A major hotel that feels like a boutique”
I was surprised by this hotel, it was like a boutique version of a Hilton. I found it quite comfortable and at a great price! I doubt you can find better for the price. I love boutique because of the romantic atmosphere and this was quite close. Caution! I made the assumption that this place was at Mid-Valley mall and it is not. It is located at mid-valley area, but not at the mall. You will have to take a taxi to Bangsar area where this place is located (and not all taxi drivers will know where it is because it's a new hotel). I didn't eat much here but I did order a "big burger" for room service and it was really good. The hotel is close to Bangsar which is really good for local food ($16RM by taxi there and back). I would definitely come back!!!!
Have to pay extra deposit that are not mention when hotel booking through agoda”
When I reached Pullman KL Bangsar hotel, the receptionist requested me to pay RM200/night of the deposit before I checked in. But this is not mentioned when hotel booking through Agoda. Total RM600 I have to pay for the deposit as I have to stay there for 3 nights. I am very very disappointed to Agoda and Pullman KL Bangsar hotel that this is not mentioned when I booking hotel. If it is mention during hotel booking, at least I can prepare enough money before going. If I forgot to bring my credit card or not preparing enough money, I also don't know whether I can stay in the hotel as the receptionist told me that pay deposit is a must and they are not mention it due to I booking hotel via 3rd-party apps, which is Agoda. I am not sure whose problem, maybe Agoda or Pullman KL Bangsar hotel itself. Anyway, please don't repeat it again. This experience made me won't booking Pullman KL Bangsar through Agoda anymore.

clean comfortable rooms with modern toilet”
I like d the hotel on;y drawback is the location. It is in a blocks of offices and shopping and eating places are not at walking distance. Nearest shopping Mall is Mid-valley. Furtermore I would like to add the difficulty in finding the hotel by Taxi Drivers. You need to mention Pullman Bangsar and also TM tower for easy identification. I like the hotel for the friendliness of staff, cleanliness ans the enchanting lobby with snacks, bar and dining all in visinity
Good overall despite certain shortcomings”
Overall a good experience despite needing to change room upon check-in (as there's electrical problems with the room where the switches are not functioning). Was upgraded to a different room next door. However,encounter a power trip in the upgraded room at one point of time. Nevertheless, four individuals namely Ms Emily (Rooms Manager), Mr Sean, Ms I-rene and Ms Fiona were kind enough to look into the matter and resolved it at soonest possible. Was pleasantly surprise that the hotel delivered a birthday cake to the room (as it was my birthday the following day). The cake was delivered by Mr Mark who has a warm personality. Even though it was my first time staying at this hotel despite facing electrical problems with the room in the very beginning and I believe it is an isolated incident,I may return back for a weekend getaway and even look into hosting my guests from overseas at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar Hotel.
Had a Good Stay But Need to Improve on Peak Time”
I booked 2 rooms via Agoda and stayed with my family on Dec 2015 for a city holiday. The hotel looked good in and out. The food was good too. The only bummer is I booked my rooms quite early (2 weeks++ early) and did mention my request for a baby cot for my 2 months old baby in my Agoda booking, but never receive it. When I checked in, I mentioned it again to the receptionist who said they will send the baby cot up to my room. I understand their hectic situation as that time the hotel was fully booked on public and school holidays, but the baby cot never arrive and no one from the room service inform us about it while we're waiting (until night!). When I called room service asking for the baby cot, all they said was that all the baby cots are not available. As a result, my baby slept in his carrier on the room floor :'( May be in the future, the hotel can reserve a baby cot from ealier booking like mine. My mom also tried to call room service for five times (on daylight) but no one picked up the phone, I guess it's very hectic down there. May be you guys from Pullman Bangsar can improve on service to the customers on peak time like public and school holidays. Other than that, I had a good time and enjoyed my stay in Pullman Bangsar. Thank you for the hospitality :)
Good hotel in a good location”
Overall an excellent stay in Pullman. Excellent location with easy access to Mid-Valley and Bangsar South, as well as the Federal Highway. Check-in (and check-out) was quick - done within 3 minutes. Room was big and clean with more than adequate amenities. Will definitely return to this hotel when I'm back in KL.
good short staycation”
had a pleasant experience stay with my little family while having 3 days course. foods was awesome. the hotel ambiance and the room was great. staff was very helpful, attentive and great service. a bit hide location but convenient to walk from nearby LRT kerinchi station. accessible to nearby stalls and eateries. they had free shuttle to midvalley megamall and my wife took it with kids. i ask wife whether she had any bad experience during our stay and handling kids in the hotel while me having course? she said no and super enjoy and had a pleasant experience with Pullman KL Bangsar.

I travel with a young child and everything about the stay in the hotel was great. My child loves the pool and the spacious room. Will definitely consider this hotel again if I am travelling to Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur.

This was our second stay at Pullman Bangsar. Great hotel, with excellent staff. Rooms were pretty good too. There's only one area which needs minor improvement, that is the breakfast food options. Maybe the number of items / variety can be increased a bit. Overall, excellent hotel. We will definitely stay again next time.

I was staying in Deluxe room for one night. The room was very comfortable in every way. I love the room settings and the equipment available in the room. The staff are all very courtesy and they made my experience of one night stay in Pullman bangsar unforgettable. And not to forget the range of delicious breakfast serve on the next morning.
good and affortable 5 star hotel”
this hotel is very convenient for those with own transport. u can go to mid valley in less then 5 minutes, monte kiara at 10 minutes, one u shopping mall at 15minutes and bukit bintang in around 10minutes. very easy and convenient. but the way back hotel is little bit far compare to go out time around 15 to 20 minutes. nice room, variable and acceptable choice of breakfast .affordable price and bigger room and clean if compare to mid valley and kl sentral hotel. will come back again for next travel.
A good hotel for a decent price”
Stayed here for 3D2N staycation and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is located in a strategic location, still in the city but away from KL city center. There is a mall opposite the hotel, LRT stations within the area and close to Bangsar which has malls and lots of places to eat. The best feature for the room is definitely the bathtub. It is long and a good size and since it's located quite close to the bed (a glass window separates bed and bathroom) I could watch TV while soaking in the bathtub. The only cons is; the hotel should include a non-slip/ rubber mat inside the bathtub for safety precautions.
Had a pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful. I've been upgraded to a bigger room Grand Deluxe King Bed. Such a nice & comfy room. Spread of food at the cafe & delicious. Will come back again. Tq Pullman Bangsar.

Great Breakfast, Clean & Friendly staff”
I'd highly recommend to stay in Pullman Bangsar if you are planning to stay outskirt of KLCC/Bukit Bintang area. It's convenient as we traveled through private-hired cars (Uber, Grab) around different parts of KL. Easy and quick check-in, friendly staff and helpful! On my first night, we encountered issue with the flushing system and had a changed of room. It'd be great if the toilet can be brightly lit. Apart from that, all good!

We got a great experience with Pullman bangsar hotel . The bed was comfy , nice bathroom , and the room was wide enough ! Stuff was helpful also.. We enjoy our night there ..
I would like to try pullman bangsar as 5 star hotel. So i booked a room thru agoda on 30-31/8/2020. I arrived at hotel at 2pm. But unfortunately i need to wait till 7pm to get finish check in and get my room. Im so tired to que for too long. There were also pregnant lady, senior citizens, guests with children. All of us need to wait for so long to get room with no airconditioner while que. The hotel said there’s no available room. The housekeepers need to more time Clean up rooms. The hotel should take pro active Action towards this matter. They can give us chairs. Or manually check in. And just call us when the rooms available. Or can give us turn numbers rather Than stand up for 5 hours. The hotel should Give water Because we are so tired and thirsty que for so long. We asked free dinner because so tired to go outside for foods but rejected. We asked for late check out or discount because we get our room very late. But also negative. When we asked to see manager the staf said manager on leaves. 🤦♀️
