From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I loved my stay at the Blue Lagoon. Close to the main road (Rizal), but far enough that you don't hear any traffic noise, you feel as if you are much more secluded than you are. The grounds are very nice and the staff is great. I arrived much earlier than the normal check in time but had no problems and was in m...

I felt like I'm in a rest house. It's so cozy and quiet. The view of Honda bay and the mountains is breathtaking. According to one of the locals/tour guide there, Panja has the best view among the rest of the hotels in Puerto Princesa. The room is clean and spacious, bed is relaxing. There's a veranda in every room. At night, I love to open the curtains so I can have a...

Only 5 minutes away from airport! Hotel located at 2nd & 3rd floor, they provide free pick up service from & to airport, it's great, because no taxi service in Puerto Princesa! Guest can easily find an tour agent on 1st floor & all staff here are so friendly, fast service and very polite! Location is great, all good café, restaurant are within walking distance! And a m...

The travel from the port in Puerto Princesa to Dos Palmas resort by the hotel boat took us 45 minutes. Safety vests which the boat staff asked us to wear at all times made us feel secure about the trip. When the island became visible, its white beach glistened in the sun, making us all excited, ready with our cameras. As the boat docked, a band using native materials as...

We had a great stay at Acacia Tree Garden Hotel. The place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and I would not hesitate to give this as my first recommendation for anyone going to Puerto Princesa. Great location - it's not even 5 minutes away from the airport and from the city center. With regards to food, we never had one single food letdown moment in Puerto Princesa ...

Staying at the Blue Palawan was a great experience. The lodgings were unique and exactly what I was looking for. You get to stay in a comfortable traditional tiki hut with all the amenities of home. The bathrooms were quite spacious and comfortable as well. The amenities around the hotel were top notch. The beach steps away from my room had nice sand and great vie...

I had a marvelous time at Microtel in Puerto Princesa. I liked the property because while it is the only hotel relatively close to the city that has access to the beach & the ocean. True that because of the low tide, the beach (with mangroves on the side) becomes a long stretch to walk before you get to the sea. But it was nonetheless a great view! The water usually re...

Since I checked-in very late (around past-11 PM), I asked to have late check-out at 2PM and the staff approved my request with no additional charge (you will notice that other properties in Puerto Princesa will be inconsiderate and will strictly implement their late check out policy with additional charge even when you checked-in very late). Thank you for being very co...

The concept and layout of Munting Paraiso is exactly what our family looks for when on vacation. Each bungalow allows for ample space, quiet and privacy. My partner and I traveled from Manila to Coron to El Nido to Puerto Princesa, which we means we stayed at three different hotels while in Palawan. We were happy and very satisfied with our stay at the Sunlight Guest Hotel in Puerto Princesa. The airport shuttle was there as soon as we got off the plane and was a short drive to the hotel and our return to the airport by a new and aircon van was very prompt and quick. Our deluxe room was huge and the big bathroom has a separate bath tub (with spa. Breakfast has a w...

At first I don't expect a lot from the hotel since its entrance is within a walkway in a residential area but when you get inside, it was so big and spacious. We have the Queen Size bedroom which is near the pool and mini bar. The room is big for both of us especially the wash room. The fan and the aircon are both working and I love the fact that there's a fridge in ...

We were in Puerto Princesa during the worst possible weather with 2 tropical storms within the week. Nevertheless, we felt absolutely comfortable and safe in the hotel. The staff were well-trained, the rooms were well-furnished and comfy, and the best part was when parts of town had no electricity, ours kept going despite several blackouts (we were sleeping anyway so n...

This hotel made our 2 nights stay in Puerto Princesa a wonderful one. From the welcome drinks, welcome note in the room, complimentary coffee, well-chosen decorations to the sweet staff who really are very helpful. The room is spacious, well lighted and comes with a dresser, a coffee bar, a full-length mirror and a big tv, among0 others. The pool is also nice and clean...

How was your stay at the Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort? Max. 2000 characters. (0) We stayed at the hotel from March 08-15. The best hotel hotel in Sabang. We hired the hotel airport transfer to be picked up from a Puerto Princesa Hotel to Daluyon and hotel to airport at a fee of 3000 peso/ride. This was a reasonable price. We were greeted with a friendly smi...

Upon arriving at Puerto Princesa I was a bit worried because I did not inform the hotel about our flight details and I did not request for an airport pick-up, however,I was surprised because the hotel van waited for us outside and even had our name in his list.John John Lim, the driver was so nice and accommodating and made us feel safe and comfortable of the place eve...

We stayed here during our trip to Puerto Princesa. Upon arriving at the airport, we were greeted by our shuttle driver, who took us to the hotel. Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who advised that our room had been upgraded to the Superior Double. Unfortunately we received a room with 2 Single Beds and were lucky enough to squeeze into the one bed...

We've just checked-in today at Hotel Fleuris and are so happy with our choice!!! First time in Puerto Princesa and we narrowed down our choice and booked this property based on the great rates offered on Agoda and the excellent reviews we read on TripAdvisor and we were NOT disappointed at all!!! Booked a deluxe room, although average in size, it is really nicely furni...

My husband's head was accidentally hit in their overhang cement of their second floor stars, when I told the management to put a caution sign and paint it yellow, they take actions immediately, when I request for early check in, they are hospitable to agree with our request and accommodate our booked rooms. So far this is the best and affordable place to chill and enjoy the beach in Puerto Princesa. Highly recommendable. Staff are friendly and value their guests. Ive been to almost all the hotels and resorts na Palawan and this is the best I can recommend. This will be my new haven whenever I feel stressed in my work. If your in doubt, try it yourself and experience its...

It was a very good vacation. I’m pleased with this hotel. The rooms separated from each other so you don’t hear anything. I also love the down comforter. I feel like home. Breakfast is okay. Not the best but not that big of a deal. Staff is great! They are always there to help you with anything. If I go back to Puerto Princesa, I would definitely stay again and I hig...

Hotel is located close to the Robinson's mall in Puerto Princesa. Really convenient if you need to go to the supermarket or eat at a restaurant. You could take a tricycle and it's about 3 minutes ride. The hotel fairly new so the facilities are nice, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Princesa.

This hotel was by far one of the best hotel we stayed in during our whole philippines stay! The staff was so friendly, the rooms were massive and it was very tidy, the breakfast was a buffet and it was filled with many choices! I definitely recommend this hotel, it was like a 5* hotel but on a budget. The location is also very close to SM and restaurants just a 5 min w...

One Manalo Place is perhaps one of the few hotels in Puerto Princesa that is at par with global standards in accommodation and hospitality services. The rooms are well appointed with the right amenities in place (soaps, bathrobe, slippers, dental kit, etc). The bed is nice and comfortable. The hotel has a modern gym that faces the pool area. Food is good although the s...
Cheap places to stay in Puerto Princesa

Basic and really cheap accommodation. The dorms are comfortable and have air conditioning, which is really appreciated in Puerto Princesa. The location is optimal, right by the main street. The staff is really kind and helpful. I missed some electric socket accessible from the upper bunk beds and it would be nice to fix the leaks in the shower. Also, I got in tou...

well, 26 Jan 2019, I check out of the Fanta lodge and decided to stay at a 4-star hotel in Puerto Princesa. "Big mistake". I was just another body to them. No one greeted me while I was at the hotel unless I greeted them first. I spent 4000pesos a night at that hotel. The next morning I decided to head back to fanta lodge. Although the fanta lodge doesn't have a p...

So the Agoda location is correct but google maps has it wrong. I enjoyed this hostel although I didn't stay long, there is space to sit outside, its fairly close to the main road although along a dirt track and the breakfast was good, 2 eggs with toast and ham. The bunks were ok and there are some single beds as well. This would be my first choice for the city.

This is a new establishment in Puerto Princesa - the owner Lara and her family helped me with every question that I had, and helped me with renting a motorbike as well. You really feel like a part of the family when you are staying at this place, this is by far the best place I have stayed in while I have been in the Philippines, mainly because of the people surroundin...

We stayed for 1 night here in Airportside Inn. Have to leave by 4am for our bus trip to El Nido. They had a free shuttle that picked us up from Puerto Princesa Airport. Driver was nice. Receptionist was pretty occupied with foreign guests when we arrived. For the room, it is cold, clean, simple but worth the money. I will definitely stay here again next time we got t...

Stayed here for 4 nights in total, we originally booked for 2 but extended for another 2 and upgraded to air con room. The fan double room is very hot but has a good fan, shared bathroom isn’t very clean at all but it didn’t really bother us at all. The staff are so friendly, we organised the underground river tour through them which was great. The air con room was muc...

The hospitality of the owner is the best !! My flight was cancel so I arrive one day later, they totally understood and roll over my booking. Once arrive (after a small walk alone the sea from the center) I straight away feelt like welcoming by a friend !! During that day I was feeling little bit sick and the owner check on me all day, bring me some food, offer me to ...

I booked the Marie Ville Bed n Breakfast because it is cheap. I'm not a picky person and I didn't expect too much. When I checked in, I was given a room with 2bunk beds even though I booked a room with a single bed. The next day I was taken to the correct room. The a/c in the room is not working, but it has a fan and that was good enough for me. No hot shower. Staff ...

We stayed at this property for one night to take the city tour in Puerto Princesa before going to the underground river in Sabang port. It was very convenient because it is centrally located. Access to transportation was great. The local tricycles usually park outside so we didnt have to wait long. We reserved one family room only for a max of 4 adults and kids stay fr...

This hotel is very close to the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfer. You can also walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. The rooms are large and very bright and clean. Buffet breakfast is only Filipino food but you can order toast and eggs as well. WiFi is only in the lobby. The hotel organized a Honda Bay island hopping tour for us for a very reasonable ...

I stayed in Palawan Village hotel last July 20-21 to celebrate my birthday in Puerto Princesa. I loved the trees in the middle of the hotel although it's kinda dark. The staffs were very accommodating, the complimentary breakfast was ok. Although the internet was fast, it could only be accessed in the lobby but I didn't mind because it's a budget hotel. The room where ...

The only good thing of the inn is its cheap price with free breakfast. The negatives. 1. Toilet bowl in the rest room was smelly, was not cleaned before our stay. 2. Noticed the half-filled drum of water was not cleaned either with dried white stain of soap. 3. No mirror 4. Lavatory was out of order with its space above intended for shampoo, soap and other person...

I can say I made an excellent choice over amongst other hotels in Puerto Princesa with regards to accessibility, comfort and affordability. As a backpacker, I would recommend this place to everyone! You have to stay here to believe me. The staff are accommodating, friendly and considerate to your needs. They are up all night so if you are working at night, which I was,...

Very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks to Dana, Victoria and Wilson for making my stay pleasant. Clean, reasonable size rooms. Quiet room even though hotel is near the main street. It is the perfect vacation after a very busy work week... the place was very peaceful and relaxing. No cellular/internet signal which Is a good excuse to disconnect for a few days. The room was cute, clean and pleasant. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. There is a van to Puerto princesa that can take you directly to El Nido in about 5-6 hours for 700 Peso, but there are other companies that will do the same for 500 so either haggle or look outside of the hotel! But the hotel itself is def great value for the money

Wonderful stay, very secure and the employees were very helpful. The room was quaint and even had a little sunroom outside of it. The owner (Ben) was very attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable. The Main Street is a few minute walk away, which makes this place a bit quieter but still convenient. Would stay again if I return to Puerto Princesa!
