Nice surroundings, modern design hotel”
We enjoyed staying at this modern renovated hotel. The Pullman Hotel Albert Park overlooks Albert Park Lake and is a short walk to St Kilda Road and central Melbourne. There is an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Rooms at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park are stylish and have a modern bathroom. Many overlook Albert Park or Port Phillip Bay. The hotel features a restaurant and an atrium bar. There is a health center with a spa and a sauna. Both the South Yarra and Port Phillip Bay beaches are easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this hotel to solo business travelers but probably not for families with young ones as there are no kids facilities.
Excellent for business persons”
We loved the location of the hotel - very close to the park and not too far from the ocean. The room was light and clean with large windows and a beautiful view of the lake and Albert park. It was great to take a walk with a baby in a stroller in the greenery of the park. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who comes to visit Melbourne on business or leisure. The staff is very accommodating and attentive, the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is nice and modern, we enjoyed pieces of art decorations. Thank you for welcoming us, we will be back!
This was the first time I had stayed here at this hotel. I thought it was very good value for money and it was in a very good location, close to the city and to Albert Park. I found the staff overall very helpful, the bed in the room very comfortable, the only thing was there was not that many channels to view on the TV, this was the only negative I found during my stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman with family, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms while pretty standard had very comfortable beds. Parking is expensive but normal for Melbourne I guess, Sunday breakfast was quite good though the volume of people made it seem not really all that relaxed, good food though. Location is good for Albert Park running and walking, not too far from St Kilda and short walk to trams into the city.
Just a great place to chill after a big weekend”
We were greeted by our concierge at the front door and were very helpful from the start . The main entrance to the hotel id top notch and the amenities were of a high standard. The room itself had a nice new crisp feel and was set out nicely with a view of the lake and golf course. The car parking as with most Melbourne hotels is a little pricey for my liking I think it should be inclusive for all hotel guests not $32 FOR 24HRS. It is in driving distance of the express way to easily get to the airport as well as all sporting events and eating spots.
pleasant overnight break”
We had a great night - the room had an excellent view of Albert Park Lake and the hotel is a good base to explore either St Kilda or South Melbourne and the city. We walked into South Melbourne during the afternoon around the lake, then got a cab back. We went for dinner at the casino which was $10 cab rides each way. The room itself was huge and had all the amenities you would need - very nice.
Good location and big room”
Our stay was compliment with big double queen bed size. good location to CBD less than 10 minutes and close to albert park. stunning lake
Sebel Albert Park Melbourne”
We were given an upgrade to a room with a view of Albert Park when we arrived -a pleasant surprise! The room was a nice comfortable size, clean, modern and nicely furnished with a large LCD TV. Large clean bathroom with nice shower (although our hot water tap screamed!). Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful.
Sebel Albert Park”
Bright, open, spacious hotel, with excellently appointed and surprisingly large rooms. Short tram ride to the city or St.Kilda, or within walking distance to either if preferred. Adjacent to Albert Park. Excellent location for weekend stay, just out of the CBD bustle, but close enough to enjoy the city's attractions.
Spacious room with breath taking view!”
We stayed on level 9 at the hotel (top floor) on the day of our wedding. The room was a lot cheaper then all the hotels we found online with great views and spacious rooms. We didn't sleep overnight so cannot comment on the bed but the room was very spacious which easily allowed us to prepare for our wedding and get our preparation photos done. We had seven people in our room at one stage and there was still ample of room! The bathrooms are very large and has a double sided mirror which can be moved if anyone needs a closer view. The room has a proper hairdryer (not those hotel dryers that are attached to the wall) and did I say a breathtaking view? If I didn't I need to tell you! Haha I would give this hotel 5 stars based on my experience. Would come back at any time!
Excellent hotel for business stay”
The general impression of the hotel is good. It would be best for single business people, but not for a family of family with young kids. The biggest advantage of the this hotel is its location - walking distance to the one of the most beautiful parks in Melbourne as well as the seaside. The staff is very attentive, friendly and quick acting in case you have a problem. It was quick to check in and check out. Concierge was amazingly helpful, thank you! The design of the lobby as well as the room is nice and modern, but not cold. The bathrooms, towels and sheets were very clean - housekeeping was doing a good job. The internet in the room was working perfectly. I would stay again at this hotel, if staying alone and for business.
Great room, excellent location in St. Kilda”
I had a very good stay at the Pullman. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, and the hotel was close to Fitzroy St. and a variety of excellent restaurants and nightlife venues.
Proximity to the nice park and beach”
Our stay was good. The view of the Albert park through the large windows was really nice. It's very much of an international hotel and great for business travelers. The proximity to the park and the beach is great! The room service staff and the concierge are very attentive to the patrons's needs and are very helpful. It was easy and fast to check in and to check out. The room is a standard size, though the bathroom is a little small with no buthtub, just a shower cabin. The design of the rooms is nice and modern, there are pieces of modern art on the walls. In general we enjoyed staying there and would stay there again in the future!
perfectlylocation right on Albert park. big rooms.
Great hotel no complaints at all”
Hotel is close to Melbourne CBD and many other attractions. Clean and tidy, efficient staff who are freindly. Great experience overall
Lovely location but poor management and reception”
It was a wonderful location close to the city and right across the Albert park. I had booked 2 rooms and had specifically mentioned to get the 2 rooms next to each other as there was my grandfather who is 85+ old. The reception was too childish and was ffutile arguing with her. But hotel was good :).
Very comfortable stay”
We stayed at the Pullman for a conference and we very much enjoyed our stay.
The buffet breakfast each morning was incredible, nearby cafes were delicious - especially one cafe in front of SEEK on the st kilda road with amazing soup at lunch. The room was very comfortable, quiet, the gym was also sufficient and hardly used - also a heated swimming pool. The staff were extremely helpful. After we changed hotels, some clothing was left in the room and the staff collected it for us .... in China you will not see these clothes again, especially if designer made. The lobby was great for meeting friends and grabbing a coffee.
Good location short tram ride into the city, just across from a good park and beach. The staff were very friendly the food was excellent. Rooms are modern with plenty of room to move around.
We arrivead very early in morning 2:00am & reception was very welcoming & helpful, rooms serviced daily, coffee shop-wine bar located near entrance foyer very convienant, when asked for glass of Pinot Noir red wine girl behind bar did not no what I was ordering, went there on the Sunday morning to meet family for coffee & was shut, very dissapointing as some people do not want to go to dedicated restraunt for breakfast. overall very good hotel & would recommend to stay again.
