A home away from home in Hanoi”
My husband and I have totally enjoyed our stay at Pullman Hanoi this time. A very professional staff helped us checked in and access to minibar had been made complimentary throughout our stay. Room was spacious with nice view, comfortable huge beds and huge pillows. Breakfast was delicious and staffs were very helpful. Due to the disadvantages of not being able to speak the local language, We depended a lot upon the hotel staffs to coordinate with Uber drivers. Location is also strategical too. Definitely would stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel again during my next visit!
First Time At The Pullman Hanoi”
I frequent Hanoi for work and this is the first time i am staying at the Pullman, mainly because i was holding a seminar in the same hotel. The decision was definitely not regretted, the hotel is clean, nice location, great service and convenient too. It is good to have english speaking staff in the hotel, and the Pullman was just fantastic. Having explored various other hotels in Hanoi, i am definitely going to considering staying at the Pullman again during my next visit.
Great stay with very attentive and friendly staff”
The Pullman in Hanoi has managed to keep the relaxed, attentive and 'hip' atmosphere which for me has been the signature of other Pullman Hotels I have stayed it in the region. I am never really a 'brand-loyal' person when it comes to hotels but Pullman is a brand I will seek when I travel within the region.
We had a one night stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel just before our Halong Bay tour. We chose the hotel as it was within walking distance to the One Pillar Pagoda and Ho Chi Minh Museum. However, aside from this advantage, there were simply nothing much near its vicinity. There were hardly food or shopping. We had our lunch at the hotel restaurant and ordered from the ala carte menu. We were appalled when we were told that iced/warm water is not complimentary if we chose to order from the ala carte menu regardless the number of dishes ordered.
Fantastic hotel, shame about location”
Fantastic newly-renovated hotel. The beds were utterly sublime - like how I'd imagine angels rest in the clouds. Yes, THAT comfortable! The free gourmet tea and coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Aircon was extremely efficient yet utterly silent - a real treat! The breakfast selection was vast - SO many different options and all delicious. All the staff we encountered had excellent English and were extremely helpful, even down the bellboys who dealt with a taxi driver who had blatantly overcharged us to get to the hotel. On arrival we were persuaded to upgrade to an executive deluxe. The room size was the same but you got access to the executive lounge where they serve free alcoholic drinks and gourmet canapes from 5.30-8pm. If you're planning to not venture much beyond the hotel the extra fee is probably worth it. The only let down is the location - its *just* about walking distance to the temple of literature but really far away from everything else. However there is a taxi rank on the hotel drive so they're always available. The hotel is still being renovated so the gym isn't fully open and the pool isn't particularly inviting. Otherwise, this is an excellent luxury choice for a stay in Hanoi.
Good bussiness hotel at convenient location”
Definitely recommended - though hotel prices are on the high side (outside UN DSAs if you book directly through their own site). The hotel is conveniently located for my work here in Hanoi and not too far from the city center. At breakfast there is a wide selection of foods, including French pattiseries, cereals, (wholemeal) bread, Vietnamese pho and other rice dishes, fruit, cheese, etc. etc... plus excellent coffee. Gym is well-equipped. Swimming pool is not bad, but certainly not the best in town. The in-room dining menu has a reasonable selection of foods, and the food is really delicious and portion sizes are huge. However, I find the restaurant prices quite high compared to other restaurants in town. (esp. the buffet lunch) Rooms are very clean and well-equipped, but not very spaceous. Staff is excellent and speaks English very well. Room servie is usually quick in accommodating special wishes.
Good business Hotel”
Pullman is conveniently located for my business needs as most of my meetings are in the Dong Da area, some decent local restaurants are within walking distance. Traffic is moderate compared to the very busy Hoan Kiem District. the hotel décor is dated but the rooms are clean, as can be expected of an international hotel chain. Free wifi was appreciated. I would probably consider staying at the Pullman again if I am in Hanoi for business.
Excellent. Alway enjoy a stay in a Pullman hotel. Whether in Jakarta or KL or Hanoi the customer service, the high level of service and its efficiency are highly appreciated.
Thank you pullman to celebrate wedding anniversary! Nice staff and great room condition. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Hanoi.
All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful ”
I stayed 4 nights in Dec at Pullman Hanoi. Hotel's location is not very convenient, but cheap taxi can take you any where easily. All the hotel staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. Though I don't quite agree with the 5-star rating, I still think this is a very good hotel.
Oasis after a hot day”
We had an excellent stay at the Pullman The breakfast buffet was extensive but go to breakfast around 7.30 - 8.00 if you want to miss the crowds just check if there are any large groups in house. We had a fabulous stay here The staff were excellent and the room was well appointed It cost around AUD $3 to get a cab to the old quarter for markets & restaurants etc as there are few near to the hotel. Highly recommend.
New Pullman Experience”
nice stay in Pullman Hanoi. I agree the location is not so good, nothing within 5 mins walking distance unless u can take road side food stall which i dare not. KOTO is about 10 mins talking distance from Pullman, a charity based restaurant which offer nice good. take note dont go to the massage centre opposite to hotel, i had a terrible bad experience there as i thought of getting a good shoulder massage but ended get cheated.
The first thing I must mentioned about the Pullman is its staff, Very friendly, helpful, Really appreciated. You hardly come across such a nice staff, Hotel offers all the international standard comfort, breakfast everything, Perfect for business traveler like me, The everything is good expect the breakfast timings which they should change
pleasant stay with very friendly crew”
our first stop in Hanoi, a newly decorated hotel with largest main foyer in Hanoi as friend said. location's good, near the temple of literature, clean and nice room, very friendly crew and beautiful receptionists, the breakfast is good but can be better i think.
Excellent service in a very nice and clean hotel”
The Pullman Hotel near the Temple of Literature is an excellent hotel - very tastfully decorated large rooms, friendly staff that spoke very good English and was very competent in answering any questions we had.
Quality international business hotel”
It was a business trip, so Pullman was selected for its proximity to my meetings more than for leisure. However, like most of Hanoi, there are gems to be discovered "round the corner" provided one explores... my regular Cha Ca restaurant is a 5 min walk away... and several good restaurants are also not too far. Service was good... as would be expected of a Pullman.
Central, Quiet, Nice views”
The stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel can be mentioned as good. Staying here for the first time compare to other hotels in Hanoi, what strikes Pullman as good is the central location, relatively quiet environment and good staff.
Great hotel, excellent value for money”
Always go there when I go to Hanoi: very good standard, nice staff, great pool, excellent breakfast. My stay in Hanoi is much more enjoyable when i go to Pullman.
Great Business Hotel”
Very pleasant..surprise to be informed that up to 4 soft drinks at minibar is complimentary. It is a very new hotel hence all facilities are all new. Just that taxi to airport booked through hotel is more expensive at VND350,000 (or VND370,000?). I know one other hotel near Pullman is charging VND250,000.
Looks like a 5 star hotel”
Great spacious rooms with lots of shops around the area. I have stayed in this hotel for over 5 times now, and the hotel added a Starbucks kind of huge coffee joint just in their carpark area. Great place to sit and chill in the Hanoi winter.
