , there are some lovely spots down the coast also but I cannot recommend Puerto Nirvana .Dante and Mylene were very helpful.

Great place to relax and chill”
it faces the east and the bay so easy to get great sunrise pics; open air dining area; quiet at night
I came during slow season, so they gave me a room with ocean view after I asked them. The water of the shower was small but I dont know if there is any hotel/resort on the island providing regular shower water volume. About 15 mins walk from Muelle pier, where I did not find any party place around and is quiet at night. So if you need night life, you need to use the tricycle to get to other area or think about staying somewhere else. Included breakfast was coffee, bread and eggs. Easy to get street food. Personally, I enjoyed my stay!

      This hotel was pleasant.”
The room was okay. Food in the lounge was okay. The Wifi worked well.
This hotel was pleasant and quiet. However, the evening entertainment was rather lacking and the 20 minute trip to White Beach was tiresome and was costly considering how many trips we made.

      Dissapointing service and amenities”
      Pool by the sea
We stayed for one night but it was not a pleasant one. The room is somewhat dusty with alates' wings on the bed. Washbowl leaked and the heater was broken. Dinner was below par but breakfast was good. We are particularly disappointed with dishonest service from the staffs. They allied with a tricycle driver to rip your money. A single and round trip to Sabang at night would be respectively. The main road lacked of lights and places to chill at night.

Great service but it's too far from the beach.”
The foods are really good and the view is really relaxing
it's a relaxing place bacause the location is at the beach front. however, when we got in our first room, the lights and the aircon were not functioning. i've called a maintenance and the management decided to transfer us from a standard to a de luxe room. i was really disappointed at first because we have to bring our things on the 2nd floor, but when i saw the sincerity of the staff's apology, and with their smile, i forgot almost everything! puerto nirvana is a place to stay if you want a great service and some peace mind.

      Very friendly hotel ”
Comfortable view with a great view
The only real downside is the fact that the hotel is in a rather secluded part of Puerta Galera. The "beach" disappears at high tide, and, somewhat disconcertingly, whilst there was a substantial swell, the surf breaks over the retaining wall and shakes the room. OK if you are a thrill-seeker! It would be a great place to stay with a family
