Small room, narrow staircase, it was so noisy when people get up and down the stair and each room didn't keep noises, quite loud when people talked outside/inside the room.
This place is in a nice location. It is in an older building. For the most part it is pretty clean. I felt safe here and enjoyed my stay for the most part.
I got a room for 3 people, and there was barely enough space to stand next to the bunk bed. about the bed: the top mattress was small but ok for 1 person, the lower one was just 10cm larger and it's supposed to fit 2 people! facilities are also undersized for the amount of guests: the kitchen is small and gets crammed with people at dinner time, so much that I had to argue to get a spot on the cooking stove. and all this inconvenience is not even cheap! we paid the same price for a 4bed apartment in a nearby location. basically, this is a scam for unaware tourists. stay away!!!

The room and common area were clean. I love that they provided full kitchen. So, we could cook food. The location is ok. It's near the restaurant, lava show and not far for driving to grocery. However, there is a problem about parking area as there are many hotel/hostel there and guests have to manage themselves to find available parking.
