    Pullman style holidayWith the 900 to 1000 (maybe 1100) linen bed.... at least you come back after a tired day or alcohol filled night. You are going to sleep like a baby and waking up rested and ready for the next day. with the TV at least 4 meters away from the couch... your eyes are well protected from UV and bright light. The bathroom (yes there is a tub) is big enough for you to yoga in before you take a hot bath. This is a recommended place to go for in your next holiday. While it's not for the backpackers. Because why torture yourself when you are going for a holiday. If you are doing soul searching this is not a good place, because you won't find anything in this kind of condition except a good rest and knows your soul is still inside you. :)

    Best bed I have ever slept inHad a deluxe king room on the 18th floor looking out over the river and city. Sunsets were amazing from the bed and bath. The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in.

    Not a five star hotelAfter checked in, found a small portion of the room was wet. It was obvious that the cleaners could have spilled some water but did not mop the place till dry. Very slippery and awful. The centralize aircond is noisy, could be due to some loose parts, clicking sound from the aircond could be heard for the whole nite, disrupt sleep. Saw stain on the bedsheet, not acceptable for a 5 star rated hotel. Overall, NOT a five star hotel. Maybe 2 or 3 star only. Disappointing.

    Long review suitable for allI stayed at two international brand in Kuching, Pullman and Hotel H during my last business travel. Price - Pullman more expensive and gave me room facing dark alley. Hotel H gave me river view room. Location - Similar Cleanliness - Similar Hospitality - Hotel H 5 stars. Pullman need to improve on your hospitality, to meet your 5 stars rating! Facilities - Pullman is a newer hotel, and have glamour lobby but the room and amenities rather disappointing if compare to Hotel H Pullman need to improve the taste of your breakfast.

    I stayed at two international brand in Kuching, Pullman and Hotel H during my last business travel. Price - Pullman more expensive and gave me room facing dark alley.     The view from my room is central of the city, the room was great. Sadly, when breakfast I saw flies on the food and some was flying around the buffet. I told the staff about it & they swapped the food.

    Always a great place to stay in Kuching but.... ”

    This is unusual, this round where I had business guest and company mangement staff. We took 7 rooms. We decided to have dinner in the Chinese restaurant one evening. The food was not bad but the waitress initially talking loudly among themselves leaving us to take our own tea and other side dishes. We of course asked for service and one of the waitress came in with a long face and a huff (which started to spoil our dining occasion) then when the supervisor came in we ask him what's going on as there is hardly any service. Later in one of the rooms there were noise and furniture being banged. We noticed the waiter was not serving anymore and the supervisor took over. The service resume... Considering we had a full table of 12 persons, company guest, it is not a good experience to go through. Credit to the supervisor who tried his best to make a bad situation good. Mind you it is the first time I experience this after many years of staying in Pullman Kuching.

    The Pullman always offers great value and service to the traveller. The rooms are spacious and clean plus the breakfast caters for all tastes with its extensive variety. It is always my preferred place to stay during business trips to the fantastic city of Kuching.

    Room is very spacious and the view from the room is spectacular... overseeing the city skyline and the river. However the room was quite dusty and furnishing was old and not well maintained. The hotel serves a good spread of food for breakfast.

    Everything is good, Room is big and clean. Unfortunately, the car park need to paid if own driving. This is unacceptable while you may need to paid few times if in and out the hotel in a day. Hope the hotel management will take action on this matter. Thank you

    Fantastic Stay”

    I was quite impressed with the great customer service demonstrated by the staff during check-in. The staff (Mr. Jack if I remember correctly) was very thoughtful in ensuring that at least 1 of our 2 rooms was ready at 12pm since we had our 3 young kids with us. He even went personally to check the rooms before escorting us to the room and had ensure (without us asking) we had connecting rooms. Fantastic welcome and an even more fantastic stay in their rooms and facilities. Highly recommended.

    Poor service by the Receptionist”

    Although, the hotel is at a great location and worth every penny, but the service given by the receptionist was bad. I tried to explain about the condition of my booking because there was a mistake with my booking , she just cut me off and did not even want to hear it. I mean, you’re working in a hospitality sector, you should make your guests feel welcome !!!!!!!
