Staff so professional...housekeeping so meticulous to detail with cleanliness of room. Nothing was too much trouble. Resort is amazing with so much to do. Prices and choice of meals priced very reasonably for such a fantastic hotel. By the far the best hotel in Puerto Princesa so if you're looking at this hotel ,book it... you won't be dissapointed. It was our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. 5 star experience!!!!!!!

A new modern hotel that is close to the new airport in PP. Our stay in Hue Hotel last Nov-Dec 2017 was exceptional. I am with my husband, son and mother-in-law in a family room. The hotel was new, very clean with friendly hotel staff. It has an amazing pool overlooking the city, there is also a gym where you can work out and a spa for relaxation. Location is perfect for it is just beside Robinsons, its also perfect if you want a DIY city tour because you can just hop in a tricycle or ride a jeep in front of the hotel. Great price for the very spacious family room which has 2 bathrooms and 2 powder room and 2 TVs. The family room comes with a king bed and a bunk bed on the other side and if you want privacy you can just pull the divider. The buffet breakfast is also good and the menu varies everyday. IMHO, it's a must to stay here if you're in Puerto Princesa.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I loved my stay at the Blue Lagoon. Close to the main road (Rizal), but far enough that you don't hear any traffic noise, you feel as if you are much more secluded than you are. The grounds are very nice and the staff is great. I arrived much earlier than the normal check in time but had no problems and was in my room within minutes of arriving at the hotel, via the free airport pick up. The room itself is a bit simple (Standard Villa), and the bed a bit small, but being newly engaged to my love, we enjoyed the intimacy. There were always tricycles available to go to town but it was close enough that we often walked. While the restaurant was reasonable priced and the food very good, we were also closed to some of the best restaurants in Puerto Princessa (Kalui, Kinabuch etc). So we varied our meals and left with a few pounds more than we arrived. We went on the Underground river tour and City tour and everything was organized for us and the tours were very interesting. I was in Puerto Princesa for 2 weeks and had divided my stay between 2 hotels, when leaving for the second hotel, we were offered a free lift by the hotel van. Above average service once again. Had I known I would of spent the 2 weeks at the Blue Lagoon. If I ever return to Puerto Princesa, the Blue Lagoon will be at the top of my list and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I felt like I'm in a rest house. It's so cozy and quiet. The view of Honda bay and the mountains is breathtaking. According to one of the locals/tour guide there, Panja has the best view among the rest of the hotels in Puerto Princesa. The room is clean and spacious, bed is relaxing. There's a veranda in every room. At night, I love to open the curtains so I can have a view of the stars as I fall asleep. There's a rooftop bar called 360 bar and a restaurant at the ground floor. The price of the food is reasonable. However, many in the menu is not available at the time of our stay. Also, the staff can do better on decreasing the waiting time for the food to be served. The Baker's Hill and Mitra's ranch is just a few minutes walk from the resort.

Only 5 minutes away from airport! Hotel located at 2nd & 3rd floor, they provide free pick up service from & to airport, it's great, because no taxi service in Puerto Princesa! Guest can easily find an tour agent on 1st floor & all staff here are so friendly, fast service and very polite! Location is great, all good café, restaurant are within walking distance! And a mini night market shopping also within 2 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff also introduce us few restaurants & shopping. Only the Wifi service is no good enough. If we come back again to Puerto Princesa, I will stay in the same hotel!

The travel from the port in Puerto Princesa to Dos Palmas resort by the hotel boat took us 45 minutes. Safety vests which the boat staff asked us to wear at all times made us feel secure about the trip. When the island became visible, its white beach glistened in the sun, making us all excited, ready with our cameras.As the boat docked, a band using native materials as instruments played welcome songs. Check-in was very smooth as several staffs were assigned to 1-2 guests. They were ready with a welcome necklace, proposed program, room key, and list of available services. We were ushered to our rooms ( which happened to be available) at 9:00 AM even though check-in time was 2:00 PM. This flexibility was to be repeated many times during our stay. They also took care of our luggages from the time they picked us uo in Puerto Princesa up to the door of our cottage, we did not have to left a finger to carry them. The 90-min Filipino massage, which comes free with 2 nights' stay was heavenly. Also free were diving lessons ( which we did not take due to our age ), snorkeling and kayaking, and a buffet lunch in the Isla Putting Buhangin ( White sand Isle ) the next day. That island lunch and swimming was a taste of paradise, and our best experience so far. That night, we had dinner by the beach serenaded by a local band. Food was always great! Up to the time our boat left the island port, the hotel staffs have been very helpful and friendly. My husband and I have been to many places, but we can say that these hotel staff are the friendliest and most helpful of all.

We had a great stay at Acacia Tree Garden Hotel. The place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and I would not hesitate to give this as my first recommendation for anyone going to Puerto Princesa. Great location - it's not even 5 minutes away from the airport and from the city center. With regards to food, we never had one single food letdown moment in Puerto Princesa and the food in the hotel restaurant is no exception! We had two meals there on top of the breakfast and they were all superb. The honey pork ribs is a must try! Do take note though that at times only one chef is available and the delivery of the indiviual dishes do get staggered a lot which could prevent you from enjoying your meal at the same time. What I want to highlight the most though is the excellent and professional service the staff provides. One of our companions in the trip had severe nausea and vomitting and had to stay back one day. He got so sick to the point that he had to be delivered to the hopsital which the staff promptly did for free. We had regular updates from the staff on the status of our companion while we were away and they made sure that someone from the hotel was with our companion the whole time! When we came back to the hospital they also personally brought us back and forth from the hospital. I don't think that one can expect such warm, personalised but professional service even from the major hotel chains nowadays!

Staying at the Blue Palawan was a great experience. The lodgings were unique and exactly what I was looking for. You get to stay in a comfortable traditional tiki hut with all the amenities of home. The bathrooms were quite spacious and comfortable as well. The amenities around the hotel were top notch. The beach steps away from my room had nice sand and great views during sunset and sunrise. The infinity pool next to the bar and restaurant were fun as well. The service was great. I would recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Princesa.

I had a marvelous time at Microtel in Puerto Princesa. I liked the property because while it is the only hotel relatively close to the city that has access to the beach & the ocean. True that because of the low tide, the beach (with mangroves on the side) becomes a long stretch to walk before you get to the sea. But it was nonetheless a great view! The water usually reaches the edge (closest to the hotel) at nighttime. Water retreats again at daytime. The property is also close enough to the city center (with free shuttle services for the guests - the drivers are very efficient. Guests are also given their contact numbers just in case you need to give them any additional information. Guests may also request a particular pick up or drop off point in the city). I liked the room with 2 queen beds! The beds were very, very comfortable. The AC was working perfectly well! And the bathroom was not bad. The staff are generally friendly and nice. The pool was a good place to get a tan & there are a good number of lounge chairs. The restaurant is open until 9pm & they have grills for dinner. Free coffee, tea, water and wifi at the lobby. And there are enough couches, chairs & tables for everybody. The hotel was full when we went there but it didn't feel like it because perhaps the guests had different itineraries, and only a controlled number of guests are left using the facilities at any given time. The other guests are also generally friendly. The hotel sells postcards (P5 more expensive than in the city), but the hotel can also mail the postcards for you for a fee of P25 per postcard (on top of the postcard's cost). I found the housekeeping staff nicest, followed by restaurant & front desk on the second spot. The front desk clerks are very pretty and they seem to know each guest's room & requests. Security guards are very visible as well. Best of all, I loved the fact that the hotel is very, very peaceful, both daytime & nighttime, away from the busy city center.

Since I checked-in very late (around past-11 PM), I asked to have late check-out at 2PM and the staff approved my request with no additional charge (you will notice that other properties in Puerto Princesa will be inconsiderate and will strictly implement their late check out policy with additional charge even when you checked-in very late). Thank you for being very considerate, Grande Vista Hotel! As always, room was clean, food was great and staff are very accommodating. Wifi connection improves a lot. Keep up the great job!

The concept and layout of Munting Paraiso is exactly what our family looks for when on vacation. Each bungalow allows for ample space, quiet and privacy. Add all the surrounding plants and flowers and the place provides for a perfect retreat after all of the day's tours and activities. The wifi connection was up to speed (a must since our kids can't let go of youtube and their games even when on vacation!). Our kids also loved the pool and trying out the equipment at the small gym. We ate at the resort only a few times as we wanted to try the other famous restaurants in town. But we had no complaints the times that we did eat there as the food was good and the ambiance was perfect for capping the day with a bottle of wine. All of these facilities were serviced by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff which really helped in making our stay in Puerto Princesa a truly special one.

My partner and I traveled from Manila to Coron to El Nido to Puerto Princesa, which we means we stayed at three different hotels while in Palawan. The first two hotels we stayed at weren't terrible but I can confidently say that the Best Western Ivywall in Puerto Princesa was definitely BEST hotel we stayed at in Palawan. The staff were incredibly friendly, willing to fix any error that happened during our stay (we had a few, but nothing that would bring down their score) and always with a smiling face. My partner and I enjoyed their scrumptious breakfast buffet (that had different items each time) and on our last night, we went to the Balayong restaurant, which they had given a 600 PHP voucher for. It was quite empty but the entertainment was very enjoyable - both the dancers and the live band. The food was good but small portions for quite a high price for the Philippines. The hotel itself was gorgeous, always air conditioned, smelled good and comfy to just spend the day in. 10/10!

We are very satisfied with the hotel's services, very far from the airport, from the bus station very close, but they have a free shuttle van, you can imagine every time you step out of the airport holding a sign the person you meet is a very moving thing . Opposite is the largest mall in Puerto Princesa Robinson, shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are large, adequate facilities, but the bathroom is not a good decoration, food will certainly attract a lot of ants. Finally, I want to focus on introducing the pool, very, very five-star feeling. I left the next day on the recommendation of a friend booked a room.

we stayed at deep forest garden inn for four days and three night to go for our underground river tour and the honda bay island hopping tour. we arrived in the later afternoon and left in the early morning to el nido. it takes around 10min by tricycle from the hotel to the city center of puerto princesa. our room was very clean with good working air-con. the pool and the jacuzzi was very very nice. however, we found the decoration in the rooms and the lobby a little bit "strange". the staff was very friendly and helped us to arrange our tours. overall, we can definitely recommend this hotel in puerto princesa.

We were happy and very satisfied with our stay at the Sunlight Guest Hotel in Puerto Princesa. The airport shuttle was there as soon as we got off the plane and was a short drive to the hotel and our return to the airport by a new and aircon van was very prompt and quick. Our deluxe room was huge and the big bathroom has a separate bath tub (with spa. Breakfast has a wide variety and has a selection of local fares, as well as continental, complete with cakes and local desserts and fresh tropical fruits. Bathroom supplies are replenished every day (with free toothbrushes,razors, etc.)Local tours e.g. to Subterranian River at St. Paul National Park can be arranged at the hotel. Guests should not miss this natural wonder which is around 2 hrs by airconed coach plus boat rides. You can go around the city (which has a lot of restaurants e.g. Jollibee,Chowking,KFC,McDonalds,etc.)by tricycle or jeepneys. There are no taxis in Puerto. Big shopping mall is within the building and public market is nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

At first I don't expect a lot from the hotel since its entrance is within a walkway in a residential area but when you get inside, it was so big and spacious. We have the Queen Size bedroom which is near the pool and mini bar. The room is big for both of us especially the wash room. The fan and the aircon are both working and I love the fact that there's a fridge in our room. However, the channels on their TV are limited since the signal reception is really bad. The plus of this hotel are their staff. From driver, guards, cook and staff, they are very accommodating and courteous. They will greet you when your paths crossed and apologize if they were not able to assist you due to the ongoing events in the mini bar (there's a lot of people when we were there). As for their food, I recommend you eat here because their food are all worth it (very delicious) and the serving is plentiful, especially pasta dishes. Their receptionists are all very helpful and kind since we cannot extend our stay due to the number of guests and people that will soon come, they offer us to leave our things on their place and come back to pick it up after our city tour. Also, their pickup time to transport you from and to airport are all on time. Their driver is also very polite. If in any chance that we will come back in Puerto Princesa, we will definitely go back here because their service is very satisfactory. PS: - We commend their lady receptionist whom I forgot to ask her name - Kuya Pat their cook - Their guards from morning and evening shift - The cook that serves our breakfast We leave some tips on these guys as they deserve it :)

We were in Puerto Princesa during the worst possible weather with 2 tropical storms within the week. Nevertheless, we felt absolutely comfortable and safe in the hotel. The staff were well-trained, the rooms were well-furnished and comfy, and the best part was when parts of town had no electricity, ours kept going despite several blackouts (we were sleeping anyway so no issue). The aircon kept going and it honestly didn't feel like there was a storm raging outside. Kudos to the wonderful restaurant staff who kept us fed, caffeinated and happy every morning. Special mention to May, a staff from the breakfast service during our stay. She was so pleasant and smiley, even taking time to greet us by our names. It was definitely a wonderful stay, and I would recommend Canvas to anybody who wants to visit Puerto Princesa.

This hotel made our 2 nights stay in Puerto Princesa a wonderful one. From the welcome drinks, welcome note in the room, complimentary coffee, well-chosen decorations to the sweet staff who really are very helpful. The room is spacious, well lighted and comes with a dresser, a coffee bar, a full-length mirror and a big tv, among0 others. The pool is also nice and clean and I like that there's a tree shade. The hotel really allowed us to relax after tours. The hotel's in-house restaurant also serves goodtasting food. We had pizza and pasta and they were delicious and in hefty servings too. The breakfast buffet is also good. I'll surely be back next time I fly to Puerto Princesa. ^_^

How was your stay at the Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort? Max. 2000 characters. (0) We stayed at the hotel from March 08-15. The best hotel hotel in Sabang. We hired the hotel airport transfer to be picked up from a Puerto Princesa Hotel to Daluyon and hotel to airport at a fee of 3000 peso/ride. This was a reasonable price. We were greeted with a friendly smile from concierge to reception staff. They were always smiling. The food are great. Breakfast buffet - a lot of selection. It would be nice to see a lunch menu (with smaller portions). Dinner menu is great - variety of menu selection. The alcohol/non alcoholic beverages are amazing - reasonable price. They promote monthly drinks and portions of money are donated to a good cause (school feeding program). Beach is great - fine sand, quiet, you can relax at peace. Pool - the pool is a bit rough. I got scrape a couple of times while swimming, getting in and out of the pool. It would be nice if they put tiles in. The pool boy wasn't doing his job. There were a bunch of leaves still on the ground from days before. He is not sweeping. We were there for 7 days and we noticed the he naps a lot and do less work. He will sweep when a manager/supervisor is present to show that he is working. Leaves in the pool from yesterday. I think the pool should be cleaned constantly. It's awful to see when employees are working hard and you see 1 who does nothing. Other than that everything was good. Tipping - their tipping is centralized. I think it's great to promote team work. However, managers/supervisors need to pay attention to staff and make sure that everyone are treated the same and work hard as everyone. Again - the staff are amazing!! Great food and beach is peaceful and relaxing. The best hotel in Sabang.

Upon arriving at Puerto Princesa I was a bit worried because I did not inform the hotel about our flight details and I did not request for an airport pick-up, however,I was surprised because the hotel van waited for us outside and even had our name in his list.John John Lim, the driver was so nice and accommodating and made us feel safe and comfortable of the place even if it was our first time in Puerto Princesa. The thing that I liked the most is the hotel's efficient, warm, outstanding and world-class services. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable as if we were staying in our own home. Thanks to John John Lim, Faizal and the Boholano boy at the COncierge. The room is just enough for us as we were only two in the room. The bathroom amenities are also good. Breakfast is good but needs plenty of choices. I love the hotel interior and the pool. All in all, I would stay there again if I have future trips to Puerto Princesa, as for me, this is the best hotel Puerto Princesa could offer.

We stayed here during our trip to Puerto Princesa. Upon arriving at the airport, we were greeted by our shuttle driver, who took us to the hotel. Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who advised that our room had been upgraded to the Superior Double. Unfortunately we received a room with 2 Single Beds and were lucky enough to squeeze into the one bed so we could sleep next to each other. Also our room had a small bar fridge in our room, which didn't seem to work. The swimming pool was good and staff were on hand to provide towels. The daily buffet breakfast menu was different each day which was great. The hotel is located only a short walk or if lazy a trike into Puerto Princesa or the Robinson Mall. It looks like they are building a new Terminal at the airport, which is on opposite side of the current one, which will make this hotel even more accessible from the airport

We've just checked-in today at Hotel Fleuris and are so happy with our choice!!! First time in Puerto Princesa and we narrowed down our choice and booked this property based on the great rates offered on Agoda and the excellent reviews we read on TripAdvisor and we were NOT disappointed at all!!! Booked a deluxe room, although average in size, it is really nicely furnished and decorated, has a good size modern bathroom and shower, and more importantly clean! We felt at home straight away!!! This hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, a welcome drink, free WiFi, room slippers, toiletries, complimentary bottle of drinking water....surprisingly, this hotel is not new (17 years old we were told by staff) but very well maintained. A new SM is being built walking distance from the property as in across the street (yey!), in fact we can see the construction site from our room overlooking the sparkling, nice and inviting pool. Located on Lacao Street, just off the main busy road, so pretty quiet location at this time, hotel currently faces a big empty lot, so no neighbours. Road may get busy when SM opens, but hey, it will be a very easy walk to the mall. We would DEFINITELY come back to this hotel and have no problem recommending it to our friends and family who visit Puerto Princesa.

My husband's head was accidentally hit in their overhang cement of their second floor stars, when I told the management to put a caution sign and paint it yellow, they take actions immediately, when I request for early check in, they are hospitable to agree with our request and accommodate our booked rooms. The place is is very clean, close to local restaurants, excellent breakfast and the pool is clean. Overall they live up to their name. I will book in this hotel again in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Awesome place.

So far this is the best and affordable place to chill and enjoy the beach in Puerto Princesa. Highly recommendable. Staff are friendly and value their guests. Ive been to almost all the hotels and resorts na Palawan and this is the best I can recommend. This will be my new haven whenever I feel stressed in my work. If your in doubt, try it yourself and experience its good service.

It was a very good vacation. I’m pleased with this hotel. The rooms separated from each other so you don’t hear anything. I also love the down comforter. I feel like home. Breakfast is okay. Not the best but not that big of a deal. Staff is great! They are always there to help you with anything. If I go back to Puerto Princesa, I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it!!!

This hotel was by far one of the best hotel we stayed in during our whole philippines stay! The staff was so friendly, the rooms were massive and it was very tidy, the breakfast was a buffet and it was filled with many choices! I definitely recommend this hotel, it was like a 5* hotel but on a budget. The location is also very close to SM and restaurants just a 5 min walk away. We had such a lovely stay we even cancelled our hotel for when we came back in Puerto Princesa from El Nido just to be able to stay here for another night!

One Manalo Place is perhaps one of the few hotels in Puerto Princesa that is at par with global standards in accommodation and hospitality services. The rooms are well appointed with the right amenities in place (soaps, bathrobe, slippers, dental kit, etc). The bed is nice and comfortable. The hotel has a modern gym that faces the pool area. Food is good although the service is a tad slow. The staff especially the reception crew are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel though doesn't have a business center. Printing your last minute documents is not that easy especially if you need coloured copies. They also lack a boutique store where you can buy items you missed packing. In any case, its a great hotel. Its small but its one of the best in the City.
